RBL Bank — credit card fraud transaction

On my rbl bank credit card some one has done of transaction of rs 39000. I got a message. At that time i was in office. I have already registered a complaint to bank but i did not get any positive feedback and this month they have send the credit card bill of fraud transaction amount. I am not able what should i don next if i will not pay the bill. So please help me get back my money.
