Hi team,
I was booking ticket on 16 september 2018 from bangalore to pune and my boarding point was marathali near kalamandir.
At the last moment i got a call from [protected] and that guy was speaking such sarcasting way that today our van is not going to marathali kalamandir to pick you and they advised me to come anand rao circle after long conversation they were not convinced and stick to that point you have to come to anand rao circle which was not possible by me to travel there and finally they told me to cancel the ticket.

As per their word i called to redbus customer care and them to cancel but they told me post confirmation from bus operator (Seabird travel) we will do the needful. After 2 days they asked me to share the alternative ticket if you have not travel on seabird as a proof as per there requirements i have provided all the details but now seabird bus is still telling i have traveled on our bus and not giving the proper confirmation to red bus to refund money.

I would like to request your management to put your concern and do the needful to avoid this discrepancy.
If red bus having problem for boarding point as kalamandir, marathalli then why they put this option in their website.

I have faced such a pathetic situation from your bus service.

Looking forward please take on high priority and update me as soon as possible.

    My complain is that i booked 2 e ticket from redbus. My journey was 15/10/2018 from gandhidham to ahmedabad in gurjarnagari class. My pnr no. Is g22436770 and trip code is 1000bhjabdexp51. My total bus fair is rs. 384. My journey time was 11:20 a. M. On my travel date. I reached gandhidham bus stand at 11:00 a. M. Amd inquired about my bus from depo incharge of gandhidham told me that bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He told me that you would claim refund of amount of bus faie from gsrtc online. Considering all facts and circumstances i hereby request you to please credit amount of bus fair in my bank account online as earlier possible and oblige. My complete details are under.       Hello team,

      I have booked my ticket from madurai to hyd fir 13th oct and i canceled it on october 1st and the refund was initiated and when i call them today which is on 11th october they say that the refund was processed on 3rd oct due to some technical issue and they want me to wait till end of the day on 12th oct.

      Before me speaking to the supervisor mr. Suhas i spoke with mr vasant who was asking me to send out the bank statement in order to prove myself that the amount was not refunded. He was able to see clearly that the amount was not refunded and why the hell does he need my account statement when he is able to see that the refund isnot processed?

      This is sheer non sense to ask a customer to send screen shots of his statement or send it on an email to the support team, i mean what information do they have on my account statement when they are able to see that the amount is not refunded, this is a breach of security on a personal data and the support provided is not accurate.

      Dear Red bus team,

      This is a complaint i raised on October 11th and so far no resolution provided. Some person calls from redbus consumer complaint and tell me to witthdraw the complaint and they will refund the amount and they do not even understand from where the payment was made and they ask me my account number and other details to refund the money, before i ask why do u need the information as the are already available with the red bus, they hang up the call.

      I have been talking to red bus team for the past 4 days and til now they have not promised the exact date of the refund and they say they will call back in 2-3 hours and they do not, at times they are very annoyed and they speak rudely and have a lot of hold time when we ask for an information, i have spoken with Nehal at the end and he promised me a call back on the 13th october and today is 15th october and there is no resolution or call made to me yet. I understand my phone was switched off during 5 pm to 11 pm as i was travelling but there was no call after that and till 15th october 4 pm.

      I just called the red bus team and after having a discussion with the red bus team and wanted to speak with the supervisor and he says that the pay u payment has failed on 1st october 5.04 pm, 2nd one was on 1st october 11 37 pm, third one was on Oct 2 morning 1014 am, fourth one was on 10.05 pm same date, fifth one was on oct 3 10.09 am and sixth one was october 741 pm, which are all failed refund requests from pay u.

      These people know that the the pay U was not working and one team called me that they will refund the money will be sent to you via neft. there are no signs of that yet.

      They say that the pay u team have not reverted them yet and they have sent out the email to pay u team yet.

      They are not at all concerned about the refund .

      they say that the payU team is facing a complaint and they are not related to that .

