As discussed on-call, the bus operator is refunding your ticket amount. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 21st August to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.
If you have used the Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card for your booking, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.
