    On dated 07/Sep/2020 I had booked ticked from Chennai to Salem PNR no is T31029009 on 09/Sep/2020 @ 11.45 bus timing and my boarding time is 12.35 AM (Which means next day of morning) @ Perungalathur bus stand, but before day i had checked with red bus customer care executive they has confirmed you should board the bus on 08th of Sep mid night not for 09th of Sep. So as per confirmation i had reached my boarding point and checked with SETC counter person as well as bus conductor both are said this ticket is not valid on today you should board on next day of same timing. Due to night-time there is no possibilities to back my home so what we decided same bus i boarded with paid extra amount and after that i would tried to cancel my ticket but as of now still not yet refunded. I had raised so many complaints but as of now i didn't get any information from Red bus team. I need my refund amount.

        I had done booking of HRTC bus from Baijnath(H.P) to Delhi on[protected]. The bus service was not available at that time. I have already talked to redbus in chat regarding this matter. They said that the refund will be provided by HRTC but as I contact HRTC Headquarters they said that you have done booking from redbus portal, therefore, the refund will be given by redbus, not by us. I have tried all ways to contact redbus but no response came from there side. So kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

        A call came from Redbus officials and they said that the refund will be initiated within 5-7 days. After 3 days I got my refund back. Thank you consumercomplaints.in for helping me in resolving my issue..

          I have booked ticket from redbus for 945 rs for Mumbai to Nasik journey in redbus app travel time is given 4 hours 55 min i.e my starting point is from borivali west gokul hotel timing for boarding is 7:30 and destination time given is 11:55 but the bus stopped in bhiwandi for 2 to 3 hours for loading some products.. I've asked conductor of the bus when are we going to reach Nasik he said I don't know, bus staff is not wearing face masks and no sanitization also. Really pathetic service given by red bus and totally misguided me.

              I have booked the ticket and bus way delayed. After reaching at the point bus was delayed and point person behaved very rudely. Head office person asked my that he is calling at the point for the refund and he did not. I have tried to reach out to the red bus as well but the ivr options ans customer service options did not work. Red bus executive are not supporting and and eagle express persons are continually lying. They did the same in the conference call with the red bus and still red bus did not take any actions.

              During the covid 19 situation upon reaching at ahmedabad eagle express did not followed the guidelines as well.

                  I am writing this to notify you that i did not get refund for bus ticket cancellation.
                  I cancelled a bus ticket number: TPA[protected]from hyderabad to avanigadda) through sri padmavathi travels on 10th september 2020. I got mail that money will be refunded in 5 working days.
                  I not yet received any debited amount.

                    Sir last day, i booked a ticket from simrahi bazar to delhi. And ticket number (Tin): tpag14928987 of travel agency "shree khatu shyam travels" when we reached at the boarding place there was no bus is available at the boarding place and when we call at travel agency then they told me that we come 40 km more far from the boarding station. But at there also they did provide bus to us. And now they are saying that we go more far 10 km from there also. And we are facing so much problem.

                        I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 21 may 2011 (Ticket number (Tin): tpa[protected] from hyderabad to tirupati for dated 11 sep 2020 that tckt amount was 1800/- rs. And cancelled it on 11 sep

                        But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                        Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                            I booked a ticket through your redbus from chennai to karur at (10.9.2020) thursday night. But i recieved a message from your redbus app the bus was cancelled today at 8.35 pm. So, i try your help line number but it couldn't connect. After that i call the number given by tnstc one officer pick up the call and said me you just complaint to higher officials.in you that critical i took another bus for travelling after 9.30 pm the ticket booked bus conductor called me and said the bus arrived. I don't know waht i do in that critical situation. I trust your redbus app and i trust your message (Information). But i lost my money. So please help me and refund my money. Please kindly consider my problem.

                              I have informed to driver and got down for toilet in Tumakur toll and he left without waiting for me (he mentioned when I met him later that he forgot in that toll tension).

                              I did not get the driver number.

                              The bus tracking link was not working.

                              I have tried all the numbers which were there in the ticket but none of them were working though its mentioned as 24/7 helpline.

                              I got in touch with RedBus support team but they also could not reach SRS.

                              I took ksrtc later to Shimoga for Rs. 400.

                              All this happened around 12:30AM but later around 3AM driver called and asking where am I. Very irresponsible and lier.

                              THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS SERIOUSLY BAD FOR EVERYONE.

                              Take serious action so that it will not repeat and need Rs400 refund.

                                3rd august 2020 i booked two tickets for the journey of 6th august 2020 (Berhampore to kolkata)
                                When i go there today midnight 1am the bus operator of shyamoli paribahan said that this ticket was yesterday's ticket that mean this ticket date was 5th august 2020 & they show me some proof & said this is the problem of red bus, that time i am just helpless. After so many requests they provide me 1seat & other one sitting on the floor, this is so insulting for me. Today morning i am vomiting several times & my health is not gd because of the journey. I want my money back & compensation for this kind of irresponsible behavior.
                                This is not the end, i have some proofs of the irresponsibility of red bus & shyamoli paribahan.
                                Pls take it seriously otherwise i complain this to consumer forum & state bus agency. I will attach this proof. If today you are not response then i will take action.

                                3rd august 2020 i booked two tickets for the journey of 6th august 2020 (Berhampore to kolkata)
                                When i go there today midnight 1am the bus operator of shyamoli paribahan said that this ticket was yesterday's ticket that mean this ticket date was 5th august 2020 & they show me some proof & said this is the problem of red bus, that time i am just helpless. After so many requests they provide me 1seat & other one sitting on the floor, this is so insulting for me. Today morning i am vomiting several times & my health is not gd because of the journey. I want my money back & compensation for this kind of irresponsible behavior.
                                This is not the end, i have some proofs of the irresponsibility of red bus & shyamoli paribahan.
                                Pls take it seriously otherwise i complain this to consumer forum & state bus agency. I will attach this proof. If today you are not response then i will take action.

                                  I booked a bus from pune to mumbai on 6th september via redbus app with email id [protected]@gmail.com scheduled to leave at 3:56 am at shivaji nagar stop.

                                  Seat: o
                                  Ticket: tpa[protected]

                                  At the scheduled time, all details of vehicle disappeared and no sign of the bus, it was showing that the operator has not provided vehicle details, i was stranded in dark and the bus did not come, i even tried to raise complaint from their app but it didn't let me, i had to again go back to swargate and use msrtc, just to find their "hey amogh nayak, help akanksha tourism with your valuable feedback!" email in my inbox, i mean what kind of service is this? Their chat service does not allow you to raise booking related queries, calls go on hold.in these critical times they are doing such mockery with the users. Unacceptable. I want my refund.

                                    Worst ever i have been using this app for years but when ocurred with problem they just delay to resolve, i booked tickect for a bus which didnt arrive for hours, the driver reported the rto had booked the bus for some issues, which wasn't gonna resolve, and as a result i booked my ticket from redbus itself with same name, and when asked for refund they say i travelled from both bus at same time... Worst app... So never do bookings... I think paytm would be more better

                                      My bus was cancelled on[protected] which I was informed at the boarding point.I this has been almost 8-9 days and i have not got my refund.whenever I ask them they keep saying wait for 24 hours
