[Resolved] Razorpay — hotel booking refund issue | |||
Dear team, Yesterday i booked a hotel of rs2242 via razorpay gateway through happy easy go app, my money was deducted but hotel not booked and i complained on dtd15.09.2019 for razorpay app about this then i received a call dtd.15.09.2019 from razorpay executive and he knows about my complaint and he asked my debit card details for refund his name is deepak kumar and that call was fraud call because he asked for otp, razorpay app is not secure app for any booking transactions and your employees are doing fraud calls. I want my money back in any how otherwise i'll complaint in ombudsman service. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, I tried to book a train ticket through IRCTC app. Payment has processed through Google pay. Amount is debited from my account but in IRCTC portal it's show payment is pending from bank end.

I don't know what ever happened in your end or happy easy go end or hotel York inn end, I want only my money back because it's completely your fault for delaying acceptance it's not a customer service.
If you all are collaborated each other then it's completely your headache how booking done or not.
I want refund nothing else.
