Booked a bus from amreli to mumbai on 5th may 2020 for 18th may 2020 for 2 passengers. 2000/- amount was charged for same.. Suddenly the bus got cancelled automatically

Kindly refund the full amount as soon as possible. As i have not received any mail regarding same.. Kindly look into the issue and refund me as soon as possible...

    Hi, i want to withdraw the money from redbus and there is no option to do so. Please help me do so because in redbus wallet there is limit time for me to used money buy the ticket.

      I booked my bus ticket from karur to chennai on may 5 2020 ..ticket number is TP5K48821472 ..It was cancelled due to covid 19 on april 21 ..they told the amount is credited within 5 bank working days ..but still the amount not refund in my account ...the bus ticket amount is Rs.420.Please refund the amount as soon as possible. .

        Booked our ticket from different mobile no bokked 3 tickets customer executive said the 2tickets refund started 17th april andbanother was 18 but still didn't get the refund please make a confirm call also they playing again and again the voice mail

          I had booked a vrl bus ticket on 21/02/2020 (Bangalore to bombay for journey date 23/02/2020) by paying 1575/- through my syndicatebank credit card ending with 2007. But next day i. E. On 22/02/2020 i cancelled this ticket & immly got a message from red bus that an amount of 1350/- is being credited to my cardaccount.. Though over 2 months time has passed, the amount of 1350/- is notvreceived in my credit card account. Please remit this amount of 1350/- alongside update interest immediately..                         On[protected], I had booked two tickets through redbus for the date[protected].My Booking cost is Rs.2770.That tickets was cancelled on[protected] due to lockdown situation.But they Did not refund my Total amount of the ticket. They refunded Rs. 1300 Only. I need to get my total Amount Rs.1385. When will they refund my balance amount Rs.1470?

                              I booked bus from bangalore to karwar through red bus. Travels: paulo travels; travel date: march 22, 2020, seat number 11. Name suvarna gaonkar, 30 female. Fare - rs 750.00. Later when i called the operator i was told that the bus is cancelled. I have even received the message that the bus is cancelled and they said they will refund me the amount back to my account. I made the payment via credit card. I didn't receive the refund yet.

                              Please refund the money - total - rs 750.

                                bus cancellation - refund issue

                                I had booked 2 Tickets on 11/Mar/2020 with both in Essaar Travels. First Ticket through Amazon to travel from Chennai to Mettupalayam on 22/Mar/2020 at 20:10 IST. The Retrun Ticket (TP4B[protected] through redBus to travel from Mettupalayam to Chennai on 23/Mar/2020 at 20:15 IST.

                                On 22/Mar/2020, the Essaar Travel Agency called me and informed that there is a Change in Bus Dropping point that is instead of Mettupalayam I need...

                                    regarding transferring the wallet amount to bank account

                                    I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transferring my wallet amount to my bank account. Therefore, i request redbus team to return my wallet amount to my bank account immediately....

                                    I have booked tickets from thondi to chennai. but they pick up properly. I registrar complaint for the refund through customer care and they accept my complaint. after that they will not pick up my phone and not respond properly. if they do it again i will move further.
