Booking two tickets in national travels non a/c sleeper from udumalpet to chennai in oct 21 2018, but the tickets booked some others through national travels. We realise that after reach the boarding point on boarding time. We totally disappointed. We call the redbus customer care they are not responding properlly. Total ticket cost is rs.2035. They have no option to refund the amount.

    Ticket no : tmbf87077815 date of journey : [protected]t 18:30 i dont know why these guys arrange local express buses for long distance travel 430 kms they are making money on festival seasons by putting express buses they are not even caring about customer lives and safety hope you will take action.

      My bus from coimbatore to hosur was cancelled by bus operator due to some technical issue on sept 23, 2018, it's been one month but still the refund is not yet done from redbus and also the customer complaint is raised multiple times through mail and also through redbus portal but no response. Worst customer care service. Please help me get my refund amount.

          there delay in processing the refund

          I booked a ticket in redbus but the transaction has got failed. On the day of transaction i called the customer care, she said money will be refunded to your payment source, but they credited to their redbus wallet. I asked for withdrawal of the wallet money to my bank account, daily the customer care will soon process the refund. It has been 13 days ago i made the transaction i haven't received my money back till now. Now one is providing...

          I have booked a redbus ticket on 8th october 2018 from Bangalore to Adoor
          KBS travels, A/C sleeper seat no:L3
          I have cancelled the ticket on the same day and got an email where the refund has been processed and will receive the refunded amount within 7 working days.But till now I have not received the refund(20 days ).
          If am checking the refund status it is showing the bank is processing
          Is this the way redbus treating the customer?

              I have booked a bus ticket for oct 2nd from tirunelveli to chennai. Amount was debited twice for same ticket and I thought it will be refund automatically in 7 days. But more than 12 days gone and it was not refunded . Again reached to redbus customer care and they issue me for any payment related issue customer need to contact the redbus team. Is it a correct procedure to inform the issue to customer. However i was raised a complaint and they told in 2 days it will be refunded but the amount is not yet refunded and it is almost 5 days gone. This is not completely fair. Today also I have experienced the same issue and the amount is refunded to source of payment.
              This is 4th time and facing the same ids

                I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 25 august 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm9p11842562 from ongole to bangalore for dated 13 september 2018 that tckt amount refund was 659/- rs. And cancelled it on 25 august.

                But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days today date was 18 october but not receive refund money still today sir.
                Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and. I request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                    I booked ticket from ongole to bangalore on[protected] through redbus application. They sent wrong bus tracking details, bus departure time is 11.55pm, i am waiting there where is bus pick up point from 11.00pm onwards, finally bus came i get into bus the driver said sir, this bus was already full contact to head office, i called head office they told sir bus already left contact to redbus, next day i have urgent meting with client so, i took cab and reached to bangalore, for that i spent money around 6500, same thing i shared to redbus, i didn't ask any refund but they refund only my booking amount, again i spoke to redbus team and told to them please process whole amount where i spent money for came to bangalore, but thay said we cant process it, we can transfer 500rs into redbus wallet you can use this money for recharges simply they said, so, can you please help about this issu

                      I booked 9 tickets worth rs. 6, 300 for 10:30 departure on 17oct 2018 from delhi to haldwani on redbus.com, the bus booked was himachal holidays and it was a big ac bus. But when i reached boarding location the bus provided was from itc (International travel company) and it was a mini bus in pathetic condition and which had departure of 12:00. They changed travel company without even informing and when someone paid you for so many seats how can a company be so harsh to customer. I want action so no one has to suffer because of their fraud.

                          I have cancelled my trip (22nd oct 2018 chennai to kovilpatti) and gave redbus wallet as refund option. Till now i haven't seen refund amount credited. I have to book another ticket only with that refund amount... I have no response received from redbus end. Seriously fedup with their way of treating customers. I keep trying the redbus toll free customer care numbers and redbus customer chat services.. It is supposed to be acknowledeged atleast. Please provide proper suppport to customers first

                            Hi team,
                            I was booking ticket on 16 september 2018 from bangalore to pune and my boarding point was marathali near kalamandir.
                            At the last moment i got a call from [protected] and that guy was speaking such sarcasting way that today our van is not going to marathali kalamandir to pick you and they advised me to come anand rao circle after long conversation they were not convinced and stick to that point you have to come to anand rao circle which was not possible by me to travel there and finally they told me to cancel the ticket.

                            As per their word i called to redbus customer care and them to cancel but they told me post confirmation from bus operator (Seabird travel) we will do the needful. After 2 days they asked me to share the alternative ticket if you have not travel on seabird as a proof as per there requirements i have provided all the details but now seabird bus is still telling i have traveled on our bus and not giving the proper confirmation to red bus to refund money.

