Hii,
Bus operator cancel my bus without any information to me, also he changed by bus when i reached at bus stop, and took extra 350 each for all of my three tickets, since i was with my family, so paid him extra money, but it is very unprofessional since i was going with my family to my homw town due to corona lock down issue.
Pl discuss my concerns with bus operator and also try get my extra money back, which i gave to bus...

I have booked a ticket in selva murugan travels for yesterday night trip starting from chennai to madurai 10:25pm due to personal reason i was unable to travel in that slot so i requested them at the earlirst i could do but redbus didnot allow me to cancel ticket and suggested me to talk with bus operators....

issues faced in bus

I booked bus from red bus app from basti to delhi on 15th march 2020 in shree gorkhnath yatra but they changed my bus at the last moment into dhanji travel low rate bus. So in dhanji travel they didn't give us neither blanket nor water bottle. So cause of either high temperature ac or switched off ac suffocation, my wife got hospitalized. Therefore i want red bus take action against bus service and refund fare plus hospital charge i. E. Rs....

Both ticket need to be cancel as within the lockdown period.
Pls assist to get refund for this.
I also didn't fore see for this unavoidable case. Hopefully this can getting resolve as soon as possible.
Due to this lockdown, a lot of activities had been cancelled and a lot of inconvenience occurred. I book the ticket before the lockdown announcements and the travel period...

While booking ticket on redbus ticket transaction failed message shown but money get deducted. Redbus care told me will get refund in 7 days but now it is more than 11 daya still i didn't get any amount back. I connected paytm for this they showing transaction was successful and waiting for merchant reply. I kindly request you to take action on it and try to refund my amount 1750 to my account as soon as possible....

didn't get my refund for redbus ticket cancellation

I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 14 february 2020 (Ticket number (Tin): tp3z99730521 from bangalore to kottayam and tckt amount was 2398/- rs. And cancelled it on 12 th may

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days

Why they are not refunding my cancellation...

This situation is due to emergency of corronavirus and operators should help rather than looting in this type of emergency.

We are facing a issue, on 14-3-20 i had booked three tickets from bangalore to ernakulam through redbus and we had paid the amount through online and amount has debited from my account and they had generated ticket to us aganist the same bus, and while checking for the status on 15-3-19 redbus had cancelled the ticket without any intimation, is this the manner of redbus, this guys didn't try to reach us regarding the cancellation of the tickets...

Hi,
I had booked a ticket for my friend for noida to lucknow, booked through amazon.
I had booked bus through red bus (Fouji travels) and i paid 1499 for that which include a recliner seat with ac service.
Bus came late around 1 hour late and it was not a fouji travels (Seems like local bus which no is up17t 9578), there was no recliner seat, ac was not proper working and they were stopping bus so many place just bcoz...
