This concern is in reference to my purchase of Vacation Club Membership. I haven't used used this yet and i am facing problems in paying monthly EMI's so i need refund to this product.

From the day i have started this business i paid all EMIs by my own salary. Right now i am in a situation to sell my home, This is a humble request to please consider my request seriously and refund as soon as possible. As i am stucked because of such a big investment with no return.

I was provided only half information regarding this and influenced me to purchase this, now I don'e have any money left with me and the only option is to give up my life in few days. Also trying to lodge a complaint with Cyber Crime for the faster recovery.

I was approached by one of my friend who being very polite told me that he is working on a project which is of 5-6 years and within that time they will make 6 crores and keep making it and then i was told that there will be a zoom meeting where a senior associate will join who is very busy but only for me he will be doing this as if i'm the angel of his eye... Complete scam. Then they showed me what they call "the plan" and told me due to covid the stakes are cheap and only wanted to submit 1.3 lac. I only had 55k and i gave in but they wanted me to take a loan and submit the rest amount. I'm glad that i didn't took any loan. All that money i had, i saved from my job but that is all lost and upon calling them they told me now nothing can be done about the money. ""you should do it, you don't know the potential of this business and if i have not done it, how can i know about it" as if i am a fool who doesn't know what goes around in the world.
How can i get my money back considering that the official refund timeline is gone as i was not told that there is a refund policy and what will be happening to my money

Vihaan Direct Selling in a Multi Level Marketing Company. The name of its parent company based in Hong Kong is QNET. They influence people by calling people to come and meet them, to discuss a business and to become partner in there business.

I was called by one of my ex colleague to discuss the business model. She involved her upline and setup a meeting with her. Even after two meetings, I was not aware of how the business is operating. I kept on insisting them to let me know the "HOW" portion of the business. She also did not share that we can get refund within 30 days i[censored]nsatisfied/other reasons. Even the name of the company was not disclosed to me.

I was constantly getting an image that i was going to work in an e-commerce portal website of around 3 hours any time during the day which was misleading. As i kept on insisting them to let me know my roles and responsibilities, i was not notified of such. They said that the HOW part is a secret of the business and would not be disclosed.

I was in a trance that this is a once in a life time opportunity and global expansion of the company is underway. Their exact method was saying that the company has started their global expansion and that they want partners. I was not notified about the investment then. They said that only one bandwidth is available and that too we have to complete within three days or else the expansion project will be over.

I was made to believe that i would earn around 3 to 4 crores per year and 6.1 lakhs per week by the means of power of duplication and the power of exponential. But they never let me know how the money was made and what were my roles and responsibilities. They pushed me to a position where you were made to believe that the monthly jobs are useless/not secure.

After saying all this, they forced me to arrange money as this is a once in a life time opportunity. I kept my Mothers jewels and obtained gold loan from the bank, those jewels were kept aside for my Sister's marriage. I let my referrer know the purpose of the gold. I was told that we would earn around 40k from the first month and that i would return back the gold in a span of few months. This was important as i already have personal loan to complete.

I was made to send 99, 000 INR (using Google Pay, will produce proof if necessary) and made a fund transfer of 51k to my referrer. My Debit card was used to purchase the following items.

1. 1 Silver Club Membership 1 3, 690.00 3, 690.00 USD
2. Vtube+ – 12-Month Subscription 1 528.00 528.00 USD

The money i sent other than the above products was 99k (Google Pay) plus 51k (Account transaction) but i received a receipt of product worth of 1, 28, 250 INR (Chairos Watch- please find below)

I am not sure about the remaining 22k approx., as i did not get any receipt for the same. One more concern is, i have the watch receipt with me as an email(I did not get the product yet). It was purchased for me but i sent 1, 50, 000 INR to my sponsor and they have purchased the watches for me which was 1, 28, 250 INR (may be the rest was commission, I am not sure and was not notified.

