Hi,
This is regarding my journey from pune to bhopal in sky bus service on 2nd november pnr[protected]
Red bus site did not verify the operators for thr basic purpose they do. Let me make it clear to you with the following points:
1. The bus conductor and driver were not aware of the route and it is a long route i don’t believe we need google maps to guide a driver for the route as he is unaware and also took a detour.

2. The bus started at 5 pm from pune was supposed to reach at 7:40 pm to bhopal which actually reached at 5:30 in the evening. Do you really think it was great spending 24 hours in the bus whose ac was not working because either you can reach in 24 hours or it will be 28 because bus cannot take load ac doesn’t work.

3. Do you think it is acceptable that there was no breakdown of bus no such traffic and we were 9-10 hours late what does that mean you didn’t verify the operators before listing them.

4. I booked ticket for 3150/- and got a refund of 315/- do you really think that i am doing this for money so you will give me this chillar i want the operators to understand that it makes a normal man suffer by not doing your job properly sending those people on the bus who don’t know the route. I want full refund for my satisfaction so that the operator knows how it feels to suffer.

5. I missed my train in which i was having a reserved seat and had to travel in general with my luggage. Being a girl i know how it feels to travel in general so that inconvenience is different.

6. If you cannot refund me the full amount let me know your account number i will transfer 315/- to you so you could improve your service.

    I was booked the tickets on 04.11.18 in thangam travels through red bus for going to my home town(madurai) from coimbatore . I was waiting for the bus. At that time they called me and told like they don't have the service and he told the bus was in workshop so we cannot continue your travel and he told like he promise to send me the refund amount with in 5. 11.18 afn. But he delayed my refund amount and he telling like he will transfer the amount on 7.11.18. I am not sure he will transfer the amount or not. Please take a necessary steps to address this issue.       I booked a ticket from etawah to delhi from redbud for rs 883. But the transaction was failed and i didn't get the ticket. I didn't get my cash back from redbus even after 15 days. I tried to contact redbus by calling the customer care but it didn't connect with the reciever. I lost my money and didn't get the ticket. I is so disappointing from redbus. I want my refund instantly.

        We booked sky bus a/c seater bus from pune to indore for 3 nov, 6:45 departure time.
        I reached at stop before time & called at provided numbers almost 20 times, no response.

        Later by asking with nearby travel office of other transport, got info that the bus standing with name "neelkaml minglani" is the your bus.
        We were cheated, on redbus portal we booked sky bus, but got different bus.
        2. Bus has no space to put luggage & every one was asked to keep luggage on aisle. When we boarded, aisle was already full & we didn't find space to put our luggage.
        3. We noticed lot of people didn't get the bearth they booked. Seat numbering was was wrong. One of the passenger booked sleeper seat by paying 2800, & she got seater seat.
        4. Bus has no charging sockets, lots of seates were broken & were tied with pillars.

        Is this how customers are cheated, looted & explioted on festivals?

          I have booked a ticket in redbus app from siliguri to kolkata on oct 22nd, amount deducted but ticket not confirmed, didn't get refund. Its already 2 weeks, no response from customer care team. Customer care service is worst in redbus. I called customer care number, there is no option to speak with customer care person. Everything is ready made, they are asking phone number, ticket number and all. When i entered ticket number system is saying its wrong. Totally pissed off with the redbus cc team.

          I booked my tickets from haipur to Udaipur, rajasthan for 4th nov. 2018. My amount has been cut from the account but due to some error my booking hasn’t been done. Please, refund my amount. If has happened many times that i faced such prolems . Improper customer care service and invali contact number.
          On 20th october, i tried to book tickets from hyderbad to visakha patnam, the money debited from my credit card and tickets didnt booked, and i got refund in wallet, how can you do that into wallet...its a huge amount...4872rs, you guys shown me hell that day,

            Hi, i booked ticket one ticket from maski to bangalore (Travel 03 november 2018) in kukkeshree travels non ac sleeper bus via tez app... Ticket cost was rs 650 while booking, i got message saying that money is debited from account, but ticket not generated...               Today (02/11/2018) i tried to book ticket to travel from coimbatore to bangalore on (04/11/2018). I used google pay for transaction, due to an issue i couldn't complete the payment so i switched to debit card payment and booked my ticket. But money has been credited to red bus account twice from google pay and my debit card. So kindly check your account and refund my amount (1260 rs) asap.

