[Resolved]  Razorpay — Refund not received

I placed an order of 30, 000 rs on a Bombay based website Mainstreet Marketplace on the 7th of December and because of the unavailability of the item, my order was cancelled and a refund was initiated the very next day. It’s been 10 + days now and I haven’t received the refund. I have contacted the merchant as well as my bank and according to both of them, the payment has been stuck with the payment gateway which is razorpay since then. It’s been days and I haven’t received any kind of help from razorpay’s side besides a few automated emails. The refund status only says ‘Processed’ and that’s it. I request a quick refund as its a hefty amount.

Mere bhi same he problem hai 12 days ho gye abhi tak refund nhi mila razorpay is worst payment gateway ever
I think they are making interest on our money we can think ourself if they only anyone's money for only 1 day they how many users are using razorpay so how much interest they are getting shame on you razorpay.
Apko refund kaise mila muje to abhi tak nhi mila hai
