Hello,

I purchased a product from Zooryjems.com on 10 DECEMBER 2020 amounting Rs 599. They have Razorpay as their payment partner. I haven't received my products till date as of 26th December2020. I have already written multiple mails to zooryjems. But didn't receive any communication from them.
ORDER no.: #1016. And on their website they gave a tracking number which is a fake tracking number.

Please refund my amount as it seems you promoted and supported a corrupt and dishonest business House. Looking forward for your response.

We tried calling you, but the call went unresponsive. A dispute has been raised against the transaction and are getting it checked with the merchant from our end.     Hi,
    I want to complain about this ridiculously fraud scam website called as- info-look.myshopify.com which made people to buy stuffs and never come back to them with the shipping details. I have ordered some bags from this website on 24th Dec and paid 1511.83 to Razorpay Saribhandar infolook.
    I have not yet recieved any shipping details and when i searched on google about the authentication of this website. I came to know this site is a total scam and many complaints have been made about this website. Though I believe Razorpay is a trusted online paymeny website and request the company please look into this matter and help me with the refund.
    Kindly help and take necessary action.

          I have paid Rs.375 on dated[protected] at Razorpay site for fastag but still not received any mail or call for this this is very bad, almost 11 days till dated not received any confirmation, request to please refund my amount as early as possible without fail.

                        I have purchased one Neckpiece dated 14th Dec, 20 and till date we haven't received the product. The amount of the same is Rs 799.Tracking no is [protected].Description of the product is AD Necklace. Request you to either help in delivering the product or refund the money.
                        We also contacted customer care but due to pandemic situation, there is a shortage of manpower.So request you to resolve the issue at the earliest otherwise we will raise a complaint against this.

                        I have ordered 3 items on zooryjems.com amounting to 1122.30, order #1170 on the 22nd of December 2020 and I haven't received the products yet. I have paid through Razorpay and my payment ID is pay_GG5lHEM8VISdl3. I have contacted them twice through the website but I didn't get any response. I'm guessing this is a fraudulent site that is just displaying products on sale up to 70-80% and once they receive the amount they don't turn up at all. Kindly refund the amount and do the needful.

                                      I had applied for a short term loan from an app, which has name and logo of kreditbee, but upon opening the app, it's mentioned as Loanscash, I submitted all the details and documents and applied for loan, we were requested to pay processing fee of Rs.780/- and by mistake I paid the processing fee twice, it was processed through Razor pay and it's credited to the account of a company named Blustorm Hi tech Private Limited, how ever it's a fake company and we never received any update from them regarding our loan, nor we received our processing fee back, they have not mentioned any contact number.. hence unable to contact them. we request you to contact the concerned and help us to get back our processing fee of Rs.1, 560/-. I have attached the screenshots of both the transactions for your reference. Kindly do the needful..
