This is to inform you that i was making a payment from BHIM app money got debited but transaction failed. In the Bhim App i am not getting the option to report a failed transaction, its only showing call bank, after speaking to SBI customer care they said to write an email with all the details. so the details are as follows:

    Sir,
    I have booked irctc ticket from pune jn to cuddapah(hx) on 16 th and I have used razor pay gateway.ihave paid money through phone pe app.
    I have complained them about issue and they said that transaction is successful to razarpay and problem is from razor pay.
    In the past also i have the same issue with this razor pay gateway.
    So ikindly request u to refund my money of 440 rupees.

      I have tried to book a ticket on 15 oct 18 thro irctc app from nagpur to bhusaval for date of journey 19 oct.18. Payment mode was by using razorpay thro tez app

          I had booked two tickets from on oct 2 2018. When both were completed the berths were not alloted. Hence the amount was debited from my account but the transaction was in complete.
          I have waited for more than 10 business days still the amount has not been credited back.

            If we try to call their customer care, it goes to a voicemail, which always says "we are facing unusual traffic, so kindly mail me". They haven't replied my mail for more than 20 days now.

            I made my payment to earlysalary app which went through RazorPay app. The amount has been debited from my account and is not yet reflected in my early salary account. UPI[protected][protected]@icici-Pay[protected]EarlySalary. This is the message I received. The amount is Rs.62, 818.

            I am not able to contact Razorpay through phone and no response for Emails too. It has been 20 days now and I have no clue where my money went.

              I had ordered food from foodwifi application on android phone in imphal city of manipur state. The total bill was 1020 rupees. After entering the correct otp the message displayed was "payment failed due to issuing bank is unavailable".
              This happened for 6 times and each time there has been a deduction of 1020 rupees from the bank account. A total of rs 6120 is deducted from my account on 13 october 2018. The delivery was never made and the amount is also not reverted back on my account. Razorpay customer service helpline is also not available and is not responsive. You are requested to take my complaint and kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

                I have actually booked a ticket on 13th of oct from Secunderabad station to Aurangabad station through HDFC Netbanking. But the ticket is not booked and the payment is deducted from the bank account. I don't understand whether the ticket will be booked or not?? or will the money be refunded back into my bank account??? if it will refund how much time will it take to???

                  I have been charged rs. 2048/- in september 17th 2018. It was for avg software. But the company has not received it and it was done without any otp. It was a breath of rules. Neither their was any mail for the amount debited nor any other means of communication.

                  Razor team kindly look into it and do the needful. It's shameful that there is no accountability of such incidents.

                        I tried booking a train ticket using BHIM UPI but the money got deducted from the account but the train ticket didn't get booked and the transaction status shows pending from bank end.                                     Its been over 15 days yet I have not received the refund amount for the failed ticket. On IRCTC portal it is reflecting that they have already refunded the amount on 27 Sept 2018. I used razorpay payment gateway and UPI as payment method for booking ticket on IRCTC mobile app. kindly process the payment as soon as possible.

                                      Hi,

                                      I booked ticket on "07_OCT_2018" using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                                      I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

                                      I booked a ticket from IRCTC app on 6th October 2018 for 9th January but the money is deducted from bank and it is also showing as transaction complete but in app and site it is showing payment pending from bank's end.
                                      Transaction status is payment from bank's end but the money has been deducted . I have attached the photos for proof .

                                      I booked a ticket on IRCTC app using bhim app.i.e razor pay ...It is pending from bank end it seems but money got deducted from my account.Could u please help me with this.
