Address: orange Travels, Tanuku booked through Red bus

Dear sir,

We booked a ticket from Tanuku to Hyderabad on 08.08.2021 at 9.45 PM. After reached Hyd, we requested driver (Mr.Sridhar) to stop the Bus at ESI Bus Stop. Instead of stopping at ESI Bus stop he stopped the bus after bus stop and he yelled on us like drunken person and used sudden brakes while getting down from the bus. We are the passengers of 4 Members and two Kids (3 and 4 Years) with Luggage faced an issue to catch another bus to reach our destination. The driver's attitude is not at all good on passengers as our request is only to stop the bus on ESI Bus stop.

    Unable to cancel or reschedule the ticket

    I tried to boo the ticket on 7th Aug for 12th Aug. Journey between Peravurani to Chennai 3 tickets. Money has been removed from my account but no confirmation from redbus rs.2200. On 8th The bus operator called me for the trip since they mentioned that the ticket was booked for 8th evening 8:15PM. I was tried to book the ticket for 12th Aug. I tried to cancel or reschedule the ticket but unable to do. Called customercatre number but there...

      I made a booking 2:30pm on 6/8/2021 from Mumbai to Pune and the bus arrived at Borivali at 3:45 pm and there after it took 3 hours to reach Vashi (picking passengers from every corner of the city) Is this the kind of service Neeta is offering where there is no value for time and money. When I asked the guy from Neeta he responded very rudely and said this is the way we do our business daily. Hope you will look into these issues.

          Address: Presently in Indore.

          I travelled from Jaipur to Indore on 14th July, 2021 with a AC Bus from Ansari Travels Bus Booking Ticket ID: 86T 7TKSZ
          PNR:[protected]. However due to poor condition of the bus, the bus stopped midnight at 3pm on a highway near jalawar. Therefore on refusal of the bus agency to arrange an alternative travel by had to travel from auto to Jalawar bus stand. Then arrange a sharing can to ujjain. Then took a bus to Indore. And then an auto to vijay nagar Indore which was final stop of bus. With this extra travel had to spend around Rs 1200 above the ticket. Since I was shifting to Indore for new job had 4bags as luggage and non arrangement of
          alternative transport by bus agency had to face a lot of trubble and inconvience . Complaint the same to redbus and they said they will refund only half the ticket price and ignored the extra cost beard by me and no compensation was paid for the inconvenience and trubble had to face because of poor bus condition. It's a complete harrasement of consumer and no liabity of the bus service provider and redbus. Request for refund of full ticket sum and extra cost beard by me. Also request for compensation for trouble suffered because of negligence of the bus operator and non arrangement of alternative. Really disappointed. Booked a AC sleeper bus for comfortable journey and reschedule my destination around 4pm instead of morning 9am.Strict action should be taken against such service providers and redbud.

            Dear I would like to say this, I was booked ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai today, some passenger are allowed to smoking inside the bus and they are already had drink also. I feel uncomfortable to travel with tippusultan bus, this message I'm sending from inside the bus (1.05 am)

              I am not happy with service what we got from suguma and red bus. While booking no one informed that bus will not go to mudalagi and at the time booking.. When gokak stop arrived. Bus conductor was told passenger that this is the last stop. This ridiculous and how aged people will go from there. I agree if all other buses are not going with some emergency but all other vehicles are going .

              This has caused the pain and mental pressure and I have to book taxi from Gokak to Mudalagi .. I demand refund of fare and tax charges.. As this is complete irresponsibility or both service providers. Also, no one talking when I called customer service. Simply they were passing numbers to one another.

                Recently i have booked a bus through redbus portal and at the end of the time the bus been cancelled due to some issues with the travel agency. I haven't received the payment even after 1 week and in the site its showing payment failed status.please help.

                  All - Have booked ticket through Red bus from Chennai to Salem (Tamil Nadu) and payment got debited but ticket not booked. I went to help option and raised my concern where the auto responses came stating Red bus have not received the payment and the payment get reflect back in 7 days. So, tried booking another ticket and got the confirmation immediately after 5mins got confirmation for the 1st ticket as well (Means I don't get refund). I lodged the compliant in customer where they can cancel the ticket and send the refund to card and cancellation charges to my Red bus wallet which has validity for months (230 rupees). I can use 10% of the ticket cost from the wallet say 600 rs ticket 60 rs can be used and asking me to 4 trips in next 90 days. Only Middle and lower class ppl try for bus routing and see how they r responding us. We earn by putting lot of efforts and they earn simply sitting at AC rooms telling tech error.

