I booked ticket from ongole to bangalore on[protected] through redbus application. They sent wrong bus tracking details, bus departure time is 11.55pm, i am waiting there where is bus pick up point from 11.00pm onwards, finally bus came i get into bus the driver said sir, this bus was already full contact to head office, i called head office they told sir bus already left contact to redbus, next day i have urgent meting with client so, i took cab and reached to bangalore, for that i spent money around 6500, same thing i shared to redbus, i didn't ask any refund but they refund only my booking amount, again i spoke to redbus team and told to them please process whole amount where i spent money for came to bangalore, but thay said we cant process it, we can transfer 500rs into redbus wallet you can use this money for recharges simply they said, so, can you please help about this issu
