not received products from sell at cost

I ordered few products from sell at cost app. I paid money 2024rs. But still not received any products.. Few days before i complained today 28.062020 one call from phone number [protected].. He told sell at cost razorpay team.. And he told to refund my amount 2024rs.
But he told first install app (Quick support app).. I installed that app.. And next he told open that app and open phonepay app.. Enter your debitcard details.. Same thing...

Not received products

I ordered my products on 10th March 2020 from the app 'Sell at Cost' and haven't received any products yet..
I ordered few things from this site, Payment of Rs.2024/- was done online through Bhim app .. It's been more than 3 and half months now, haven' t received any products still. From the beginning of time it's shown preparing. Now this 'sell at cost ' app is not opening and Can't even track my products. NowWorst customer service....

Not received the products and no refund money

I ordered my products on 10th March from the app 'Sell at Cost' and haven't received any products yet...
No tracking details for the above.. And now sell at cost app is not opening..
Lockdown almost finishing.. Courier service is available now.. And i paid money (Rs. 2024/-) through Bhim app and their customer service is not responding either..
Already i ordered more than 3 and half months completed.. But still i dint...

fundmelon credit card to cash problem

I have made credit card to cash in fundmelon app. The amount successfully debited from credit card. But not transferred to my bank account. I have contacted the fundmelon via email. There is no response.

Razorpay - threatened to debit my account for dispute created by payment co 3 months after transaction

Due to some technical error in my lap top I could not respond to your mail of 06 june 2020.
CDF will be firmly responded which is generated by you coz if :
1. There was any issue the customer would have written to us, there is no mail of any dispute from customer [ he is CC in this mail too]
2. There is no mail to us from his credit card company who claims there is a claim with us, there is no correspondence from customer...
