provided non a/c bus for a/c bus booking and refusing to refund the difference

I booked a a/c bus with redbus for travel on 09/sep/2018 from oddanchatram to chennai. The operator gave a non a/c bus instead of a a/c bus. When asked the operator (Enjoy bus) said that a/c is not working.

The same operator operates both a/c and non a/c bus. The cost of a/c is rs.1050 whereas non a/c cost is rs.700. I complained about this on 9th sep itself. After continuous calls from my end (Apparently redbus policy doesn't...

Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

Hi,

I booked a bus ticket to travel from hyderabad to tirupathi on 31-aug-2018 through redbus. On 30-aug-18, i received a message saying the bus was cancelled due to some technical reasons and money will be refunded. I later struggled a lot to go to my destination. Besides, i have not recieved my refund till date. It is driving me crazy and i regret using this service. Please look into the issue and initiate refund asap....

Hello. I am traveling from jaipur to delhi and i keep traveling through same mostly 1 time in 2 weeks. These guys take unwanted passengers from the various bus stops. They allow them to sit on the flier as well as the drivers compound to earn extra. I request you to take action on this. I booked my tickets from red bus. Bus no. Rj 18 pb 2999. canara pinto - (poorest bus services)

Bus pickup from hospet was at 6.30 but some guy from bus agency or driver started calling me from 6'o clock demanding to reach early. I managed to reach hospet at 6.20 and i twice called the agency's number from where i had got a call previously but nobody answered. Now hastily reaching the pickup point in a rickshaw i jumped off and went inside the bus with the guys constantly shouting to get in.

I've not received refund

I had booked a ticket from trichy to chennai on 9th sep 11.55pm for a bus belonging to jeya murugan travels via redbus. The bus was unduly delayed by 2 hours without any intimation from redbus and the operator. Finally, in the middle of the night i took another bus and reached chennai. I had asked for a refund of my money, since it was redbus and the operators fault for delaying the bus. But, still now there is no proper response from redbus....

We booked 4 tickets in redbus from digha to kolkata at 15:00 pm as on 9th sept 2018. Our departure time as per the ticket booked on redbus was showing at 16:00 pm from digha bus stand while our reporting time was 15:45 pm.

refund issue

Sir i want to register a complaint regarding my bus travel (Redbus.in). I booked a ticket with redbus for 7th auguest (Bangalore to chennai) for volvo ac sleeper for which i was charged rs1354. On the date of journey the bus operator called me he said service has cancelled because of karunanedhi passsed away.
Still i didnt get refund almost 1 month was completed.