Since it was split in a 4 different transaction of 50k+40k+9k+51K i was not able to track the expense). If the refund was initiated please let me know if it would be initiated to my account or to the account that was used to purchase the product(Referrer account). I am not sure if i would get the remaining 22k, as i do not have receipt and know what was it used for.

I came to know the company's name as Qnet only after 4 days of my purchase.

Even after explaining the situation, I was made to believe that the starting Investment is 5 Lakhs not below that.

The main thing is I was not aware of the following policy of the membership till now (Even if they are applicable to me or not),

The package can be used only in alternative years resulting it to be used in 1–3 -5-7-9 (Not sure if this is true as i was not informed about this)

The current crisis problem is, I recently requested for a refund, but i notified that only the amount of the watch will be refunded and that the distributor rights will be terminated which is a waste of money. Out of 5 Lakhs they let me know 1 Lakh will be refunded for the watches(Excluding some tax).

I am facing a heavy financial crisis where my grandmother and two siblings are corona positive. We do not have any money for their hospitalization and moreover, due to my Grandmothers previous medical condition, they have to perform Surgery urgently. I am in a situation where all the gold in my home is in loan i put for this business and the matter of three lives, as I type this complaint.

I request the company to please process with the refund as soon as possible and cancel my IRship. I work at a IT firm getting 34k Salary and my salary is going to bills and loans. They promised me that we will earn at least 30 to 40k per month starting the same month. My family is in a financial and a mental crisis of the debts, Sister's marriage and the life of my grandmother along with my 2 siblings.

REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME WITH REFUND OF MY MONEY.

I was approached by one of my closed friend who pitched me a business opportunity in referral marketing initially she did not told what is the company name after giving the amount she told its qnet then she also did not shared if you are not satisfied you can get refund within 30 days and did not shared me any email id etc. Still i didnt get the produc which i purchased or i dont have the confirmation mail, when i approached up line then i got credential she has cheated me and given false information. Still i am hoping i will get refund and no one is responding my call even i took loan for paying 3 lac rs.

When i called the qnet team they are telling the refund policy is for 7 days and non refundable, please do help me to get my refund.

By believing a friend i joined this business on may15 by buying scheme holiday dollar trip. My ir id is in319717. Where they will tell half truth before joining business like this is a e comers business and we ill be expanding. They will use our best friends as bait to dragging in. And once coming they wont say any thing upto 1 week. As my product was 7 days refundable. On net it says 30 days refundable form date of purchase. So after one week you ill be knowing that you were fooled for what you listened to your friend. And they will train you to fool other people by saying some attractive things and some meeting with leader so they mindwash other and join them to. So i had belief on my friend that he said said legal and earning even without referring until i came across this website complaint against qnet. I quit form those group as i dont want other to suffer my situation and breaking trust of my friends. And wrote mail to qnet support centre stating that i need refund for misleading information that i joined this purchase.

They the product was refundable only after 7 days. And i read in india its for 30 days. I would be glad if i get refund.

So never believe a friend and most dangerously qnet.

My name is dishant mehra, ir no in601048, and this is regarding the incomplete information about the refund policy provided to me while i was signed up by my referral and upline for qnet.
When i was signed up, my referral took 3 lakhs inr from me for purchasing a product namely, "tripsavr mega with vtube+ – 1-month subscription" from qnet. During discussion of the company plan and also at the time of purchase, i was never told anything about that refund policy of the product.
My referral forwarded the money to his upline and upline purchased the product on 04 may 2020 and i got the receipt too for the same.
I got a distribution application form from my referral after signing up, to be duly signed for kyc. After reading that carefully, i got to know that refund policy is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product and on trust of the referral, i signed that.
Now, on 22 may 2020, when i am going through a financial issue in my family, i requested indian support team to please provide a refund for the product (Purchased on 04 may 2020) thinking that refund policy is 30 days and that timeline was not exceeded.
I got a reply from their side that to contact global support team of qnet and nothing else was mentioned in the mail.
So then i contacted global support team on the same mail on which today i got a response from their side mentioning that "refund request for processing is due to be made within the allowed grace period of 7 days from the date of purchase."
This was never acknowledged to me by my referral and any of the uplines.
In addition to above, i also transferred another 4.6 lakhs inr to upline for purchase of products (On 08 may 2020) through my referral for getting my 3 family members signed up as well. I have the transfer receipts as well for all the transfers made and also the acknowledgement mail from my referral.
I also have the purchase receipts for all these irs. Pfa the same.

