Sir. On 26th oct 18 i booked a ticket of 252 rupees from tezpur to guwahati. My amount was deducted. I made my payment through phonepay. But i didnt recieve any ticket. Neither could i contact red bus customer care as it kept me on hold for 6 to 7 min. I couldnt contact it as my phone balance was deducted even when it kept me on hold.

    wallet amount is debited without charging phone

    Sir i had credited 100 wallet balance for my trip on redbus. Today i used this wallet balance to recharge my father mobile number [protected]. But mobile recharge not done. I got the message ""dear customer,
    Rs 100.00 has been debited from your redbus wallet towards bus booking. Your updated wallet account balance is rs 0.00
    - team redbus"" but i didn't do any bus booking so please consider my complaint and refund my wallet...

    Dear sir/madam,

    I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 22 sep 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tmak84975408 from bangalore to kundapur for dated 18 oct 2018 that tckt amount was 2205/- rs. Service:8d (Durgamba motors) seat no:26, 28, 27 on bus time :9:15 pm, booarding point: r t nagar.
    And cancelled it on 15 oct, refund amount: 1995.0, cancelled amount: 210.0, cancellation percentage:10.0 and cancelation date.

    But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 7 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

      I cancelled two tickets on 6th october and 14 th october, 2018, respectively... One ticket of srs travels (Salem to madurai) and ticket no. Tmba94794451... The other ticket is of kpn travels (Salem to kumbakonam), ticket no. Tmb[protected]... Till now my refund is not initiated... Very bad experience with red bus... This irresponsibility gives negative conditioning about red bus...

        Hi,

        I have booked my Ticket from deoria to delhi on 14th November ticket Nuumber TMBC49568872 and PNR number is B3RXP9TK. I have received a Message on 22nd Nov around 6 PM from Bus Operator that Bus Got Cancelled and mentioned a contact person name for further Inquiry in the same message.

        I have called Redbus Customer care on 22nd around 9:30 PM. They gave me the reference Number and committed me the issue get resolved withing but still its have not got resolved even I have Called to red Bus day before yesterday on 23rd Around 10 PM they take my 15 minute and told me that they ate transferring the call to their senior for resolving but they didnt transfer the call and told me that they will arrange the call within 1 hrs . I had waited for call more than 3 hours but did not receive any call from them .next day they called me asked me about the issue I again told them the whole scene then committed me the they will refund the fare amount + 300 rupees to book the ticket as i have told them I can not afford the bus fare because bus operator have started the same bus from same boarding point from same time to same destination after hiking the bus fare now they are charging the fare around 2500rs.

        They have refunded the my fare amount ( 1283.95 rs) without my consent.
        they have not resolved the issue yet.

              Dear sir/madam
              Last month 28th september we have booked 3 tickets through redbus in thangam travels bus at 11pm from chennai to madurai but unfortenately the bus has breakdown and the bus coordinator told we dont have any alternative bus right now so please go by any other bus and the money will refunded through redbus online.
              But we have waited for a week and thee is no response from redbus and we tried through phone as given in the online as no one is picking up he line then we tried to contact thangam travel but they said they informed to redbus for refund.

              Please do the needful and atleast reply.

                I booked online seat in redbus up80dt 7696 from allahabad to agra via amar travels bus (Saffarexpress.com) is worst, whole night they start full bihari music in full mode.. Sleeping cabin is smelling very badly. And the behaviour of staff is also not very supportive, the amminety that shows at the time of booking is also not giving.. Not even water bottles... The most important driver don’t know the way from where he can go out from allahabad approx 1.5 hrs he travel bus in same location of allahabad at starting

                  redbus (sangitam travel) arrogant/rude behavior by bus driver

                  I am writing this about the incident that happened with my parents while traveling to hometown by sangitam travel (Redbus).
                  We reached travel stop (Govind garden circle pimple saudagar) around 20.08 on[protected]. Bus driver started shouting on us like why you are late and bla bla bla. We have booked bus whose boarding time 20.05. Bus driver was very arrogant, he was literally shouting in front of all passengers. He started unnecessary...

                    I am anajali barodia booked bus from delhi to varanasi ticket no. B3tjckz8 wrong information provided by red bus. I had recieved msg with departure timing 9:15 pm and bus reached at boarding point at 11:00 pm waited for more than 2:30 hour.

                    Then while returning (Ticket no. Tmb[protected] arrival timing was 7:00 am on 23rd oct.2018 but arrived delhi at 11: 00 am more than 3 or 4 hours, and the refund policies are so poor that they provide refund if bus breaks down. The value of time matters a lot, i lost one of my very imp project as i could not reach my office on time and not attended meeting becos of which i paid that much amount had faith that after charging the handsome amount at least the bus will be on time..

                      There are a lot of issues that need to addressed here. I don't think i can fit my complaint into one category. Please find mentioned below, all the issues with our journey to and fro (Delhi - manali) (Manali - delhi) -

                      To begin with, we took a 9pm bus from majnu ka tilla (Delhi) to manali via holiday appeal bus service. The support staff was extremely abusive and rude on the phone and was completely uncoorperataive in their assistance. We were running roughly 3 -4 minutes late to board the bus and were trying to request the bus driver to keep the bus waiting for an additional 5 minutes.in return we received a bunch of abuses and foul language from the team. Regardless, we made it on time, and the bus only departed by 9:35pm.