                  Is there any issue from my end? Don't believe or use their auto responding help option and proceed. Thanks.

                    We were supposed to be picked up from Ambala flyover (to Kasol camp) at 11pm. We paid about 3100rs for 3 tickets. The first driver was an hour late so we called him and asked him for his location. The driver asked us to meet at Sahara road which is about 2 km far from the actual pick up point. We told him we can't walk that far with our luggage and told him to pick us from the actual pick up point. He got mad and started yelling saying he can't pick us from there then hung up. I called the bus cordinator and told him what happened. After waiting for few more minutes, we called the customer care and got another drivers number because the first one left us hanging. The second driver told us he is having dinner and will be there in another hour or so; keep in mind we have been waiting for an hour an half already. This is a area close to the railway station and seems very scatchy. We are stuck in middle of nowhere and still not sure when our bus will arrive. This whole experience has been nothing but a disaster. Everyone except the customer care on toll free number has been realy rude and unprofessional. I would never recemond their service to anyone.
                    Keep in mind we are not from here. We have no family or friends here.

                    No it has not been resolved. You are offering us a 10% discount. After all we have been through this is best you can do ? We were put in another travel agency bus. It was not even the rebus that picked up after hours of wait. We paid for front seats and we got the ones in the very back. We paid for ticket to kasol and we were dropped at Kullu. No one told us this bus was going to Manali not kasol. We had to pay out of our pockets to get from kullu to kasol. I can go on with all that we had to go through because of your shifty service. Do better.

                      I booked my ticket on 8th June from Farrukhabad to Etah in U.P.
                      Unfortunately they given me ticket on that time at which no janrath bus is running. Now they are not ready to refund my amount because they are dependent on operator and the operation is telling lie.

                        I booked ticket to hyderabad from hosur. Its always the direct bus and nonstop but the bus stopped at the bangalore border and exchanging passengers. Orange travels not flowing the covid rules. When we have shifted and entered the bus, the bus is fully messed. Not sanatized, bedsheets were lying here and there, plastic covers were on the path. My only concern is orange travels never informed that there will be change in bus and bus is not sanatized. I need to raise this issue because of all our health. I need revert on this.

                            The bus was stopped due to some technical issue from 4:00 àm at morning till 9:30 am we waited for the bus to get repaired but it was invain.

                            Luckily I got lift to another bus going to delhi with a charge of rs 300/-

                            As per red bus policy i am eligible for refund so kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and do the action required

                                I have always been traveling by booking tickets with Red bus. Yesterday I booked Bharathi tourist bus from Mangaluru to Belagavi. The bus faced some technical problem and we six passanger were put in Ganesh travels route no 4 at Honnavar. As i was the last to board the bus, I didn't get any seat nor sleeper. The bus conductor/cleaner gave me a stool to sit on. I refused and said I'll take another bus. Then this cleaner from Ganesh travels almo to dragged me out of the bus holding my hand bag etc. He was ready to even bash me, but the driver and conductor of Bharathi tourist stopped them and put me in another travels. They also paid 400 rs for my trip. These two are my proof for the above. I request strict action on the driver and cleaner of Ganesh travels route no 4 moving to Mangalore on 23 July 21. Please reply or I may have to approach higher HQ.

The bus faced some technical problem and we six passanger were put in Ganesh travels route no 4 at Honnavar. As i was the last to board the bus, I didn't get any seat nor sleeper. The bus conductor/cleaner gave me a stool to sit on. I refused and said I'll take another bus. Then this cleaner from Ganesh travels almo to dragged me out of the bus holding my hand bag etc. He was ready to even bash me, but the driver and conductor of Bharathi tourist stopped them and put me in another travels. They also paid 400 rs for my trip. These two are my proof for the above. I request strict action on the driver and cleaner of Ganesh travels route no 4 moving to Mangalore on 23 July 21. Please reply or I may have to approach higher HQ.
