PVR Cinemas — movie experience due to non functioning recliner

I was there to watch a movie last night at 10 PM, tickets attached for reference. I had booked the recliner hoping for added comfort. However, the buttons on my recliner were not working completely. I could Not adjust the back of my seat as only two buttons were operating. This was more of an uncomfortable experience for the premium paid by me. I would appreciate if you can fix the seat so that the experience of your future customers isn't ruined. Ordered mexican loaded fries and a come the fries were not at all as showed on the counter.
The bill had only listed the fries and not the coke. Very bad chef experience This happened in noida sector 32

Money got deducted but ticket not booked please let me know First i selected tickets the for payment i choosed phonepe then after transaction that showed transaction success on phonepe app but showed failed in pvr app i didn't get my refund

I booked 4 tickets for Sarileru neekevvaru, 3:45pm, 12th Jan show in PVR Preston cinemas from PVR website. Money is deducted and the transaction is successful but I didn?t receive any sms/email confirmation. Pls look into this and let me know how to get this resolved. Either send me the confirmation message with the tickets or refund my money.