                            I would like to request your management to put your concern and do the needful to avoid this discrepancy.
                            If red bus having problem for boarding point as kalamandir, marathalli then why they put this option in their website.

                            I have faced such a pathetic situation from your bus service.

                              My complain is that i booked 2 e ticket from redbus. My journey was 15/10/2018 from gandhidham to ahmedabad in gurjarnagari class. My pnr no. Is g22436770 and trip code is 1000bhjabdexp51. My total bus fair is rs. 384. My journey time was 11:20 a. M. On my travel date. I reached gandhidham bus stand at 11:00 a. M. Amd inquired about my bus from depo incharge of gandhidham told me that bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He told me that you would claim refund of amount of bus faie from gsrtc online. Considering all facts and circumstances i hereby request you to please credit amount of bus fair in my bank account online as earlier possible and oblige. My complete details are under.                                 Hello team,

                                I have booked my ticket from madurai to hyd fir 13th oct and i canceled it on october 1st and the refund was initiated and when i call them today which is on 11th october they say that the refund was processed on 3rd oct due to some technical issue and they want me to wait till end of the day on 12th oct.

                                Before me speaking to the supervisor mr. Suhas i spoke with mr vasant who was asking me to send out the bank statement in order to prove myself that the amount was not refunded. He was able to see clearly that the amount was not refunded and why the hell does he need my account statement when he is able to see that the refund isnot processed?

                                This is sheer non sense to ask a customer to send screen shots of his statement or send it on an email to the support team, i mean what information do they have on my account statement when they are able to see that the amount is not refunded, this is a breach of security on a personal data and the support provided is not accurate.

                                Dear Red bus team,

                                This is a complaint i raised on October 11th and so far no resolution provided. Some person calls from redbus consumer complaint and tell me to witthdraw the complaint and they will refund the amount and they do not even understand from where the payment was made and they ask me my account number and other details to refund the money, before i ask why do u need the information as the are already available with the red bus, they hang up the call.

                                I have been talking to red bus team for the past 4 days and til now they have not promised the exact date of the refund and they say they will call back in 2-3 hours and they do not, at times they are very annoyed and they speak rudely and have a lot of hold time when we ask for an information, i have spoken with Nehal at the end and he promised me a call back on the 13th october and today is 15th october and there is no resolution or call made to me yet. I understand my phone was switched off during 5 pm to 11 pm as i was travelling but there was no call after that and till 15th october 4 pm.

                                I just called the red bus team and after having a discussion with the red bus team and wanted to speak with the supervisor and he says that the pay u payment has failed on 1st october 5.04 pm, 2nd one was on 1st october 11 37 pm, third one was on Oct 2 morning 1014 am, fourth one was on 10.05 pm same date, fifth one was on oct 3 10.09 am and sixth one was october 741 pm, which are all failed refund requests from pay u.

                                These people know that the the pay U was not working and one team called me that they will refund the money will be sent to you via neft. there are no signs of that yet.

                                They say that the pay u team have not reverted them yet and they have sent out the email to pay u team yet.

                                They are not at all concerned about the refund .

                                they say that the payU team is facing a complaint and they are not related to that .

                                the refund is received today after a log wait, i would not like to thank you the team of redbus as they have not done what they have promised.

                                I cancelled a ticket from Manali to Delhi on 14 the Aug 2018.My ticket number is TMP[protected] . My mobile number is [protected].It's been 2 months and I have not got the refund till now and everytime I call the customer care, they give some lame excuse and assure that I will get the refund in 24 hrs .I am highly disappointed with this attitude

                                  I had booked a hotel for 13th October and the ticket clearly mentioned that I can cancel up to 12:00 hrs of 13th October. However, I could not cancel in the app and I contacted Customer care over phone and he guided me to send a mail and I did the same. But I did not receive any kind of response from them and when I contacted them again on 14th evening, I was told that redbus did not get any mail from me. i had forwarded the mail that I sent on 13th and they refuse to cancel my ticket.

                                    I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 2nd october2018 (Ticket number is tmaw[protected] from trissur town to pondicherry for dated 3rd october 2018 that ticket amount was 1050/- rs. And cancelled it on 2nd october
                                    (Trip id is[protected]

                                    My problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                                    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                                      I have booked ticket for wife and she is traveling with 2 children's who are just 3 years, bis operator asking her to travel in single birth and they are not ready to provide allotted seat, operator behaviour is very worst and using vulgar language for single lady, please do help me out by informing your bus operator.
