I have booked a ticket for Delhi to Jammu on 4 Nov. 2020 through redbus online service. In resultant KST bus service registration number up15dt9895 was booked. Bus was stopped for corona checkup on J&k border, after that bus driver along with bus was flew from venue.
From there I have to arrange a taxi for reaching my destination. I have suffered loss from financially and mentally. Pls compassionate the loss.

      Unfortunately ticket got cancelled by operator. If the Bus is getting cancelled by the Operator, why the People should run behind redbus/Operator for the refund, as they are well aware that the money should be given back to the customer.

        I reached the boarding point Chaulkhola bus stand at 1 PM, Bus (Chowdhury Travels WB 19j4026) from Digha to Kolkata boarding time was 1.30 PM however bus delayed by 45 min. When the bus reached at the boarding point they didn't stop the bus and when I call the conductor he abused me and didn't stop the bus after calling also. Me and my family suffered alot at that time. I don't want refund but I want a strict lesson for them.

          Booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on Ticket number (TIN): TPBB13977055from MADHYAMGRAM To SILIGURI For dated 20 OCTOBER 2020 that tckt amount was 12700/- Rs. and cancelled it on 16 th October

          But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

          Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

          Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

            on March 23rd i booked bus from chennai to tirupur(before lockdown day). on 23rd Evening i got message that my bus got cancelled due to lockdown. i didnt receive refund amount. i contacted redbus customer care reg refund they responded like my bus ran on that day. bus operator also asking me to come from redbus customer care. Not sure who is telling lie. this is really worst.

                  I have tried to Book Kolkata to Balurghat Bus in New Dolphin Travels on 2/10/2020 amounting Rs.1685/- at 12.42 pm.

                  Ticket was booking through Phonepay. Rs1685/- has been deducted from my account, but ticket not booked.

                  I have lodged complaint many times. But everytime i have got assurance from your executives that i will get refund with 5-7 Bank Working days which is now seems FALSE PROMISES for Last 22 Days. Case ID No.14456811.Ms Poornima called me and promised me to give refund within 24 hrs...but All are FRAUDs including Executives...No Promises keeps by Redbus employees.

                  They are harassing me for last 25 days by different means. I need Justice.

                  Till now, i have not got any refund.

                          Dear Red Bus Team,

                          I am officially or Formely customer of redbus from 2018 to till now in last 2 year i have no problem with red bus services but yesterday 21/10/2020 i have booked 3 ticket to Jalandhar to Hisar for my Father in law, brother in law & Sister in law travel date is 22/10/2020 travel time is 19:50pm from Jalandhar Mota singh market punjab arrival time @ Hisar is 12:50Am 23/10/2020 .
                          Still bus is not arrived @Jalandhar pickup point mota singh market time is 21:20pm when we call him his behaviour is very rude we have pay payment to red bus why we listen that types of wording from vijay travels staff..

                          Kindly take action against it or refund late payment charge against this either i will lodge complaint to legal govt. Authority or red bus higher management...

                          I hope team is understnding my issue.. Kindly share your revert on this on high priority..

                            Any fraud bus owners can join or attached bus in your company.

                                I Harsha N customer of red bus would like to bring to your notice that, i have booked tickets on 16/10/2020 from hubli to Bangalore thru red bus in Kadiri travels. Amount of 550/- was debited from account with the reference no.[protected]IGAJQJPEQ0. but ticket was not confirmed. So i request you to go thru the issue and credit amount back to account asap.

                                  I have booked a ticket from RedBus Vashi to Nagpur on 19 Oct 2020 . The ticket has not been booked but the amount has been deducted from my account, I have not received a refund yet, I am trying to contact customer care but there is no response from them, Kindly check it and refund the amount at earliest.

                                    I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Belgaum on 20th March 2020 which was cancelled by the bus operator. The details related to the same are as follows:

                                    The refund of this booking has still not been received. Kindly process the same immediately.

                                    We regre the hassle caused due to bus cancellation. We have initiated a full refun back to the payment source on 21st Oct 2020. It will be credited back to the payment source in 5 to 7 business days. Kindly wait for refund credit as per the timeline shared. we appreciate your kind patience in this regard.

                                    I understand that this experience may be causing an inconvenience to you, and I am truly sorry. Upon receiving your query, we re-checked our internal systems and the payment gateway to re-confirm your refund status. Both checks indicate that the refund has been successfully processed by redBus on 21st October to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction. 

                                    As mentioned, in our previous mail, we are sharing the details of this refund once again. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 21st October to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction. 

                                    Basis the policy of your bank, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.