                  This is with the ticket reference number tmbu78609400 booked from bangalore to chennai, bus got breakdown at krishnagiri there was no alternative bus we had stranded on the hole night in highway with mosquito and cold, after having conversation with redbus support team they are giving only 50% of the booking amount, although i had lost my connecting train through this wonderful bus operator seabird.

                  Worst support to customers, it's very unfair and unjustice to the customer there is no compensation to customers then why do we need to book from redbus?

                  I booked ticket for 6th November 11 AM,
                  i tried cancelling this ticket TMBR90398044, immediately after 5 minutes, but could not cancel, redbus asked me to contact travel office mahasagar,

                    I tried booking a ticket twice on 19 october from my sbi online banking. The amounts were 707 and 722. I had two failed transactions due to system error at your end (Because my transactions with other website went through) i have received a refund of 707 into my bank account but the other transaction for 722 was comfortably added to your wallet without my consent. My question to you is, how could you add the money to your wallet so comfortably without my consent. Now i am not interested even remotely to use your services and thus would want to get my money back into my account. What if that was the only money someone had saved for something else?

                    I think it is unlawful to add money from a failed transaction to your wallet as technically you have not sold me any product that i had returned. There was no sale done.

                      I booked lakshmi travel bus to reach kanchipuram as boarding point from hosur. Date &time 1th nov [protected]@11.45 p. M

                      Bus has reached boarding point very late around 1.00a. M 2nd nov208 and no prior information and poor commitment.
                      Traveler was djt instead oh lakshmi i don't know why

                      No body responsible for this either redbus nor lakshmi travel.
                      Really i felt very bad i will never book tickets from red bus and never deal with lakshmi travel

                      At least take care of other customer

                            Hi. Am using redbus to book bus tickets. I once cancelled my ticket thinking that i can transfer my refbus fund to my bank account. But now i am unable to do that. Kindly take an initiative to transfer the money to my bank account. It would be so helpful if done. Thank you.

                              On 14th oct I booked 2 tickets from Mumbai to Pune through Redbus and made the Rs. 1080 payment through paytm upi but I didn't receive anything related to my booking. The amount debited from my a/c but my booking showed me as failed transaction. I have been reaching out to paytm as well as redbus. I have to tell the same details to red bus again and again and they tell me to wait for 2days, 7 days. They don't even response to mail or complaints. Made me wait for a call back. But they're not taking any action. This is really urgent. Pleasehelp me to get my refund immediately.

                                I have booked a bus ticket in redbus.com site for a travel from coimbatore to trivandrum on 22 sept 2018, pnr number:k6283747, trip code: 1900cbetvm, date of journey: 28 sept 2018. Paid rs. 743. But the trip has been cancelled by service provider (Kerala road transport corporation) and the same has been intimated to redbus and raised request for refund, red id: 5716852. Even after one-month completion, they are yet to make any refund or communication on my request. Requesting your esteemed assistance to get refund.

                                    We are unhappy of the way the all inclusive ticket (X2) has been sold to us as we were unable to complete the full journey including the old sarum.
                                    We bought the ticket around 1.30pm, the bus arrived at 2.30pm in salisbury. The last departure from stonehenge to salisbury was at 3.30. It make us impossible to see the old sarum.
                                    I would like us to have a gesture as i think we shall have been informed that the other part of the visit could have been impossible with this short time.
                                    We shouldn't have buy the full journey and be advice about it.

                                    I booked ticket from Bangalore to Coimbatore ( Parveen travels -2:15 pm) on 26th October, 2018. Due to personal issues I had to cancel the ticket.
                                    Now after cancelling the ticket I am unable to check the refund status and its been 4 days.
                                    Dear Sir, Actually today i booked a ticket kanpur to Delhi (ticket no-TMBH[protected] but because of some issue I cancelled that booking, So please tell me how much refund process take time & will be refunded or not😐
