I made a transaction on 26 July amounting Rs 5850 to pay for a Shuttl pass. But the transaction failed and refund for the same was initiated on 27 July 2018. But till date I haven't received my money. They said refund was successfully processed but where is my money? I haven't received it till date. I am chasing my bank, Shuttl (merchant) and Razorpay from last month but my issue is not yet resolved. Tried calling razorpay number of times but either the call will be unanswered or if it was answered once (by Smita) but no resolution was provided to me.
