Address: Blustorm Hi tech Private Limited, NO.78 1ST FLOOR ROYAL BARTER 1 RESIDENCY ROAD ASHOK NAGAR BANGALORE Bangalore KA 560025 IN

I had applied for a short term loan from an app, which has name and logo of kreditbee, but upon opening the app, it's mentioned as Loanscash, I submitted all the details and documents and applied for loan, we were requested to pay processing fee of Rs.780/- and by mistake I paid the processing fee twice, it was processed through Razor pay and it's credited to the account of a company named Blustorm Hi tech Private Limited, how ever it's a fake company and we never received any update from them regarding our loan, nor we received our processing fee back, they have not mentioned any contact number.. hence unable to contact them. we request you to contact the concerned and help us to get back our processing fee of Rs.1, 560/-. I have attached the screenshots of both the transactions for your reference. Kindly do the needful..

      I was book first complaint on Jul 2019 regards my refund money for a sum of Rs 49000/-. Everytime company give me time frame and give just satisfaction for process my complaint but till date this company only giving wrong way to process so my time frame of refund money has been passed and after that company told me that your refund money time frame has already been passed away now we can't do anything. I want to resolve my complaint can any one help me.

            I Have contacted my bank..and people there said transaction was made using UPI which is not a HDFC feature..and have asked to contact you guys back..I don’t want to keep playing in between bank and you guys..
            I understand your company should verify strictly before making any payment.How can you guys allow fraud company to use your gateway. I just need my money back

                          I am Nimisha and this is for complaining about the fraud happens to me few months back.i tried so many ways to deal with this but to no avail.
                          I came to know about this site and I truly trust you in resolving the issue.
                          Few months back I received the message from the nextgenjobs.com 's employee that I got selected for part time job in the same company and then he sent me the details on my whatspp regarding the company's offering for registration.
                          I chose one of them and paid the required money that is 2000/- through razorpay only and then the person didn't respond and never call back and also when I tried to reach he switched off his phone and that time I knew I was conned.
                          Therefore, I really need you to help me getting my money back.

                                I ordered from a site called lushburry.com of INR 3367. They were not able to fulfill my order to they initiated a refund of 3367 rupees on November 21, 2020. Till date, I haven't received any amount from them.

                                  I tried using the ticket ID in the page you mentioned. But then it said "enter a valid ID". I also tried using the "_" (underscore) instead of hyphen(-). Got the same result.

                                  I agree Razorpay is a payment gateway and only facilitates merchants with online payments. But, we as a customer have complete trust in Razorpay when used for any payment and that is why we go ahead and make the transaction. So if any merchant is reported as fraud we expect you guys to take any action as we are not able to make any contact with those frauds and request you to provide the refund. Also please block any further transactions to that merchant so that others can be saved from the same.
