I have made a transaction for rs 10132 on 20th june 2020. Unfortunately, the amount was debited immediately within fraction seconds but the purchase was failed. It's very unfortunate the amount was not refunded even after a couple of times raised the complaint. They deducted amount and making to run from pillar to post. Please could you guide me on how to file a case against the team razorpay with ombudsman?

        Credit card payment issue

        I am Hiren Shah, on 2nd July 2020 i was paid my rbl credit card bill through razorpay link but showing something wrong and my Rs.7286.58 was debited from my bank account but not credited in my RBL credit card please solve my issue and refund my money back....

                    I ordered few products from sell at cost app. I paid money 2024rs. But still not received any products.. Few days before i complained today 28.062020 one call from phone number [protected].. He told sell at cost razorpay team.. And he told to refund my amount 2024rs.
                    But he told first install app (Quick support app).. I installed that app.. And next he told open that app and open phonepay app.. Enter your debitcard details.. Same thing i did.. But still not yet refund my amount... I am worried about this phone number.. I think that number is fraud phone number.. So please refund my amount 2024rs. As soon as possible.. Its very big amount to me.. I am very poor condition.. I hope you will refund my amount.. Thanking you

                        I ordered my products on 10th March 2020 from the app 'Sell at Cost' and haven't received any products yet..
                        I ordered few things from this site, Payment of Rs.2024/- was done online through Bhim app .. It's been more than 3 and half months now, haven' t received any products still. From the beginning of time it's shown preparing. Now this 'sell at cost ' app is not opening and Can't even track my products. NowWorst customer service. There is no deliver information... So please refund my amount or please send me my products whatever i chose.. Please solve this problem as soon as possible..

                          Lockdown almost finishing.. Courier service is available now.. And i paid money (Rs. 2024/-) through Bhim app and their customer service is not responding either..

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is Vinod kumar jain i would like to bring to your notice that my Email Id and phone number has been misused for a Transaction happened a day before
                            ie[protected] Thursday and there was a purchase done for Rs.969.96 at VECARE CONSUMER SCIENCE PRIVATE LIMITED (MUMBAI) with card no ending with 1513 PAYMENT ID - pay_F6QySSPOTEIcTV although i have no direct connection with the Debit Card or credit card used the name and my mobile number with my Email usage bothers me for a misleading transaction.

                            I feel the card transaction should stopped with immediate effect as there is so many frauds transactions happening globally with person who is not even aware of what is happening - i receive the OTP from your portal for which i have not opted this is the senario from december.

                            I request you to kindly track the following person and take action immediately so that future more unanimous transactions could be stopped cox it involved My Email Id with Phone Number

                                    I have made credit card to cash in fundmelon app. The amount successfully debited from credit card. But not transferred to my bank account. I have contacted the fundmelon via email. There is no response.

                                    Then i have raised compliant in razorpay support team. The executive praveen says in last email on[protected], "we are checking this with merchant and raised a dispute so we request you to wait for 5 working days. We will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your understanding. Kindly give us 5 working days to see merchant's response on this before proceeding further"

                                    Still now more than 5 days over. I have again contacted the razorpay today[protected], no other response received. And when executive when the picked my call, they will hangup the call without any further notification. This is very very disappointed to me. If the razorpay will not support to customer, then where the customer goes? I have attached the screenshot for the email from razorpay.
