Dear redbus
I booked a ticket from Guntur to Kadapa in redbus in APSRTC
When I was booking the ticket the bus occupancy restricted to 50percent only. But when I entered into the bus bus is fully 100 percent occupied and bus conductor has given me reckless answer when I asked why u loaded with 100 occupancy passenger. When the bus was running with 100 percent occupancy why you people showing in online only 50 occupancy and remaining 50 percent seats are blocked. I need an explanation and I need refund of my money because I'didnt sleep properly
No covid protocols are following in the bus.
If I didn't get any response I will file a case in consumer court on redbus and APSRTC

    I have booked a ticket on 16th july 2021 from guwahati to tinsukia for 18th july 2021, 8:30 pm..but due to latest covid guidelines i came to know that no interdistrict buses are moving so i have cancelled my ticket online of red bus within two hours of booking since then the amount has not been refunded and i m very much upset about this.

      I had booked ticket TQ8E41871273 for my wife to travel in night from Navsari to Pune. Bus was of Shrinath travels sleeper coach. Bus was expected to reach boarding point at bypass around 11.30pm and was expected to leave at 11.50pm. My wife was there from 11.20pm till 00.30am in the night. Neither the bus came nor she got any call from driver and also the contact numbers given on the ticket also didn't work (no response). As per location tracking the bus went through some other route only.
      Now i am also not able to cancel the ticket and claim refund as cancellation online is not possible after journey date/time. Also we had to re-schedule our journey due to this. Overall it was a pathetic experience.

        आपकी बस रास्ते मे खराब हो गयी है और हम लोग को आज दिल्ली में काम था शाम को returning थी अब आप ही बताईये 4 घंटे तो यही पर लग गया है और न तो ड्राइवर का पता है ना मालिक का
        और ना ही हमारे टिकट का पैसा वापस हो रहा है
        आपकी खराब सर्विस के कारण मेरा काम नही हो पाया पैसा गया टाइम गया
        कोई हल है इसका तो बताए

          Hi team,
          We booked Pal Travels Bus to travel from New Delhi to Jalandhar. Our boarding point was near nagpal diary, Yamuna Bazaar Red fort. Our time of boarding was at 21:00pm 27th June 2021.
          We reached the spot half an hour early and called the contacts which were provided by Redbus. A person asked details and said that Bus did not run on that route and there isn't any alternate arrangements. After much humiliation and little success we couldn't make the intended journey because of fraud booking by Red bus. Why were they taking the booking without checking with the operator first?

          This is totally unfair. It is your responsibility to inform us properly on bus details. We want immediate refund of the money paid.

            Dear Team,

            This is to inform that, today (16.07.2021) I have booked SBSTC Bus ticket from Kudghat to Burdwan through Redbus, where I have got confirmed ticket with seat number, but SBSTC also provided ticket for same seat number in same bus to another passenger from there end. The Bus route is a regular route from Kushan to Rampurhat.
            When I asked the bus conductor that, why they are booking ticket for same seat number which was already booked by me through online Redbus website, and in reply he told that my online ticket has been cancelled automatically and I am traveling without ticket, which was very insulting to hear in between other passengers, whereas I was already holding confirmed ticket along with Tax invoice given via mail from Redbus.
            I would like to ask that, when a passenger is getting a confirmed ticket via online, then why this information is not getting shared with SBSTC by Redbus. As a result passenger like me is facing embarrassment and getting harassed.
            Aside that, I would like to inform that, in this bus the conductor have not maintained any social distance inside bus, which was supposed to be very important in this Pandemic situation.
            I am requesting for a kind and detail investigation for this incident, and expect quick and fruitful action.

            Regarding Kolkata (Esplanade) to Burdwan trip, operator is following COVID-19 rule, but on my 16-July-21 trip from Kolkata (Kudghat) to Burdwan they have not maintained any social distance as per this pendamic situation.

                Dear Team,

                I made a booking on 28th June 21 from Melur to Chennai.

                I made a payment of Rs 1947/- thru Gpay.

                The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

                I tried calling the Customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.

                I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 1947/-has been duly credited to redbus.

