Name - nagaraj k There was an unauthorized transaction through my debit card of sbi for rs. 3521.00. Dated 31.12.2019 This transaction is not done by me. Please look into it and refund back the amount immediately. Txn ref[protected]. There was no disclosure of the name.
They said they are calling from SBI Cards and all my debit card details were available with them.
They said it's a confirmation call and rechecked all the details of the card.
When the call got disconnected there was a sms of debit confirmation received on my mobile. Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have placed order of rs 1287.22 in banggood my order number is 78655522 . I have made the payment through upi payment was done . but I didn't get any response regarding payment . and when I check, it was showing pending for the payment but amount got deducted from my account. I have included a screenshot of payment proof
