I ordered make up set on instagram about 1250/ i paid through online and that link was pages. Razorpay.com
And now that pages was missing and chat with that page also missing i have no idea what's happening can you help me out?
And from this type of frauds... How can we trust...

Did it receive my product

On Feb 20 I ordered an epilator from your company. Money has been withdrawn from my account but I have yet to receive my product. I am a widow and don't appreciate being the victim of fraud....

But my account was again debited by the same amount on 12/3/20

taking payment on behalf of fraud companies

Order no #hf1179 dated 21.03.2020 time 9.11 a. M, payment of rs. 4, 549/- was made against purchase of sanitizers namely, clean q 500ml * 1 (10pcs) to online portal namely healthyfactory and the payment was made through a trusted portal razorpay.
A thorough mail was sent to razorpay and a ticket was raised having ticket reference request #2790916. But the company has stated that they are the only payment gateway and not been able...

made a transaction on banggood and the money didn't reach them

I had made a transaction on 1 March 2020 on Banggood. The money was deducted from my account but didn't reach the Banggood, the payment gateway I chose was Razorpay. Now I am following up with Banggood and they are denying for any payment as they have not received it. There is no way you can contact Razorpay team. Customer line doesn't work.

It's a fraud company cheating people. Never choose this as a payment gateway....
