[Resolved]  Razorpay — I'm complaining about the failure of my transaction

Razorpayirctc payment failure

Dear sir,
This is preyoshi saha, i have done my payment of tickets through 'phone pe' app to razorpay irctc rail connect, but i didn't receive my train tickets though it is showing in phone pe app that my transaction is successful. The amount is being debited from my bank account and credited to your bank but not received by the irctc.. I'm mentioning my transaction id over here..

Please check the issue and and kindly solve my problem.. Either get my tickets booked or refund me back my money in my account..

We checked the transaction with UPI reference number '811012947613' and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. Pls check below transaction made through razorpay bhim app for irctc booking.amount has been debited on 16th.not yet refunded to account.irctc status show payment failure.no ticket booked.

We checked the transaction with UPI reference number '810616396086' and see that a refund has been successfully processed for this txn. Hi my name is biplab das..i have done two transacion by razorpay to irctc by my ticket was not booked but amount deducted. Here is rhe two transactions id
