Seat allotment changed in last minute

Bus services has changed my seat number in last minute. According to boarding station my seat no is 22 while booking I got seat no 9.if I would have been notified, didn't buy the ticket. My ticket details as below

Bus not operated by srs travels refund my amount

I'm nandeesh working as advocate I have booked ticket from Napoklu to Banglore on 5th March 2021 . But on that day bus not operated Im faced so many problems to reach Banglore.
I have complainant against refund but your helpline told bus operated . Srs travell clearly told to me bus not operated by srs.i have all records regarding.please refund my amount as soon as possible.
I'm waiting for ur positive response...

Complaint against fraud services

I booked my tickets on AC bus on choudary Travels through redbus. But they are not put AC then they are saying not buddy's say any thing about AC but you are asking abo.ut AC. Where you will book ticket ask them about AC. We do not put AC....

I had booked ticket (ticket no:TQ3U[protected]through redbus(RKT tours and travels), travel date on 27th February at 1:45am from Kallakurichi tollgate to Chennai airport (seat LA2, LA3), around 12midnight I have called bus operator([protected]) to confirm my bus schedule and they have said that the bus was delayed for 1hour and I got very shocked because my flight time was early morning at 7am, we have requested operator to give us the alternative...

Amount got deducted twice on booking for ticket

Hi,
I was trying to book a ticket but booking was not processed and then i have tried to book the ticket again . I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Need help not satisfied with the customer care of red bus .

So i need the refund now.

Charge more fair and not drop at destination

I have booked tickets from jaypur to jamngar non ac sleeper they charged me 1499 rs for sleeper class but when bus came to rajkot they denied for Jamnagar. They told me about jamngar bus will come after 2 hours they wested my time and money . And one other person was available with me at that time he charged same ticket for 900 rs they don't receive my call by red bus and shri balaji travels please do the needful...

Not able to cancel my ticket and getting message as an unreported

I wanted to cancel my ticket (Ticket No - TQ3Y[protected] hours before timing of Safar express tour and Travels. But now i went through all proces of cancellation got to know that only bus operator can cancel it but he is not ready to cancel. Instead of cancel my ticket he is saying that he will report me as an unreported there.
This is really hurtful thing that i have got it from any online services.
I was supposed to travel...

Received email about refund. But amount not received

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 17 FEBRUARY 2021(Ticket number (TIN): TQ3K35566565 from Bengaluru to Hospet for dated 01 MARCH 2021 that tckt amount was 1200/- Rs. and cancelled it on 25 FEBRUARY( refund reference number is 30005110481048116185865. )

But my problem is that I recieved the mail that the claim amount has been refunded. But still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account as my DEBIT CARD WAS...

We have booked 12 tickets from Kasol to delhi on 23 February. The bus was from Kasol but we were told to board from bhuntar, afterwards we weren't provided the same seats we have booked and we also not provided the same bus we have booked....
