      Debited from my account through razorpay and need to refund

      Sr on 16th dec my acc was debited 5000 and 500 back to back to Burse app through razorpay but i learned that was frauded abd i need to refund my money pls concern my issue and refund it...

        I have done payment on 19 Dec for omg burse app amount is 5000 transaction Id is [protected] but the omg burse is a fraud company and not refunded my money and now the app is not working now.
        I am feeling cheated so I want my money back through company or razorpay because razorpay allowed them and provide them flatform to do transaction. And if you are unable to give me refund so provide me the omg burse company detail on which you allowed them to do transaction.

              You Razorpay guys are providing a fake ticket ID.
              Are you guys just playing with your customers or do you seriously take the issues and solve the problems?

              The ticket ID sent by you guys are not valid. If should be of 8charachers but you have sent 7numbers...doing this in purpose ?

                  I have done my mistake duplicate transaction with same amount.
                  1st amount 8000 paid at 25 dec 2020, but that show overdue, by mistake I paid 28dec 2020 amount 8566rs with overdue amount plz check and plz refund my 8655rs. I attached both transaction screenshot for your reference. Hope you will understand my problem and work for that. Thank you.                     I have recharged money thru razorpay in an online app called OMG burse and paid a total of 160000. The payment gateway is razorpay. Which is a trusted one. Now the payment is been stopped. Requesting for a refund. Please look into this. All the payments have been done thru razorpay.

                              I ordered 2 items from superdry.in and paid through razorpay on 17th dec but then cancelled it immediately, since then i m waiting for the refund..
