we had purchased led tv from reach distributor india pvt ltd for worth rs 17, 65, 000 durring the period 10/07/20 to 31/010/2020 for distribution sales with this commitment that company will provide two years warranty on his product to the customer based on customer billing date.
but company failed to provide after sales service and customer place or our office .
we had to collect all customer led tvs who had problem with their led tv, we collected all at our office.
with company 's wrritten commitment that after receipt of defective units company will credit bill value in our account we returned all units of worth rs 1, 22, 600.0 with invoice no 3360, 02/07/2021
but since then neither we received our money nor any responses and whenever new complaint comes company ask customer to take new unit from us on mail, when we we ask how we can provide new unit when our old payment is not released then we never get any response from following
