I got a ticket from begusarai to Patna travelling on 4th july 2020, I was provided 2 mobile numbers by red bus, and any number was not responding to calls, then I made 3 calls to red bus customer care, as they were also unable to contact the bus and they didn't have bus location too, so customer care executive named Basant told me to have another option, so I didn't get bus, as it's your responsibility to get me contact with bus and you didn't do that. So kindly make refund of my money. Thanks.

Complaint marked as Resolved Customer care executive called me and asked about my problem and after that they assured me to solve problem within 5-7 working days, and amount get transferred today.
