@redBus_in I faced a worst experience in redbus . Am a magician and i use redBus app mostly. On 19th march 12:56AM I booked a bus for viluppuram to Coimbatore and the bus departure time is 01:35AM . After booking the bus i got the travel agent number and I called him he gave the bus driver number, then I called the driver he said bus already crossed the spot, then I asked the driver ‘sir i saw on redBus app they mentioned the departure...

I booked a ticket on online from jharsuguda to kolkata on the 12.03.2021 at mahindra Travels.

The bus was cancelled due to technical issues of bus service.

I have not yet received the return of the money that was deducted.

Payment deducted twice

I had booked a ticket but the payment was deducted and the ticket was never booked. So I had to book again and had to pay twice for one ticket

My seat is given to someone else

I was travelling from amritsar to delhi, i booked a sleeper and paid for that successfully.
Then when i call the boarding point for the bus location he told me that he can only give me seat Not the sleeper for which i paid for.
and he also said, if i am not okay with this he will leave me.
It was 10:00PM, Where can i go?
so i taken the seat and had the worst journey ever....

Customer harassment Wrong bus information on website

We had booked ticket for 19th March 2021 8:55am from Somnath to Dwarka (PNR:G40123934 and Ticket no: TQ4H[protected] from red bus website but upon reaching bus stand we got to know the actual arrival timing of bus was 10:45 am and not 8:55 am.Upon contacting customer care, neither were they aware of the actual bus timings nor were they able to track the bus. Also we didn't receive any message or communication that bus would be arriving 2 hours...

It's been a one month since journey has been done.
And no update is given yet.
After calling daily time is given only.
Raising this dispute to high level.

I have done the payment for the ticket I booked from Davanagere to Hyderabad on 18 March, the payment says it failed and no order details. Money deducted from my paytm account which was successful. Please look in to this issue with priority....

Problem in bus service

Dear sir
I booked online for nesari to thane trip on 14 th march 2021 with mahalaxmi travels with seat number 23 but operator booked offline another seat for same seat number and they not allow me in a bus. After complaining they give me a other seat where i totally uncomfortable.
Its a very worst experience for me.
So i want a money as a refund
Hope you understand my problem and support from you....

Sir we have booked the ticket
From banglore - Coimbatore
The actual time I booked was 9.45p.m they say the bus is delayed and it will arrive at 12.00 am
Due to the delay I asked for cancellations
And refund but they refused for that the amount I paid was rs520 they spoke rudely
And they hung
I was trying merely many times for call support in red bus they were not responding...

Cheating customers

I have booked ticket from redbus. it shown super luxury on website by seeing that i have book my ticket after that i got ultra delux ticket. I felt uncomfortable journey. cheating customers in the name of super luxury and making fun with our health. And going to take very serious action about this and i have all evidence going to file a case in court...

I've been at the boarding point at 720. The bus was delayed by over half hour. Did not wait for more than a minute and left. The bus driver was rude and discourteous. I have made a complaint with redbus. They have told the coach. The company people have agreed it was staff mistake. Yet have not initiated refund. I have booking for Nandurbar to Pune dated 12/03/2021 but anyhow I can't travel before that I informed redbus service customer care number talked with Farukh he didn't resolve my problem then I said him want to talk him senior he promised me he arranged a call back within 30 minutes but I didn't received any call from redBus senior staff after that I call again before 2hours bus departure time I talked one more candidate but he also failed...

Bus dropped other than requested stop

Travelled on 28th Feb 2021 from Bangalore to Pune in Anand travels bus booked through Red bus. Actual dropping point was Wakad but dropped off in Swargate which is 26km from Wakad. \This cost me 500INR to travel to my location but redbus gave me refund of 100 Rs as compensation for last minute change in dropping point because of negligence from Bus operator....

I had book 3 tick onward journey ticket for Coimbatore From Bangalore and one return ticket. for 6 people.

One of the passenger could not travel so asked the customer care representative to cancel ticket for that but they said Since the person who was the primary passenger their bus operator does not allow cancellation of primary passenger.

In confusion the customer care representative cancelled the return ticket...
