Hi,

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 135.49 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.

    I booked a flight ticket on 20/10/2018 from delhi to hyderabad. I don't exactly remember the booking website or the airlines as the booking didn't go through. But the payment page said payment was declined and hence i did not get any ticket confirmation email. But today i see that $47 have been deducted from my account. How is that you deduct money when the payment page said it failed.

      I have booked a tatkal ticket on 20th oct 2018. The payment amounting ₹1080 was deducted from my account, but ticket was not booked. There is no refund shown at irctc app. They are displaying a message of payment at your end. Please suggest how will i receive my money back.

        I booked a flight ticket on 22 october 2018
        In irctc through razorpay payment
        On 12-10-18 to vpa razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi tran. Id no [[protected]].
        On that time the payment was successful "also show msg payment done successfully you can closed section" i thought the ticket is being booked
        But i have not received any msg or email of ticket booking yet.
        I received msg of payment deduction from my bank. I. E rs.3116.80/-
        Also showing payment successful msg on my google pay ac its showing "money deposited in recipient's bank.
        But when i see on irctc side ticket status showing not booked.
        It was not booked and not showing any status/details of payment.
        I also wright yesterday on razorpay but not received any replay yet.

        So please let me know whether ticket was booked or not & whats's the current status of my money, can i booked another tickets.

        Its very very urgent.

        Now i lost the priority in booking there was no intimation. I am doing booking regularly by using irctc & net banking also done lots of transaction by using google pay but never get this type of experience. Very worst experience o[censored]pi razorpay...
        Also try to find status on razorpay but not getting any information & call center line is not connected to representative.

          I had booked tatkal ticket from atp-kcg by train no-17604. Money has been deducted from the bank account but ticket has not get confirmed and it is showing transaction is pending at bank end. Even i had enquired my bank and they are saying money got deducted and there is no problem at their end.

          Please kindly get to know is ticket is booked. If not how to get my refund back.

            I had tried to book a train ticket in irctc and pay through raz. But due to network connection the ticket was not booked, but the amount debited. I thought that the amount was automatically refund bit it is not happened. When the amount should be refund. The message received was enclosed below

            I have made the booking of 5355 rs approx to book tickets from IRCTC, but now the status is showing as Pending From Bank End, please help in understanding this status. If the tickets havent get booken then let me know so that I can book the tickets again.

                      Dear Sir, i tried to book train ticket thru irctc appfrom Abohar to Delhi on 18/10/2018. Amount was deducted from my bank account but ticket booking failed. I contacted my bank & they are saying amount successfully paid to Razorpay.

                            I booked the ticket from using razorpay but the ticket didn't get booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                            The money is deducted from my account but a ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc payment status showing "amount not received from bank", but my money is deducted from bank. Please refund my money.

                              Last 4 months using razorpay while booking the train ticket on irctc. The amount deducted still now not refunded in my bank account. Nearly rs 5000 pending from razor pay. I contacted my bank the bank employee told me "amount not received from the bank". "http://www.razorpay.com" in this website created the request still now no response. Many times called the customer care no response. So everyone don't use razorpay on payment gateway.

                                Will sue your gateway and toll free number for not entertaining my queries, have ordered and paid 4300/ and you guys have no courtesy to send us message even or let us know of ordered product dated 7 oct 2018.
                                It was my mistake that i did not check how trustworthy is this cheaters "razorpay" is, as it's my first ever experience.
                                I hope india looms.com takes and acts responsible to solve my agony.
                                Person named vikram is to be sued from india. Looms for not even replying to my message. Will make sure such fraud is stopped.

                                We checked the payment id: pay_BAMwDuN1Q2vp7A and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the refund credit in 10 working days. You may also track your refund through this link - https://razorpay.com/support/#refund.

In the Bhim App i am not getting the option to report a failed transaction, its only showing call bank, after speaking to SBI customer care they said to write an email with all the details. so the details are as follows:

                                    I have booked irctc ticket from pune jn to cuddapah(hx) on 16 th and I have used razor pay gateway.ihave paid money through phone pe app.
                                    I have complained them about issue and they said that transaction is successful to razarpay and problem is from razor pay.
                                    In the past also i have the same issue with this razor pay gateway.
                                    So ikindly request u to refund my money of 440 rupees.

                                      I have tried to book a ticket on 15 oct 18 thro irctc app from nagpur to bhusaval for date of journey 19 oct.18. Payment mode was by using razorpay thro tez app
