RBL Bank — r shield insurance cancellation. bad customer care experience | |||
My name is Nanda Gopal. Few days before I got RBL Bank platinum plus super credit card. After that, I received a call from RBL bank insurance company regarding that R shield insurance subscription. But I told, that am not interested. So please don't activate that subscription. I said repeatedly 4 or 5 times to that customer care executives. But today R shield insurance premium Rs.720 debited in my RBl bank platinum plus super credit card. Today am trying to contact RBL bank customer care. But I can't contact customer care at anyway. And also sending a mail to RBL bank customer. But I didn't received a any reply form RBL Bank. Kindly request to you please cancel that insurance and refund the money. i have not requested for the R shield insurance but still from my supercard without my knowledge they have debited 1084/- .
Kindly request to cancel and refund the amount for the same.
Last 2 yrs same issue, till date not not cansal very poor service

The same type of thing happened with me on 25th June'2021 my RBL Super Credit card was automatically debited with Rs.600.00 towards R.Shield Insurance Premium. Neither I opted nor a call came. Though complained only a reply came to sort out the issue within 6 days.

These Rblbank r shield insurance people are taking money without our knowledge. They don't give any full information and they don't have direct contact. I have paid 12000 for r shield. Customer care guys will give wrong information. They are the robbers. I really hate this Rblbank services.