Request to please help me in these cases as well as i was fooled and incomplete info was provided in respect to refund policy.

Considering the fact that i need the money for emergency and dont want to continue with my ir memberships, i am now no where.

Request you to please help me in getting all the refund as i my financial situation is not good now.

I joined qnet on 21feb2020. One of my friend is into this business. But couple of days later i found that this kind of distributorship is not for me. So i decided to withdraw my interest and requested for a refund. I have sent back the products on 13th march 2020 and everything was going smooth.
I really appreciated their response to handle my case.

But all of a sudden their negligence started after i received an email that my refund will be processed withing 30 working days on 24th march 2020.

Till now i have not received my money yet. Its going to be 2 months now. Calling to their support center they says different excuses.

They are only saying your money will be refunded shortly but its a long time now. They also dint respond to the mails.

I am in a very big trouble stuck in this situation
Let me highlight some of the points related to my situations.

I hardly earned 30k a month and invested in this around 1, 50, 000. That involves all my savings till date. (With few loans)

Since i had a hope by earning through this i stepped ahead with few of my wife's savings.

Due to taking 3 months salary in advance from my company i have not received any payments from them from past three months.

Over and above this no body is excusing us for our utility bills neither emi's nor society maintenance.

And you really expect us to excuse qnet for the delay.

Request you to please look into this and help me asap.

I also asked about the refund but they refused and said refund is not possible. After 6-7 days, when i saw their way of working i realized that it's a scam. It's a way of manipulating innocent people to pay money for the sake of relation. They put focus on the fact that firstly bring the people who are closest to you. First of all i belongs to a very lower middle class family and money matters a lot in my life and i cannot afford such expensive items to wear in wrist. Moreover, i am seriously not interested in your plans as now my up line is forcing me to join my wife and other relatives in hot category with much more investments. The entire event was started with a false meeting on 15th mar'2020 in a ccd at park street, kolkata where i was told that i was stepping in a amazing world of most advanced cost optimization project tied up with global leaders and collaborations rather not in a chain marketing or multi level marketing business or anything else.

As for me again family and friends matters a lot so i cannot victimize other friends, relatives or acquaintances to buy such expensive products and be a part of the business to enhance my level. Everything here is totally set up with a lie to sell dreams. Here actually irs are supposed to be valuable customer base and trained to manage much more.

As of now you are well aware about the pandemic situation caused by corona across the globe and india is struggling hard to cope up with.in such circumstances i am totally confused about the fact that

1.) whether my job will sustain or not???
2.) how can i manage my family expense in near future if i loose my job???
3.) how can i manage this huge loan amount through emi for next 3 years in absence of my monthly salary after loosing my job as the person named prior forced me to take such amount of loan from hdfc bank. However, i have attached the hdfc bank statement for your ready reference where you can look after the amount paid to bidya bera as license fee for q net and the emi details of hdfc loan of this month.

I suppose i have not crossed the timeline i. E 30 days as mentioned in the mail body what i have received on the same day after purchase of the item. For your information these are all attached for your ready reference.

Lastly i humbly request at your end to kindly grant this mail as an official declaration for cancellation of ir id: in774105 of anik misra and accordingly refund the paid amount as per your policy so that a needy family can maintain their livelihood in such epidemic situation. Looking forward for a crf details as soon as possible.
