I had made a transaction on 6th sep 2018 on banggood. The money was deducted from my account but didnt reach the banggood, the payment gateway i chose was razorpay. Now i am following up with banggood and they are denying for any payment as they not rceived it. There is no way you can contact razorpay team. Cusomter line doesnt work no email id... Their portal dont work.

Its a fraud company cheating people. Never choose this as a payment gateway.

I did payment on sep 6 through Amazon pay the transaction was successful but still even after 11days money not credited to receiver account or refunded to my account, the transaction amount is 8755

    Have booked a ticket from from irctc mobile app on 10th feb 2018 and a amount of rs. 990 was paid to [protected]@hdfcbank.

    I have cancelled the ticket on 18th feb'18 but till date i have not received the amount in my account. According to irctc a amount of rs. 1755 has been refunded to razorpay on 19th feb 2018.

    I have cancelled another ticket on the same day i. E on 18th feb and the amount has already been credited via [protected]@icici. But the above mentioned transaction still has no track and the account is also not credited.

    I request you please look into this matter and refund the money asap. I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction and irctc refund sta

      Irctc refund status

      I had made payment for booking irctc ticket through razorpay on 24.07.2018 transaction id [protected]-
      Amount rs.570/- and[protected] - amount rs.570/-.

      I cancelled ticket due to some personal reason and irctc refunded the ticket amount to razorpay on 24.08.2018 irctc transaction id - rfnd_apiloaxbrogmzf, an amount of rs. 330/- and irctc transaction id - rfnd_apjf1itbqg4grv, an amount of rs. 330/-.

      I would like to know my irctc refund status for above case.

      I have attached the booked tickets mails, cancelled confirmation mails and amount refund mails for you reference.

        Hi,
        Today i had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked and also not listed in refund list. Irctc is showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from my bank. Please refund my money.

        Razorpay contacted me today for refunding the amount, but instead of refunding my amount they duped me of 1935 rs. The company is a total fraud. I got the call from the official helpline no. of the company by a certain person named Kabir.

        I have paid thro Razorpay Rs 4, 980/= on 9 Aug 2018 to book a train ticket Reservation Id =[protected]. for CSTM, Mumbai to PNBE Patna date of travel 2 Nov 2018.           I made a transaction on 26 July amounting Rs 5850 to pay for a Shuttl pass. But the transaction failed and refund for the same was initiated on 27 July 2018. But till date I haven't received my money. They said refund was successfully processed but where is my money? I haven't received it till date. I am chasing my bank, Shuttl (merchant) and Razorpay from last month but my issue is not yet resolved. Tried calling razorpay number of times but either the call will be unanswered or if it was answered once (by Smita) but no resolution was provided to me.

            Hi razorpay as i had purchased a irctc railway ticket through your payment gatway. But from transaction date 17th august 2018 still today i didi not back thr transaction money back to my bank account as the transaction was dropped.                 This is third time i'm posting a complaint here because i didn't get any solution from previous ones.                     I attempted a railway ticket booking on IRCTC.CO.IN on 3 Sep, 2018 at around 10:30 pm. I chose to pay via UPI(Razorpay) but Rs.140.68 was deducted from my bank account with no ticket booking. The UPI reference ID for this particular transaction is[protected].                       I have done transaction (On 7 september 2018 at 1:30 pm) with pharmeasy via airtel wallet payment using bank of indias debit card, my money deducted from airtel wallet but not reflected in pharmeasy site. Payment is failed.
                      I made complaint to airtel wallet care and they told me that from there payment is done and i also contacted pharmeasy care and they told me that they have not received payment yet.

                          Wanted to book seat on spice jet. But check status is failed. Amout has been deducted from my payzapp account. Contacted to payzapp and spice jet persons. Saying your fault. Refund my total (1000) money. Bad experience.

                              I've got a message today about a successful payment. The problem is the following. I didn't order any of this tickets. I had to forbid my credit card. Because of it, i can't pay, can't get my money from the ATM-s and i have to go through a really long and irritating process to get my money back(or not, because the bank can say, it's not their mistake). So I want to get my money back somehow.

                                bhim upi transaction successful but ticket not booked

                                Dear sir /madam
                                I tried to booked ticket through irctc app by bhim upi my account has been debited amount rs 750 upi ref no[protected]and in my bhim app status showing is approved but in irctc app its showing no response from the bank. Again i tried the same. Money also debited upi ref no[protected]status in bhim is aporoved but in irctc its showing no response from bank. Twice my money has been debited but ticket not booked.

                                Rs.5, 138 was debited from my account while booking a flight ticket from ranchi to pune on 5th september 2018, but my ticket wasn't booked, so i had to book it again through ixigo app and pay the same amount for my ticket, so please help me get my money back, inform me if additional information is required, i am highly disappointed with your razorpay service, please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    I am a slicepay user.I have paid rs 2335 in augest 5 to razorpay via tez.The amount get deducted from my account but the amount didn't reach slicepay.I asked them they said that it was a problem in razorpay department .I used to call razorpay customer number but it does not responding.So give a solution to that in couple of days.As i want to repay on sep 5th

                                      Today i have made ticket from gaya to cuttack in rajdhani express. The money was deducted but the system shows "pending from bank end". Please advise should i make a new ticket or this ticket will get confirmed.

                                      I have contacted bank and they said that payment had been deducted for this transaction. But still the message "pending from bank end" is displayed. Please see the snapshot attached.
