I had ordered from sleepwear house01.
No order confirmation was send after order was placed.
And the amount was deducted.
Till date no response and my money got deducted....

Razorpay has deducted the amount, but it failed to pay the merchant.

Please take necessary steps to resolve the problem....

I ordered from a site called lushburry.com of INR 3367. They were not able to fulfill my order to they initiated a refund of 3367 rupees on November 21, 2020. Till date, I haven't received any amount from them.
