    I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 10th august 2018 (Ticket number : tm[protected] from chennai to karaikal tckt amount was 576.50/- rs. And the this bus was cancelled by transport on same day it on 10th august 2018 by 1:30 pm, and also i got the sms from ax_univer & and also i got call from travels team & they informed your bus was cancelled due to technical reasons, and also they informed the amount will be refund within 5 working days
    But still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account. I have called the redubs 31st august 9:30am & complaint (Complaint no 4942777) : the same thay also told yes we have problem on transport team, sure your amount will be refund on within 5 working days. But still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account
    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

      I had booked the ticket from hyderabad to bangalore because i had a meeting there. I got shocked when i get the text message from redbus that there is no service and the bus trip has been cancelled. Who will b responsible for my lose. I lost the project by missing this # bus. It really effect my career. When i called to bus driver but the driver does not have enough courtesy to answer the call and let me know the reason. Even the redbus costomer care number people were not responding to calls. Really f service they are providing. I need the compensation for my lose.

The bus is delayed by 19min at Manju Ka Tilla on[protected]. We're unable to provide the refund for the On Time Guarantee in this regard.

          The amount of below mentioned cancelled tickets is not credited till date
          Redbus cancellation. What is the policy of red bus as regards cancellation of booked tickets. Is it acceptable that it should take 10days as advised by redbus. If such policy is adopted i afraid that u will loose the confidence of your valued customer

            Sir i want to register a complaint regarding my bus travel (Redbus.in). I booked a ticket with redbus for 7th auguest (Bangalore to chennai) for volvo ac sleeper for which i was charged rs1354. On the date of journey the bus operator called me he said service has cancelled because of karunanedhi passsed away.
            Still i didnt get refund almost 1 month was completed.

              bus cancelled by the operator but amount not refunded even after 20 days

              I have also experiencing the same problem. Booked ticket for aug 16 from bangalore to kozhikode. Received a message from bus operator kerala rtc that my bus got cancelled. I requested a refund through the redbus app on the very next day (Aug 17). I got a reply from their customer service (Ref no. 5017225) says they are working on it and will get back soon. Again i sent one more request on aug 21 and got the same reply (Ref no. 5070748) that...

              Hi redbus team,
              I am vamsi krishna who is victim of your fradulant services received from your company i have booked a journey ticket from bangalore to hyderabad on 5th august 2018 and cancelled due to emergency i was informed that amount would return to my account within 7working days it being more than a month a no resolution has been provided i spite of sending mails and calling to customer one of pathetic service center where i called for help and kept on hold for 20 min and disconnected without any information. Amount of 400 to be reverted amount might be less but wat it being a corporate u do such mistakes a shame on ur service near future i definitely would never recommend anyone and will never use your services again i'll take this to maximize the extent from my end to possible.

                  Travel details - 4th sept. 2018; mumbai to vadodara

                  Staff members, including the driver, were very rude and irresponsible. Very poor attitude and tone of talking. After insisting multiple of times, i was finally allowed to keep my luggage on the storage compartment on the side of the bus. However, the storage space was filled with crap and was dirty. I am not at all happy with the service provided by chartered bus/redbus. Won't like to travel again by any bus provided by chartered bus.

                    I have booked 2 tickets from bangalore to nilambur and the journey date was august 16th.. By that day i got a message from kerala rtc bus operator like the bus got cancelled. I tried cancelling the ticket using redbus app and was not possible. I was getting message like ticket cancellation is not possible at this time. The very next day i raised a complaint to redbus from the app. I used to call them everyday since last week. Every time i am getting the same response like we will update you within 24 hours. Till now its been 15+ days, i am not getting any response or update from those people... Worst ever customer service..

                    I have also experiencing the same problem. Booked ticket (TM [protected]) for Aug 16 from Bangalore to Kozhikode.                       We have taken the ticket by red bus service and it's done successfully but when we reached the boarding point then there are no any bus available at boarding point as per given time line! Also discussed with there many person but all are saying that no any bus available at here this type. Then we go to enquiry kendra but there are no any worker available. After that we thought leave it and go to marking the cancel ticket which are taken by me! But this not successful also showing error that pls contact with upsrtc after that we just want connected with upsrtc team.. But they guys are not taking serious this matter also saying it's not my fault please contact with red bus.

                      Hi all, it's not good for passengers so taken the action require all culprits. Other wise i know very well how to take decision!

