I booked a ticket from pune to bombay ticket id. Tmam35205812 which i was supposet to board from balewadi. I waited for an hour the bus never came at tge boarding point. I went to the next boarding station but there also no signs of bus. The bus never showed up i called redbus well within the time and has been continuously talking to them. They asking to take the refund from bus operator service and bus operator service is asking me to take refund from redbus. They tellme complaint in the forum we dont care

      I have booked a ticket in red bus on 06.08.2018 from chennai to madurai in KPN .Journey date is 07.08.2018 . Due to Dr. Karunanithi's dead, the bus has been cancelled and they called and told that the buses are cancelled. After that we got a mail from red bus that we solved your query.         On 30/05/2018 I tried to book tickets of Neeta Travels from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai twice. Payments were effected through BHiM Upi VPA. Payments were successful but after VPA time of 3 min. I received one refund of Rs.663/_ but Refund of Rs662.50 is still pending. I complained several times but still I have to receive refund. I recieve mail /sms case resolved witjout refund of money paid.

        I have cancelled the ticket on 17th Aug 2018.
        I supposed to get refund for this booking. Till it didn't processed.

              I booked a a/c bus with redbus for travel on 09/sep/2018 from oddanchatram to chennai. The operator gave a non a/c bus instead of a a/c bus. When asked the operator (Enjoy bus) said that a/c is not working.

              The same operator operates both a/c and non a/c bus. The cost of a/c is rs.1050 whereas non a/c cost is rs.700. I complained about this on 9th sep itself. After continuous calls from my end (Apparently redbus policy doesn't allow to send email to customers) they are now saying that they have confirmed the a/c was apparently not working and that the operator is willing to refund rs.100.

              How is this a fair compensation. When the difference between the a/c and non a/c bus of the operator itself is rs.350, redbus is trying to shut me up with rs.100.

              Now they have closed my complaint without even informing me. Isn't this cheating?

              Note: first of all the bus itself was not a a/c bus. The windows can be opened which means it is not a a/c bus.

              My friend trvelled in the same bus abut booked via paytm. He was refunded rs.350 and enjoy bus was delisted from their site as similar complaints were raised against the perator

                I am mangesh jagtap booked my bus ticket by redbus on 22 sept 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tmak60276838 from nashik to poona for dated[protected] that tckt trying to cancelled but still i am not able to cancel it

                Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                  Hi,

                  I booked a bus ticket to travel from hyderabad to tirupathi on 31-aug-2018 through redbus. On 30-aug-18, i received a message saying the bus was cancelled due to some technical reasons and money will be refunded. I later struggled a lot to go to my destination. Besides, i have not recieved my refund till date. It is driving me crazy and i regret using this service. Please look into the issue and initiate refund asap.

                    Hello. I am traveling from jaipur to delhi and i keep traveling through same mostly 1 time in 2 weeks. These guys take unwanted passengers from the various bus stops. They allow them to sit on the flier as well as the drivers compound to earn extra. I request you to take action on this. I booked my tickets from red bus. Bus no. Rj 18 pb 2999. Deepak is our conductors name i guess. It was mentioned that they will provide us with water bottles and free wifi but there is nothing special that i can see. It’s a private bus and i am feeling very uncomfortable traveling in this bus.

                      Bus ticket booked on scania a/c bus through redbus - the operator cancelled to & fro trip and refund not received despite several telephonic reminders in their kochi office and bangalore office. Since the operator has cancelled our ticket we need 100.
                      Details: ksrtc pnr k 5767946 from kottayam to mysore, tripcode 1900tvmmse
                      Pnr k5768024 mysore to kottayam trip code trip code 1730msetvm
                      Since the booking agent has cancelled the ticket for their inconvenience they must give us full refund for our 5 tickets. (3 tickets onward journey and 2 tickets return journey). They promised that they will refund the amount within 10 days. The payment of ticket cost was through online (From our bank account)..                         Bus pickup from hospet was at 6.30 but some guy from bus agency or driver started calling me from 6'o clock demanding to reach early. I managed to reach hospet at 6.20 and i twice called the agency's number from where i had got a call previously but nobody answered. Now hastily reaching the pickup point in a rickshaw i jumped off and went inside the bus with the guys constantly shouting to get in.
                        And even though the bus departure time was 6.30 pm they left the spot before 6.25 pm, creating huge discomfort for other travelers too.

                        After sometime i went to driver to talk about this but all the 3 staff members including the driver said it was my mistake that i should be on the spot 15 mins before to which i replied even if any traveler is there 15 mins before it is their duty to not leave till the scheduled departure time.
                        They couldn't say anything more and said it is the bus agency which forces them to do so and call other people (Said the driver of bus).

