RBL Bank — unwanted delay of cancellation of credit card

I have requested to cancel my credit card on 23.05.2019 and my request quote number is 08527905. And i got a mail from ms. Deepika that my card will be cancelled with in 5 working days and noc will be sent soon after the cancellation. Today is 28.05.2019 and still not got any response. But on 24.05.2019 at 7.43pm got a text message that they were unable to reach my number and they will re-attempt the call again on 28.05.2019. Meanwhile i just had word with customercare executive and he said my request is cancelled due to the reason that they were unable to reach the customer.

Is this a specific reason to reject the process. As i have cleared all my dues and 100% eligible for the cancellation. Now as per their executive, he will make the request again and it will take 3 days again for the cancellation.

Don't know how they can deal in such a way if the customer is least interested to continue using the card. And i feel very pity myself for choosing their card.

Muje card ki limit 150000 btai gyi but muje 35k ki limit ka card mila h aur alrady mere pass hdfc ka card h jiski limit 150000 h toh ma ye card kyuvuse krunga aur iske 2000 charge pay krunga muje ni rhkna ye card aap isko return le kar jao

Dear sir, i have missed my credit card payment on 11 may 2019. Today[protected] i paid total credit card bill with including fines . But my credit card is not accessible, I already gave a complaint to customer care . I dont have any telephone form RBL that they have blocked my card . Please do needful sir .