      I cancelled a ticket from Manali to Delhi on 14 the Aug 2018.My ticket number is TMP[protected] . My mobile number is [protected].It's been 2 months and I have not got the refund till now and everytime I call the customer care, they give some lame excuse and assure that I will get the refund in 24 hrs .I am highly disappointed with this attitude

        I had booked a hotel for 13th October and the ticket clearly mentioned that I can cancel up to 12:00 hrs of 13th October. However, I could not cancel in the app and I contacted Customer care over phone and he guided me to send a mail and I did the same. But I did not receive any kind of response from them and when I contacted them again on 14th evening, I was told that redbus did not get any mail from me. i had forwarded the mail that I sent on 13th and they refuse to cancel my ticket.

          I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 2nd october2018 (Ticket number is tmaw[protected] from trissur town to pondicherry for dated 3rd october 2018 that ticket amount was 1050/- rs. And cancelled it on 2nd october

          My problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

          Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

              I have booked bus through redbus on sept 21, 2018. They cancelled their bus. And the ticket amount was not refunded to my account. I called the customer care many times. But they didn't give good response. They just messaged me that the money will be refund to the account within 7 working days. But even after 20 days they didn't refund the ticket amount rs.711.                 I booked two volvo tickets from beawar to jodhpur for 10th of october but the tickets they provided me didn't have the bus number so i was denied boarding the bus which caused me a great inconvenience. Because of this i boarded another bus even though i had booked my tickets in advance with redbus. I am attaching the pictures with the details and would like to get the refund back with respect to the same sooner as possible. Kindly revert back on my number [protected]

                      I booked a ticket from madurai to bangalore and journey date is oct 2nd 2018. Ticket number or trip id: tmaf65047481 boarding time : 10:45 we reached the boarding point at 10:15 and waited till 12:30 midnight.
                      Bus operator : kpn travels

                      We were never able to reach the bus operator as all the numbers provided by redbus and branch office were not reachable. And then i called redbus support team and even redbus support team could not reach the bus operator. And on the discussion redbus support team had agreed for 100% refund for my ticket charges and redbus support team asked me to go home and we did the same.

                      We went back home and booked another ticket in redbus for us to travel from madurai to bengaluru on next day which is oct 3rd. (Madurai radha travels)

                      With all above facts, i have been asking for refund for more than 10 days and redbus support team always asking for 24 hours everytime i call them and its been more than 10 24 hours and still no resolution have been provided.

                      What i also heard today it seems bus operator claiming that i have travelled on oct 2nd in semi sleeper provided by them (No body had informed me about this semi sleeper changed bus and not even redbus, no sms). How will i know about this?

                      Note : i am not sure why redbus handles this kind of such a nasty bus operators and give the pain to consumers.
                      Kindly evaluate all the above things and provide me 100% refund for my oct 2nd travel.

                        On 16-Aug 2018, Amount 450/- has been debited from account but ticket has not been booked. Amount has to be refunded.
                        The red bus team is pathetic and they do not have courtesy and while talking to the customers they just give a fake answer.

                          I informed redbus to cancel the bus ticket and refund the amount due to delay in bus arrival.

                          Redbus agent told me that he has raised the compliant ( Reference number[protected] for cancel the ticket refund ticket ticket amount.

                          But till now I have not received the refund amount and no update from redbus.

                          Tried to contact redbus customer support by WhatsApp chat, redbus app chat but there is no response .

                              I had tried booking tickets from redbus from bangalore to thalassery. Both the times, the app showed availability of tickets and proceeded with the payment. Upon completion of payment, there comes a message saying "the selected seats are unavailable". The amount got debited from my bank account but the ticket was not issued. As i had an emergency for the ticket, i tried it again and the same this happene. The money got devited twice and the ticket was not issued. Although i tried contacting their helpline, the call was not going through. And for the emails, i got an automated reply saying they'll look into it. Nothing else. It's been almost a day and no response from their side.

                                I booked ticket for pune-mumbai shivneri ac bus on red bus website on 3rd october. My ticket number was 34765900. Transaction id was rb[protected]. I reached boarding point at indira college wakad at 1.50. As per the ticket, the bus was to arrive by 2.22 pm. But the bus did not arrive by 4 pm. The msrtc staff also had no idea why the ac shivneri did not come.
                                Thereafter, i hired a private transport to reah mumbai. Thus, i lost not only rs 580 but also had to undergo huge discomfort and agony. It is reprehensible.
                                I mailed the problem to red bus on the same day but there has been no response.
                                Please look into the matter. I would pursue it further if the complaint is not attended to. Is done.