                        I requested them to stop at some point so that i can get some water (The cananra pinto travels charged ~2000 rupees but didn't even provide a single water bottle), andthe driver was so arrogant that i should have got a bottle before getting in bus and now he won't stop till 10-11 pm & he actually didn't stop the bus till 11 pm, i was forced to stay thirsty for 3 hours by canara pinto travels.

                          My name is anubhav. I had booked a travel ticket from surat to pune for 24-jul-18 via agent who had used seat seller website to book via red bus for srinath travels. This ticket got cancelled by bus operator srinath travels and they had refunded the booking amount to redbus on the next day. Now its almost two months & redbus team has still not refunded the amount and it already crossed 2 months. I was in touch with redbus employee (Jeevan from pune ofc) but still was delying the refund process. Here is the refund details i have receives from bus operator

                              I afzal karim khan, tried booking tickets from mumbai to bangalore on 05/03/2018, 08:23 pm, journey date - 07/03/2018, & booking id.: [protected].

                              Amount of rs. 2, 400 /- was deducted from my account with transaction ref. No.:[protected]. The said transaction was processed through sbi pay.

                              Initially when i spoke to redbus they said that the amount was not received at their end so the booking failed. When i brought this matter to sbi pay team vide mail, they sent me a confirmation mail stating that the transaction was successful from our end.

                              On receiving this mail from sbi pay team, i forwarded this mail to redbus and contacted redbus support team to which they sent me a mail stating that the refund has been issued and will be credited to my account within 07 days. This mail was received on 14/03/2018.

                              However i did not receive any refund from redbus and on contacting the support team through telecom after 15 days of mail, i was being assured that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours.

                              Day and again i had to hear the same sentence from all of the representatives, moreover i had to call every day and summarize the same thing to each one of them.

                              Even i sent follow ups mail stating my complaint no. 3374288 every alternate days to which i never received any response from redbus support team.

                              I am very much disappointed with the customer support, and never wish to process ticket bookings in future.

                                I am attaching redbus booking snap my bording point was madiwala they call me at 11 that u have to majestic and when i reach majestic agin they told me bus has been left from here come at yeshwanthpur. Firstly they dont even speak on call just call me and disconnected the call.

                                I trust on redbus and book the ticket if i am cooperatiing with them then they have to wait for me for 5 min. At yeshwanthpur bus passed from my side and i reached at srs office near to me they also not responded me properly and that time i was on call with redbus expert.

                                I dont want any excuses from you or operative call me and refund my amount.

                                  We have booked two tickets from ahmedabad to shirdi wide ticket no-tm9u34982399, pnr-xsdif[protected]dtd 1.9.2018 travels-rajasthan state road transport corporation, for which boarding point was mentioned in ticket - gsrtc central bus stand, gitamandir, ahmedabad. Dep 7.45 pm, but bus did not arrived at boarding point. After so many phone calls we have got rsrtc customer care number then we got conductor number and called conductor, conductor of bus informed that bus didnt arrived at gitamandir and by passed from paldi only. We were waiting for bus from 7.00 pm to 10.00. No one helped us at inquire booth set at bus stand, even they were not knowing about bus. Then we came back to to home and canclled return ticket also which was booked in patel travells on dt-3.9.2018 through red bus only. Till date we have never received refund.

                                    I had booked a ticket from trichy to chennai on 9th sep 11.55pm for a bus belonging to jeya murugan travels via redbus. The bus was unduly delayed by 2 hours without any intimation from redbus and the operator. Finally, in the middle of the night i took another bus and reached chennai. I had asked for a refund of my money, since it was redbus and the operators fault for delaying the bus. But, still now there is no proper response from redbus.

                                      We booked 4 tickets in redbus from digha to kolkata at 15:00 pm as on 9th sept 2018. Our departure time as per the ticket booked on redbus was showing at 16:00 pm from digha bus stand while our reporting time was 15:45 pm.
                                      We reached at boarding point sharp at 15:10 pm on that day. After 15:30 pm when we formally enquired at the counter of wbtc for the bus details, we were informed by the operator that our ticket is not valid and there is no bus leaving from digha to kolkata at 16:00 pm.
                                      After that we contacted the customer care of wbtc also, where we were told that digha to kolkata bus departed at 15:00 pm from digha bus stand. When we asked them how the bus can depart at 15:00 pm, when it is clearly mentioned in our ticket departure time of 16:00pm? The person over the phone told us to contact redbus for clarification, since it is not their responsibility as they don’t have any knowledge of digha to kolkata bus leaving at 16:00 pm from their depo.
                                      On complaining online, customer care of redbus neither gave a proper reply to our query nor they refunded our money!
                                      Really very much dissapointed with the service since we lost our money without any fault of ours!
