I booked a bus from pune to mumbai on 6th september via redbus app with email id [protected]@gmail.com scheduled to leave at 3:56 am at shivaji nagar stop.

Ticket: tpa[protected]
At the scheduled time, all details of vehicle disappeared and no sign of the bus, it was showing that the operator has not provided vehicle details, i was stranded in dark and the bus did not come, i even tried to raise complaint from their app but it didn't let me, i had to again go back to swargate and use msrtc, just to find their "hey amogh nayak, help akanksha tourism with your valuable feedback!" email in my inbox, i mean what kind of service is this? Their chat service does not allow you to raise booking related queries, calls go on hold.in these critical times they are doing such mockery with the users. Unacceptable. I want my refund.
