money deducted from bank but ticket was not booked

Hi,

Today(14-Oct-2019), I tried to book train ticket on IRCTC app through Gpay. Amount has been detucted from my bank account. But my IRCTC shows pending status from bank end and says no response from Bank. Ticket has not been generated yet by IRCTC. . Herewith I've uploaded my Gpay screenshot which has payment details.

Please kindly check this issue and refund my money...

razorpay passport payment took 3000, only 1500 is taken by passport office, rest 1500 rs razorpay has, debited from my account fraud

I have paid passport application fees through razorpay and they have charged rs 3000 from me and paid only 1500 to passport office... Where is my rs 1500/- gone?? I required my rs 1500/- back other wise i will lodge fir /police complain against this fraud. My name is ayushi goyal and my payment idpay_dsmgyap1lvkxjk

Solve this matter immediately or else i will take this matter to court...

refund not processed

They have told me a refund initiated by them on aug 28 2019 of amount 504 to my sbi credit card. But refund is not processed till now.
The refund is initiated by shuttle.
Already i have connected to them and they have ask me to connect with charge back team of sbi.
But sbi charge back team confirm me that they have not recived the refund.
I have drop multiple mails to sbi and razorpay but not get any positive answer.br...

razorpay money deducted from google pay but tickets not booked from irctc

I tried to book tickets in IRCTC from Google pay through razor pay on[protected]. Ticket was not booked but the amount was deducted from my account. The status in IRCTC is showing as pending from bank end. The money is also not refunded back to my account. My transaction ID is [protected]. I made the transaction and the money has been debited in my bank. Irctc still doesn't show any sign of failed transaction. The tickets were not booked and no refund has been initiated. I can't file for tdr through irctc because it doesn't register as a failed transaction. The issue seems to be from razorpay's side. Please refund asap...

Razorpay had promised us to issue a bank letter related to all inward international transactions as it is required by our bank and is mandatory as per the fema guidelines and rbi. razorpay - money deducted for google pay account in irctc ticket not booked

Tried booking tatkal ticket on 26th september 2019, using google
Pay. Money was deducted, google pay shows that the payment is completed, but irctc showed that there is no response from bank and is failed transaction, ticket not booked. Waited for 3 working days but money is not refunded to my account. Please find the screenshots for your reference, and do needful as soon as possible....

My fiance had made a online payment for a product through instagram. And i'm not sure if it's was a trap or not but the payment was done through razor pay gateway so here i'm requesting to the razor pay for refunding the money as soon as possible. Hi i booked train ticket on 21st sep frm irctc app frm gooty to dadar the amount of 1157rs have been debited frm my account to [protected]@hdfcbank, so tht i called irctc customer care they r unable to track my transactions i'd, they told me to complain upi and secondly i called my bank they said it has been debited but we can't help u in this we can i[censored] have use our mobile banking or something link to us, so plss refund my money asap...

Merchant doesn't responding me and razorpay also.

I have generated 15 tickets frow last 3 days but razorpay not responding atleast once.

Yesterday merchant trying to another fraud with me using upi but i have disconnected call. And i have saved my account from fraud.

I request you to razorpay plz contact me. And solve my problem....

I have ordered mobile on 13th September . From www.mi-store.in and payment gateway is razorpay . After that I have generated ticket to razor pay. And razor pay support team promised me that their website is authentic but that's not.

Than after I have many more times I have generated ticket to razor pay and call many times but razorpay doesn't responding me atleast once....

irctc ticket booking - amount debited but ticket not generated

I booked an irctc ticket through google pay on 17/09/2019 (Transaction id[protected]. The money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. Yet, the transaction is shown as successful in google pay app while irctc shows that it is a failed transaction. I have attached pictures from google pay app and irctc rail connect that vindicate my complaint.
Kindly rectify the error at the latest and refund my money back to...

I have booked a ticket from irctc app on 13.09.2019 and made payment through google pay, amount deducted but ticket not booked. Nothing is showing in irctc app. Amount yet not refunded.
