Redbus did not mention in any terms and conditions that the rescheduled ticket can not be cancelled but when I tried to cancel a rescheduled ticket, they are showing the messages like rescheduled tickets can not cancelled.

    We book the 2 bus ticket from Gudur to bangalore on VRL 8:15 PM bus, We reached boarding point at 7:30 PM and VRL Bus operator is saying that we haven't booked the ticket. when we call the Red Bus Customer care they took the issue and disconnected the call twice with out solution and we were waiting for response from red bus and VRL operators.

    At last movement at 8:14 PM red bus is sending a message stating we have canceled the ticket and the amount will be refunded with in 4 - 5 working days.

    Please don't use red bus app to book the bus ticket. they are cheating the people by selling fake bus tickets.

      I have booked my ticket in SRT tours and travels. But when i booked my ticket the bus operator number i got was incurrect. I'm trying to do contact to the bus operators but I'm not able to do that. The bus timing in my ticket is at 5:30 'o' clicke its been 5:11 but yet i haven't got any call from bus operator.

        When I made the payment of Rs. 600 in respect of the bookings for bus from Pune to Mumbai my money got deducted but ticket was not booked at that time. Even I got a message saying that your payment was not received and hence ticket was not booked and also if money is deducted it will be refunded to you in 5-6 days. So i booked another bus from private agent. When I was in bus I got a call from the bus operator - Ganesh Sonavane, that you are marked as absent for this travel. Actually the ticket didnt got booked . I want my refund from redbus of Rs. 600

          I understand that the cancellation of the bus would have caused an inconvenience to you and I am truly sorry. We’ll work harder to keep a close watch on bus cancellations and changes in bus schedules in the future.

          The bus operator is refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 2nd July 2021 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.

          If you have used Debit Card for your booking, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.

          In case,  you do not receive the amount within the designated time period,  you can contact your bank to know the status of your refund.

          I hope this solution was satisfactory.

            I have booked a ticket from Ongole to bangalore for July 1st ; boarding time : 930 PM . But traveller is medically ill and could not travel & tried to cancel at 330 PM IST .
            Both app and website did not allow to cancel . When tried calling customer care ; it took 15 min to connect and they said ticket can be cancelled only upto 330 PM IST.

            Redbus if they cant help customers for 15 min delay on the policy.
            her bus has not yet started / upfront info was given for not travelling also.
            Atleast there should be way for partial refund .

            So, wherever possible i would rate zero customer statisfaction & would suggest even friends not to take redbus. in for any travl plans.

            No forum availale to complain against redbus for resolutions also

              Today I am booked 3 tickets with Sharma Travels.
              This bus service very bad.
              Bedshits are wet and dirty smell in the bus.
              There is no cleaness in the bus.
              Bus staff also worst.
              Bus service provider is playing with customers health.

                  I had done booking on16/6/21 from Aurangabad to Wardha for rupees 2016/travel date 19/6/21 through you but not received tickets for this.

                  So on17/6/21 I did another booking from Aurangabad to Wardha on17/6/21 for that I paid another 1996 rupees and received tickets for this booking. Travel date 19/6/21

                  So I want my money back rupees 2016 for which I didn't received any tickets .

                        I did booking on 16/6/21 through phonepe platform of redbus for journey Aurangabad to Wardha on 19/6/21 amount paid Rs 2016 .for seat L8and 9. Mob no at the time of booking given was [protected] and mail [protected]@gmail.com. But I didn't received ticket or any confirmation from red bus

                        As I didn't received tickets so on 17/6/21 I did another tickets for above said journey through phonepe by using mob no [protected] and mail [protected]@gmail.com by paying Rs 1996 transaction id A2106170909018638539122
                        This time I received confirmation and tickets also .
                        I should get either of amount back because I paid twice
                        Please see where my amount of 1st transaction went??
                        If I hv not received ticket no or confirmation for booking done on 16/6/21 how I shud communicate my problem

                            I have confirmed prepaid ticket from red bus from Jodhpur to Chandigarh for 17 June 2021 but this morning received the call from bus operator that they are cancelling ticket because bus will not travel on that date . I mean what is this I have taken tickets from my place Jaisalmer to jodhpur then from their Jodhphr to Chandigarh and I have confirmed booking of hotels also thus now at last moment this cancellation cost me more .
                            Rediculous behaviour. I need my refund with compensation of my hotel booking cancellation that I have done in chandigarh

                              This is regarding our volvo booking from manali to delhi through the Reo india travels private limited, ticket number TQ7C[protected], date of journey 15 Jun 2021 at 17:45 Pm (2 passengers, Sheuli Biswas and Himanshu Deora) .This booking has been specifically made for a Volvo, however when we reached the private manali bus stand we were informed that we will be dropped to nearby border which is around half an hour from where our further journey to delhi in volvo will start .Based on such assurance we boarded the traveler from manali .After travelling for almost 2 hours, we hve not reached a point where we were told to board the Volvo and the the driver of the traveller Tempo is saying that the traveller will drop the passengers to chandigarh and from Chandigarh the Volvo journey to delhi will start which was absolutely shocking to us and the remaining passengers boarded .Given this information we connected to the coordinator ([protected]) and surprisingly he started misbehaving over phone and using inappropriate and abusing language he said he is not responsible to take this complaint and he also mentioned that it is the fault of red bus that the said information is not updated on their portal hence red bus is to be held responsible not Reo travels .

                              Given the above we are left cheated by red bus and Reo travels as well .Hence it is our right to get the amount of 3173.70, along with the damages for our harrasment and inconvenience to be refunded within 24 hours failing which we will be constrained to file compliant with the appropriate govt authority and approach the court of law.

                                  When i booked ticket from Gurgaon to Jaipur it was showing so much facility like CCTV camera, Water Bottle will be provided, charging point, Wifi, etc. And when i complained Red bus about this Red bus executive said Wifi not available due to technical fault, charging point was there(but passengers are blind), CCTV camera they don't know, and water bottle bwcause of COVID they don't provide (they are adhering only this protocol but not others like no mask on Conductor face, driver and some passengers and no temperature check as its not mandatory for every operator) and once you do 1hr. Argument with they said we can take feedback and you have enough time to waste then after one more hour they will say we will provide 50/- from there side (they thinks public or passengers arw beggars).