                          I am Karuppaiya living in chennai. I booked ticket using redbus from Thiruvannamalai to tirupathi for 29.08.2018. Ticket No. TM9K20265732. Ticket got confimred. I reached pick up point before 30 minutes. Departure time 11:30 PM, but i waited till 12:50 PM. I keep on searching for bus here and there, and inquired every bus to tirupathi. I called customer care for more than 8 times, no body answered properly. All said to wait for few more minutes. My energy got drained, and i felt very sleepy on the midnight. Later i got another number as transport manager, i spoke to him, and finally at 12.55 he is saying, due to CM plan your bus cancelled. I dont know what to do at that time. Even if i did not booked ticket, i would reached early. By believing redbus i used to stand in road at midnight like a mental to waiting for bus and talking to customer care. Now i cannot able to cancel my ticket and got refund.

                            Hello, this is a complaint about red buss service, as i have book a ticket from belgaum to hyd i. E {28-august-2018} & it has to drop in hyd by next day early morning by 6am but due to some # it got delay & drop at 11:00am, it was a senior citizen passenger in the buss he have to go to the opposite side of the road, even they did not have help him to cross the road, they just drop him down & went off, it take 1/2 & hour to cross the main road to that person,
                            Wast off service in red buss...
                            It should not be repeat to some other peoples & the buss details are

                              Redbus is having lots of refund issues.. I have booked tickets on redbus and the transportation got cancelled.. When i asked about my money refund. They were firstly not responded in correct manner.. And after 15 20 calls finally asked me to collect it from bus stop.. That means i have paid money online but they are not ready to refund it... Very bad services... M really disappointed with it.. I am never gonna deal with redbus now

                                I have booked a bus from hyderabad to coimbatore but i have cancelled it on 9th august, 2018. One day before the journey and redbus.in have initiated the refund. Payment mode used was upi., the refund email said "the amount will reflect in your bank account or wallet used for payment within 2-7 working days"

                                  I have booked ticket from akola to pune on 9/08/2018 and bus is cancelled by operator. When i complaint to red bus they said that money will be refunded within 72 hrs. But till date not rec'd the amount of rs 1430/-. Pls resolve my issue at the earliest. I have registered a complaint and received ref no as 4935481 mentioning that the issue will be resolved shortly. But till date the amount is not refunded. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    Red bus is a pathetic service and worst for any customer. Booked a bus yesterday from redbus.

                                    I booked a ac sleeper bus and the bus broke down in the middle of the highway. The delay is from 7.5 hours. The bus service after 7.5 hours arranged a tempo travel after promising a bus. I have no access to food or even other buses. When i contacted the service provider, i got a response that we can do absolutely anything. We will advise you yo go on your own and we will check and inform you after 24 hours. We do not provide alternative service and you can go on your own. The other providers (Paytm, make my trip) resolved the issue with the passenger and also made arrangements for refunds or alternative travel.
                                    I am currently travelling in a tempo service with no leg space anfld people adjusting by crouching on each others lap. This is not the only instance.
                                    Last time i booked a ticket to shirdi. The bus was running 30 mins late then the delay extended to 3.5 hours. When i continued to talk to service to cancel they redirected me to talk to the bus provider. The bus provider threatened md that don't travel or lose your money. When i confronted this to redbus they said, sorry we can't do anything. They have informed you about the delay and you have to wait.
                                    I stopped trusting this third rated, cheap and fraud company who keep disrespecting its customers. Shame on redbus.

                                    I tried booking bus from Coimbatore to thoothukudi on 21/08/1999. I booked a seat and then i gave the payment option through paytm. Redbus app showed that the transaction had failed, but then i got a message from my bank that 377 has been deducted from my account with reference no.12897968 . Kindly look into the matter and please refund my money.

                                      I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 1st august 2018 (Ticket number : tm8w46646522 from bangalore to coimbatore for dated 10th august 2018 that tckt amount was 861/- rs. And cancelled it on 6th august 2018, still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account. I need my refund money within 2 days.

                                      Yesterday (22.8.2018) we travelled in madurai Radha non AC sleeper 9.30 bus the bus didn't stop for rest room and when we asked in the morning about that the driver used abusing words.the driver is sekar and Mahendra.i need the driver to apologise or I will go to the cm.
                                      My travel time was 11.15 but was told tat bus is delayed by unknown time n i could see tat the bus supposed to artive at 9pm was not arrived even at 11pm.so i need refund of my booking amount
