    I am paid the loanfront repayment but not confirmation in loan front app... My money is deducted in bank account.. No confirmation payment details in loan fornt status still today..

    The loan fornt customer care says
    The repayment you tried paying via razorpay has failed. The amount will be reversed by the concerned party. Request you to contact razorpay customer care... Please refund my money in the bank.. Penlaity is running my loan plz refund my money

        I was trying to book a ticket. The money got deducted and ticket did not book.
        The date was 10 oct 2019 and still i did not get refund. I have provided all the details to the razorpay team but they respond very late and have not processed my refund yet.

            Subject date of loan loan app dated 8.10.2019 was paid by razor-pay on 12/10/2019 (October 2019) before the said time period, but loan loan app is not deducted.
            In the above subject, i request that i paid the loanfront app dated 08.10.2019 from my mobile number [protected] on 12/10/2019 by razer-pay (October 2019), but the loan loan amount was not deducted. She went. For which i have been re-paid today on 22/10/2019 to avoid panelty.in the above subject, there is an article that the amount which was taken by razorpay from my account on 12/10/2019 in the past, but not deposited on the loanfront, should be deducted in my account.
            Sir, i request you to please give me a refund of the amount deducted from my account by canceling the loan and razor-pay.

              Was trying to book train tickets and selected razor pay as gateway for Google pay . I have made the payment but no tickets issued . Could not see any failed requests in IRCTC site. This is second time am facing issue . Have lost 1200 INR already and now this time it's 2500. There should be serious problem with Razor pay and Google pay . If something happens deducted money will not be refunded and no information will be sent . My humble request not to use razor pay with Google pay . If error happens you should forget about the money . So bad . Don't know who is going to help now ..

                Was trying to book a ticket and got payment request in Google pay. Have made the payment but no tickets issued. An facing this issue second time and there should be problem with Razor pay and Google pay interface. Don't really know what should I do know . My humble request is not to use razor pay with Google pay . Have already lost 1200 and again this time it's.2450. Don't really know who is going to help .

                  On 18th october, 2019; i booked 2 tickets of ac chair car class in train no.12010-shatabdi express from anand to surat. The amount of 1055.40/- was deducted from my account through google pay four times. None of the time, tickets got booked. Now, my deducted amount is not being refunded till date.

                    I was booking a ticket from IRCTC App from BSL to PPI on 18 Oct 2019. Everything was going fine but when it came to payment gateway my amount was deducted from bank account with the help of google pay. Now gpay is showing me a successful transaction but my ticket is not booked IRCTC app is showing pending response from bank and transaction is failed. My money is also refunded into my account.

                          Today(14-Oct-2019), I tried to book train ticket on IRCTC app through Gpay. Amount has been detucted from my bank account. But my IRCTC shows pending status from bank end and says no response from Bank. Ticket has not been generated yet by IRCTC. . Herewith I've uploaded my Gpay screenshot which has payment details.

                            I have paid passport application fees through razorpay and they have charged rs 3000 from me and paid only 1500 to passport office... Where is my rs 1500/- gone??                               They have told me a refund initiated by them on aug 28 2019 of amount 504 to my sbi credit card. But refund is not processed till now.
                              The refund is initiated by shuttle.
                              Already i have connected to them and they have ask me to connect with charge back team of sbi.
                              But sbi charge back team confirm me that they have not recived the refund.
                              I have drop multiple mails to sbi and razorpay but not get any positive answer.
                              I am unable to understand where is my money gone?

                                    I tried to book tickets in IRCTC from Google pay through razor pay on[protected]. Ticket was not booked but the amount was deducted from my account. The status in IRCTC is showing as pending from bank end. The money is also not refunded back to my account. My transaction ID is [protected].                                         I made the transaction and the money has been debited in my bank. Irctc still doesn't show any sign of failed transaction. The tickets were not booked and no refund has been initiated. I can't file for tdr through irctc because it doesn't register as a failed transaction. The issue seems to be from razorpay's side.