                      There was no disclaimer or warning given in advance by either redbus or holiday appeal, to inform us that the bus will be dropping us off at patlikund (Which was still an hour drive away from our hostel in manali). We had to pay an additional 1000 inr and cramp ourselves up in an alto to reach our destination which was 17kms + from where we were dropped off.

                      On our way back, we were stranded at beas view dhaba (Some 70 kms from bilaspur) owing to an aggressive and violent physical fight that broke out between our conductor and some other men who were drinking in their vehicle outside the dhaba. Yes the conductor was badly injured an yes such a situation is unforeseen and unpredictable and we as co passengers respected that and were very cooperative throughout the situation. The police came, the conductor, driver and the other men all left for mandi police station after 2 hours of investigation and only returned by 4:30 am. All o[censored]s in the bus were left stranded in the bus from 11pm - 4:30 am (A total of 5 and a half hours) without any reassurance from either your team, or holiday appeal or the bus driver and conductor. All we could hear back was to wait for 24 hrs and that the issue was being pushed to 'higher authorities'. We were informed at around 1am, that a new bus driver was on his way and would reach in maximum 1 hour. 4 hours later, he arrived with the conductor and police and everyone else. There were women, young children and elderly on the bus, all stranded in the cold with absolutely no concrete update being provided by anyone. Even your customer service seemed to be completely uninterested. My issue is not with the fact that this unfortunate incident took place. Thats alright, and we were all very cooperative throughout the situation, however what ticked us all off as passengers, was the fact that even the next morning your team or holiday appeal for that matter, has shown absolutely no interest in providing us with an update. All you folks care about is your feedback, so here it is. The service was appalling. We usually travel via state bus but this time owing to the dussera break and the fact that we needed to be back on time on monday to our respective lives, we opted for redbus services and a comfortable semi sleeper volvo bus with on time guarantee mind you, and a very high fees. We were not informed about our drop off point enroute to manali and that it would be 17kms before manali. I understand the roads were being repaired and that volvos couldn't travel all the way up, but such information should be provided before hand by your team (Which it wasn't), and we had to bare an additional cost to travel up as we had no other option. You already know our reasons for being upset on the journey back. Most o[censored]s on the bus were out stationers and not from delhi. We had busses, flights and trains to catch that we all missed owing to the delay. Speaking for myself, i had to cancel some extremely important meetings that i had scheduled for the afternoon. My friends all had to miss their classes and due date for assignments. We all have an extremely bad body pain, and headaches and are all really tired. I will make it a point to never ever use your service again. Your staff is disinterested and couldn't bother to be of any assistance at all. Will write separately to holiday appeal as well. This was an absolutely ridiculous experience. Never again.

                        We booked the ticket from chennai to kodaikanal on aug 16, 2018 in shri baghyalakshmi travels (Sblt) and that day, they cancelled the bus and still now they didnt refund the money.                           Dear All,
                          I have inquired my branch in person today about the refund using the given ARN No.: IXGAJWPHH8. The branch has not received any amount. They advised me to lodge the complaint again. The amount has not been parked in any of the branch accounts.
                          Kindly re-credit the amount as soon as possible. Its been more than 45 days now!.

                              My ticket number tmbh61243616 for your journey from amravati to pune on 21st november 2018. But i wanted 21 oct 2018 i dinot select any date just today as default date select 21 october.. Actually i booked my ticket 0n 21 oct some technically issue happend and date show 21 nov 2018. I talk with customer they are not ready to refund me. I got mail from redbus
                              "we will not be able to process a refund against your ticket".

As discussed with you on call, we acknowledge that the ticket was booked for the date of journey as per your request. However, we value our relationship with us and hence we are refunding you the remaining ticket amount of Rs. 488/- back to the payment source used by you. The refund for the same has been initiated from our end on 23/10/2018 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.                               no that is your mistatke, i called to head office of yuga travel they told me that day bus 21 0cto bus already cancellled by by yuga travel and it may happend like 21 0ctober date of journey automatically change by your side as 21 November, im not satisfy with your reply, and yuga travel cancellation deduction policy is 10% but you took 40% deduction my payment, i kindly request to refund my my remaining refund amount 488 Rs,

                                Redbus doesn't provide the gstin details of its operators, neither on the website nor on-request. They say to contact the bus operators ourselves. The bus operators conveniently avoid disclosing their gstin number and i am pretty sure most of them don'e even have gstin number. Redbus is thus facilitating these operators, who earn tens of lakhs in operation, to go scott free without paying any tax.

                                The redbus customer helpline initially says they don't have the gstin number but upon insisting they say that they will refund me the gst amount instead of providing the gstin number.

                                I want to bring this to the notice of the concerned authorities about the practice being employed by redbus

                                    I had book bus ticket from the website goakadamba.com for goa to mumbai dated 19-10-18. Due to unexpected issue, the transaction was not processed properly and the total amount of rs 2520/- was deducted from my account without issuing the ticket. The amount has not been refunded to my account till now.
