After discussion on call I have one sentence to say -"worst service is synonymous of RedBus (might be in my case)"
I want to discuss here points -
> I have spent 1500-/ rupees for a Luxury AC with recliner seat, time of that was 10.45 but bus came late around 1 hour 10 minutes (mid night).
As per your policy bus tickets send before 2 hour of the journey.
Now the question is that why you sent a local bus instead of a luxury bus ??
Let's assume bus may be have some problem but why you are not share that details ??
Why you have sent non AC bus ??
Why recliner seat was not available in the bus ??
Why you have not given proper instructions to your driver and conductor ??
They were taking local passengers at every stop even they had stop bus around 1 hour in kanpur for taking extra passenger. If such drama you want to create then why these things are not mentioned in your policy ??
Just bcoz of all these drama bus reached destination by 5 hour late.
Conclusion: because of standing 1 hour 30 minutes at Noida bus stop and sitting on normal seat for 12 hour my friend admitted in hospital. Typhoid and stomach illness covered over on her.
Now I am given your customers response-
Que: If bus was non AC then why she came in bus ?
My answer- who gives you right to ask this question after creating such dram and fraud. A girl standing in mid night at bus stand, she was waiting your bus around 2 hour.
Que: if there was no recliner seat why you had travelled ?
My answer: She is not a magician, nobody can tell this bus have ac or not, or bus has recliner seats without entering in the bus. She has after 15 minutes later and she asked to conductor but your driver and conductor stop themselves for giving any answer.
Just bcoz of your cheapest service, my friends suffered 10 to 15 days on bed rest.
Your executive officer told me, recliner seats price was 1500 and non recliner seats price 1200, so as simple math[protected] = 300 that's a resolution from your side.
It seems like customer are fool, you can do whatever you want bcoz now journey is over se what can we do.
I am not satisfied with your resolutions even the way you had talked.
You haven't any right to change our need without our confirmation.
I need at least 60% to 80% refund.
If you still think your resolution is enough then proceed your resolution, but one thing I want to assure you RedBus is not only an option and this journey was last.
