This is Parvathy Sasi I have mailed several times regarding deduction of 21000 in my card behalf of R Shield insurance premium their is no response from Ur side. I am going on mailing you people regarding issue but no response from your side. How can you people deduct that much of amount with out any intimation. When insurance company called that time only I have confirmed you people that their is no need of any insurance premium from your side. How can u deduct amount and convert that to EMI. I am Bilkis Shah. I have RBL super credit card.
Without my knowledge, your bank put the shield insurance premium of Rs.5900/- on my name and another premium of rs. 720/-. Also, the amount is converted to pay like EMI. I recalled the same thing has happened previous year as well and I remember I have cancelled the R-Shield Insurance that time. I didn't apply for this insurance and also your bank staff also didn't consult me about this insurance policy.
Now since it has been charged on my current credit balance, my credit limit is in over limit and your bank has charged rs. 600/- for the same.

I request you to please cancel this transaction and refund the amount in my credit balance. I also want the refund of Rs.600/- that you have charged for the over-limit.

I'm Akshay Kumar V from Bangalore I recently became the new customer of RPL bank through Bajaj Finserv SuperCard. The amount of Rs.720/- was debited my credit card account for R Shield Insurance Premium without my consent. I came to know this through the unbilled statement summary. Please deactivate the R Shield Insurance Premium and credit the sum of Rs.720/- back to my credit card account.

Very worst RBL bank..even repeated complaints in the forum.they are continuously cheating customers.I also astonished by seeing 720 debit in my cc bill.immidiately I complained to RBL customer care they showed another transaction with EMI convertion of 12 months.so cheating customers without any information.I will complaint to banking abmudsman for proper resolution as RBL not responding for speed resolution.
