RBL Bank — please cancel my r shield insurance premium

Hi i am Mahendrasinh Parmar and i use RBL bank Platinum Maxima Credit card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 600/- Hundred rupees this insurance is deduct my card without my consent.