                The UPI transaction ID is[protected] dated 28th June 21.

                Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.

                      Your seat for PNR:[protected] Goa-Kolhapur is transferred. New Details: 07-Jul Ashok leyland AC-NAC, Seats: F, E, Pick up: Mapusa- paulo travels opp taxi 06:35 PM - MANTIS

                      I have booked bus based on earliest timing as it was very important to reach Kolhapur at earliest. Hence I called red bus support asking for cancellation and 100% refund. My complaint has been registered however I have not received full refund.

                      I don't have update about my refund.

                      As per our investigation on the concern, the delay happened due to some unforeseen issues and the bus was delayed for 45 minutes to an hour.

                        Hi I booked my ticket on 1 July 2021 from shirdi to wagholi .I was waiting on respected stop messaged by red bus. But bus didnt arrived nor the driver called me about bus is cancelled or pickup point is change or bus is going to be late or etc.
                        After complaining they told me that bus was not cancelled.
                        Then why didnt bus arrived at stop, I was waiting 1 hour before and 2 hour after latter timing concerted by them.

                          It is 3rd time i have got stuck with the red bus.
                          I need to change my date of visit but it is showing invalid or you cannot reschedule.
                          I have made my payments.
                          Still no response for reschedule.
                          They don't even refund as i have faced this 3rd time.

                            Redbus did not mention in any terms and conditions that the rescheduled ticket can not be cancelled but when I tried to cancel a rescheduled ticket, they are showing the messages like rescheduled tickets can not cancelled.

                              We book the 2 bus ticket from Gudur to bangalore on VRL 8:15 PM bus, We reached boarding point at 7:30 PM and VRL Bus operator is saying that we haven't booked the ticket. when we call the Red Bus Customer care they took the issue and disconnected the call twice with out solution and we were waiting for response from red bus and VRL operators.

                              At last movement at 8:14 PM red bus is sending a message stating we have canceled the ticket and the amount will be refunded with in 4 - 5 working days.

                              Please don't use red bus app to book the bus ticket. they are cheating the people by selling fake bus tickets.

                                I have booked my ticket in SRT tours and travels. But when i booked my ticket the bus operator number i got was incurrect.                                   When I made the payment of Rs. 600 in respect of the bookings for bus from Pune to Mumbai my money got deducted but ticket was not booked at that time. Even I got a message saying that your payment was not received and hence ticket was not booked and also if money is deducted it will be refunded to you in 5-6 days. So i booked another bus from private agent. When I was in bus I got a call from the bus operator - Ganesh Sonavane, that you are marked as absent for this travel. Actually the ticket didnt got booked . I want my refund from redbus of Rs. 600

                                    I don't have update about my refund.

                                    I understand that the cancellation of the bus would have caused an inconvenience to you and I am truly sorry. We’ll work harder to keep a close watch on bus cancellations and changes in bus schedules in the future.

                                    The bus operator is refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 2nd July 2021 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.

                                    If you have used Debit Card for your booking, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.

                                    In case,  you do not receive the amount within the designated time period,  you can contact your bank to know the status of your refund.

                                    I hope this solution was satisfactory.

                                      I have booked a ticket from Ongole to bangalore for July 1st ; boarding time : 930 PM . But traveller is medically ill and could not travel & tried to cancel at 330 PM IST .
                                      Both app and website did not allow to cancel . When tried calling customer care ; it took 15 min to connect and they said ticket can be cancelled only upto 330 PM IST.

                                      Redbus if they cant help customers for 15 min delay on the policy.
                                      her bus has not yet started / upfront info was given for not travelling also.
                                      Atleast there should be way for partial refund .

                                      So, wherever possible i would rate zero customer statisfaction & would suggest even friends not to take redbus. in for any travl plans.

                                      No forum availale to complain against redbus for resolutions also

                                        Today I am booked 3 tickets with Sharma Travels.
                                        This bus service very bad.
                                        Bedshits are wet and dirty smell in the bus.
                                        There is no cleaness in the bus.
                                        Bus staff also worst.
                                        Bus service provider is playing with customers health.