                                    I have been using redbus from long time. This time i booked my ticket from hubli to bangalore in "aditya" travels. The bus details are below:

                                    Bus came at 11:30. When the bus started moving i realised that something is biting my legs, hands and back and soon i got red patches on my legs and hands. Using my mobile torch, i found they were bed bugs. After sometime my front passengers (Seat no 9, 10& 11, 12) were also started noticing these bed bugs on their seats. I went to driver and asked for bus owner contact no but he gave some contact no of person called jagdeesh - [protected]. I called him and told about the bed bugs. He responded rudely and said there is no chance of bed bugs instead of asking for sorry on behalf of his travels and giving my alternative seats/other alternative options. I decided to change the bus and as it was too late night couldn't find any other bus service at that time as i am traveling in between. Through out my journey i had to put up with bedbug bites. This shows the quality of bus redbus has. I am being a loyal customer to redbus couldn't even think this kind of service i will be getting as my past experience was good till now. I couldn't even slept for whole night and all night suffered this horrible experience. My hands and legs have got red patch and i had to consult a doctor for this next day. I throwed my luggage bag and my pant and t shirt outside my home since bed bugs might have surely passed onto it. One passenger who took the same bus (Seat no 19) on friday 28th of september from bangalore to hubli faced the same issue at that time and it shows irresponsibility of the travels even after noticing on such issues and didn't acted on it.
                                    I need a compensation for all this and i will sue if necessary actions didn't takes place. Being loyal customer to redbus i have the rights to request kindly block this bus from redbus booking so that aditya travels company should learn the lesson and act on such issue's in future. I hope i will get my compensation amount for this soon.

                                      I booked the pilgrimage package to tirupati for myself, my mother and friend.
                                      Let me provide the list of issues i faced as that is pretty long:
                                      1) i didn't recieve any messages regarding the bus/car number i need to board or driver's contact. So i had to make couple of calls to know the exact place and car to look for.
                                      2) the driver was half and hour late and completely unapologetic about it.
                                      3) then the journey starts and we hault at sangeetha restaurant for breakfast as mentioned in the itenary sent by team redbus which perfectly fine.
                                      4) then he states the there will be no accomodation which was mentioned in the mail.
                                      5) driver abdullah from viswambara travels was so bad mouthed and disrespectful forgetting he is dealing with three ladies.
                                      6) i called the redbus expecting to clarify the confusion as the itenary now has completely changed and we planned our luggage and trip according to that but all that was in vain.

                                      I talked with three of your associates each one dodging the problem and parallelly abdullah misbehaving with us including my mother who is more than 50 years old and has back problem as we didn't agree to the change in itenary.
                                      Finally a guy named ibrahim confirmed that we have to follow whatever the driver says and surrendered that he won't be able to help us in any way.
                                      This was the worst experience i had on a trip thanks to redbus and viswambara travels.
                                      Later on going through web, i saw complaints against redbus on consumer forum which i wish i should have checked earlier so that we didn't have to undergo such dreadful experience. I have added my reviews on redbus and travels on social media and consumer forum so that people in future may escape such experience.

                                        It was a horrible experience for me to travel from mumbai to shirdi from dolphin travel.
                                        Very old and poor quality bus, no proper picked up, no sefty block on upper birth, very rude behaviour of bus staff, mosquito inside the ac bus, curtain was toored and flying with wind, cooling was unbearable child, no blanket, we and other co - pessanger requested to reduce cooling but no meaning.
                                        Me, my wife and my father felt cold and unsleepy due to cold, mosquito, very bed shocker felling of fall down from upper birth.
                                        Due to that we need to take rest for next day and so we decided not to go back because the same bus was in return journey.

                                        And informed to red bus not travel from the same bus because of such bad experience and they also aggree upon it to provide 100% refund against my return journey if same bus in return too.
