      I want to report a fraud, which happened with me on friday afternoon on 10/01/2020.
      I received a call from a number +91 [protected].
      And after that four transactions were done on my credit card to razorpay sotw which were of
      Rs. 19, 853.69
      Rs. 19, 853.69
      Rs. 17, 604.18
      Rs. 19, 853.69

      These transactions are not made by me.
      I have complained about this fraud transactions in my icici bank.
      I have also lodged a fir in police station
      Against this person with above phone number. This is an unauthorized transaction.
      After investigation done by cyber crime police, they found out that the above amount was transferred to cashbeans loan application via razorpay.
      These four months of delay happened because cyber crime police investigation took time to find out the source of fraud.
      This amount has been transferred to someones account and the documents they showed are loan approval by cashbeans.
      I want my money back.

      Kindly revert back as early as possible.

        I had made a transaction on 1 March 2020 on Banggood. The money was deducted from my account but didn't reach the Banggood, the payment gateway I chose was Razorpay. Now I am following up with Banggood and they are denying for any payment as they have not received it. There is no way you can contact Razorpay team. Customer line doesn't work.

        It's a fraud company cheating people. Never choose this as a payment gateway.

            I made a payment on 7th january 2020 of rs 6500 to delhi football and razorpay was accepting money on the behalf of the delbi football. I made payment through paytm upi. My payment was failed and my money got deducted. I mailed razorpay they told me they are working on it. But its been more than 2 months i have not received my refund. I asked paytm, they said money has been send to razorpay and mine bank (Bank of baroda) has also raiser charge back but still no refund. There customer care is always busy and i ask them to call me for the same but no call and nothing productive information.

            Razorpay send me mail saying We checked the payment pay_E1Ye5nTMrNyg4V for an amount of ₹6, 500.00 attempted on 7th Jan, 2020 and see that it was a failed payment since your issuing bank didn’t send us a successful callback. After this i visited the bank, they charged back to razorpay regarding this but still its almost more than 40days . Mail id from which i received mail - [email protected]

                Dear team,

                I am contacting razorpay customer care number since 11th march and 1000 times i had tried it shows only they are busy attending the customer. I beleive they had auto setup not to take the calls. They are doing fraud with customers like me while paying payment they gateway had deducted 3 times from my account instead of one time.
                Since then i am doing follow up on emails and they are not taking any such action to resolve my issue.

                I need refund for my payment deducted
                ​ for reference number[protected] and[protected]. It been a long time now.

                Coule you please take action and please resolve this issue asap.

                    I placed an order of inr 25195 on a website called www.thedehihaat.com, and after i placed the order i was directed to razorpay gateway so it seems pretty trusted cause i'm paying from razorpay gateway so paid the money. After i paid the money their is no confirmation of order invoice has been given. After that i googled and got to know that it's a fraud website. I complained for an dispute to razorpay. It's been a week and there is no sign of money refund. I'm too worried about my money now cause it's pretty lot of money and the merchant is not responding any emails. And also maybe the email is also fake cause emails are delivering to the merchant.

                      My ticket for 19/03/2020 pnr number [protected]cancelled on 13/03/2020 which one week before for the amount 273.00 saying canot refund any penny.

                      And another ticket pnr number [protected] also cancelled on same date for
                      The same amount saying only 5. Oo can refund.

                      So if i am not getting 90% of both cancellation amount i will going to file a complaint in consumer court and copy to mr. Piyush goyal minister also.

                      Hope you will do a necassary action to refund the amount in my bank account
                      With out any agitation.

                            I had booked an irctc ticket for an amount of inr 252.29 upi transaction id[protected] on 28/feb/2020. The amount has been debited from my account and there is no confirmation for ticket and its showing as transaction failed, with failure reason as no response from bank.

                            Please check at your end whether the money has been processed for my ticket.

                            Kindly check and revert at the earliest.

                              Razorpay is made for harassment to people. They send every day message alert for paying money to people. This alert might be free so company demanded money send alert for demanding money many times till customer get harass and paid the money anyhow.
                              After complaining to razorpay, they not give satisfied answer and allow finance company to harass their customer by sending frequent sms alert for demanding money.

                                I have made online registration for fastag based on details via appltfastag.com [protected]@fastag.com which led to payment gateway of razorpay link. My account is debited for 1990/- on 16 feb2020 . But No response received on my complaint on fastag charges and issuance process and request for refund as per attached files. Can u take action on concerned and help refund my money from them.

                                  I have made payment to SBI MUTUAL VIDE transation no. RSBI[protected]IGAIDYKPR8 dated 24/02/2020 amounting Rs.15000/- from my sbi a/c no. [protected] . The said amount nether credited to my SBI mutual fund nor refunded in my bank account.

                                    I made a transaction to banggood, the transaction need to take place via razorpay. My UPI transaction was successfully credited to razorpay account but razorpay didn't transferred that amount to razorpay account. My order didn't get placed.
                                    I am continuously complaining regarding this issue to banggood as well as razorpay. Razorpay didn't respond to my complaint. I have filed complaint around 6 times on razorpay support, but they never respond back.
                                    I have confirmed my bank they said the transaction was successfully sent to razorpay.
                                    I am attaching bank statement below.
