money deducted in irctc transaction shows pending from bank end

I tried booking a train ticket using BHIM UPI but the money got deducted from the account but the train ticket didn't get booked and the transaction status shows pending from bank end. I hope you can give a solution to get my money back... whether my ticket get booked or will i get refund automatically or should i need to visit bank for getting refund..

refund not received for failed irctc transaction

Hello razorpay,

My irctc payment using razorpay payment gateway got failed twice today on 12th october.
Amount debited from bank but not received refund.
On irctc status of these transaction is - failed transaction ; ticket not booked.

I have cancelled a ticket on irctc on 1 oct 2018. The refund i am to received is rs 770 but till date no refund recieved. Irctc saying they have refunded amount to razorpay but till date they have not done same.

Its been over 15 days yet I have not received the refund amount for the failed ticket. On IRCTC portal it is reflecting that they have already refunded the amount on 27 Sept 2018. I used razorpay payment gateway and UPI as payment method for booking ticket on IRCTC mobile app. kindly process the payment as soon as possible.

I booked ticket on "07_OCT_2018" using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

I tried to book my flight tickets on irctc via phone pe. money deducted (4920.8 rs) from phone pe app but on irctc status showing ticket not booked.

I havent received a refund of my irctc cancelled booking... Although the irctc app shows money sent to bank yet not received the amount... I request the razorpay officials to kindly look into the matter asap... I have called irctc officials they have said we have sent money to the merchant...
