Still me not got Insurance claim amount what i had been applied for ride cancelled from bengalur to yelburga on 23rd of march 2020, so please Credit insurance Claim amount to my account.

    I booked bus from bangalore to karwar through red bus. Travels: paulo travels; travel date: march 22, 2020, seat number 11. Name suvarna gaonkar, 30 female. Fare - rs 750.00. Later when i called the operator i was told that the bus is cancelled. I have even received the message that the bus is cancelled and they said they will refund me the amount back to my account. I made the payment via credit card. I didn't receive the refund yet.

    Please refund the money - total - rs 750.

      I had booked 2 Tickets on 11/Mar/2020 with both in Essaar Travels. First Ticket through Amazon to travel from Chennai to Mettupalayam on 22/Mar/2020 at 20:10 IST. The Retrun Ticket (TP4B[protected] through redBus to travel from Mettupalayam to Chennai on 23/Mar/2020 at 20:15 IST.

      On 22/Mar/2020, the Essaar Travel Agency called me and informed that there is a Change in Bus Dropping point that is instead of Mettupalayam I need to get down at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. After few hours again the Essaar Travel Agency called again and said the Bus is Cancelled due to COVID-19 Curfew/Lockdown in Chennai. I asked about the Retrun Ticket with the person who called me and he said it is also Cancelled and I will receive a Refund for both the Tickets.

      On 22/Mar/2020 at 18:00 Hrs IST, I received a mail from Amazon stating "Your bus booking has been cancelled as informed by the bus operator" and I received the refund as well.

      On 23/Mar/2020 at 06:31 Hrs IST, I had received a mail from redBus (Case ID:[protected] stating "Bus Cancellation Initiated" which I did not initiate and it was done automatically by the redBus team. Later, I read this mail then checked in redBus Mobile App and the Case ID: 13640991 was listed.

      I also raised a new Case ID: 13646700 from my side requesting for a Refund with selecting appropriate reasons in the redBus Mobile App.

      I tried updating the Cases in the Mobile App asking for the status of my refund and there was no response from their side. Since there was no update, I called the resBus Customer Care on 28/Mar/2020 for assistance, they asked me the Travel Agency Phone Number from which I received the Cancellation Call and other required details. They confirmed we will escalate the issue and take necessary actions to resolve my concern.

      On 03/Apr/2020, I updated the Case ID: 13646700 asking for updates and feedback on my Refund issue.

      On 04/Apr/2020 at 15:07 Hrs IST, I received an SMS from ICICI Bank stating "Your Claim for Redbus Booking ID TP4B34952146 for Bus Cancellation has been rejected. I was surprised to see the message from ICICI Bank and then understood there is some Claim request placed by redBus team in the backend for the refund request. After looking at the SMS, I checked the redBus App and they had mentioned "During the investigation, we received the information that the Bus operated as per schedule. For this reason, we are unable to process a refund against your ticket" and the Case is Resolved. I reopened the Case and replied to them it is not acceptable.

      I then called in their Customer Care and explained my concerns in detail to the agent. She said will check and assist me but after long wait the call got disconnected. I called in again and landed to a different agent, one nmore time I had to explain the issue to make the agent understand but she was not listenting to me and conveying the same sentence repeatedly. I suggested her to transfer my call to a Supervisor who can listen and give me some solution but she said there is no Supervisor available now in the floor. So she said will arrange a Callback at 18:00 Hrs IST and hung up my call. I waited for hours but no one bothered to call me on 04/Apr/2020. On 05/Apr/2020, I replied to the Case in the redBus Mobile App that I haven't received the callback as promised and I would take legal action against them.

      Kindly request someone to look into this case and assist me in getting my refund thereby taking necessary actions against redBus Customer Care for their poor support. Thanks in advance.

      I received a call on 10/Apr/2020 (Friday at 16:35 IST) from redBus team regarding my refund issue and I explained the case in detail. After which the person informed me that I would receive a callback within 24 Hrs from their end. Then I received a callback the next day on 11/Apr/2020 (Saturday at 18:22 IST) stating that the refund will be processed to my source of payment. As conveyed, on 12/Apr/2020 (Sunday at 14:22 IST), I got the refund amount to my source wallet. Thank you for taking necessary actions and resolving my issue.

            regarding transferring the wallet amount to bank account

            I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transferring my wallet amount to my bank account. Therefore, i request redbus team to return my wallet amount to my bank account immediately....

            I have booked tickets from thondi to chennai. but they pick up properly. I registrar complaint for the refund through customer care and they accept my complaint. after that they will not pick up my phone and not respond properly. if they do it again i will move further.

                  I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 7 march 2020 (Ticket number (Tin): tp[protected] from pune to amravati and tckt amount was 2602/- rs. And cancelled it on 6 th march

                  But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days

                      I booked ticket for 8th march 2020 on Red bus but cancelled it subsequently holding ticket number-TP[protected] that charged Rs.853. Today its 23March 2020 and I haven't received the refund amount yet. Request you to kindly consider and do the needful as soon as possible.

                        Dear concerned authority,

                        As you know that government has locked down many districts and don't allow running of intetstate bus. I booked my ticket from red bus for patna ranchi in pammi travels. The travel date was 23 march but due to restrictions, pammi travels cancelled it's trip. When i called the bus authority, they said bus has already cancelled and red bus will return my money.

                        Kindly make sure, i get my money back.

                          Hii,
                          Bus operator cancel my bus without any information to me, also he changed by bus when i reached at bus stop, and took extra 350 each for all of my three tickets, since i was with my family, so paid him extra money, but it is very unprofessional since i was going with my family to my homw town due to corona lock down issue.
                          Pl discuss my concerns with bus operator and also try get my extra money back, which i gave to bus operator goon.

                            I have booked a ticket in selva murugan travels for yesterday night trip starting from chennai to madurai 10:25pm due to personal reason i was unable to travel in that slot so i requested them at the earlirst i could do but redbus didnot allow me to cancel ticket and suggested me to talk with bus operators. I did the same but they are blaming redbus has to do on this.. I have spent 1600 rs on this. Please hele out to get my refund back

We spoke to Gobinath and as informed on the call, we regret to inform that the cancellation policy had expired by the time the booking was made and hence, we are unable to process a refund for the booking.

                            Adding to this, please be informed that the booking policies are duly mentioned on the website/App and you are requested to check for the same before you proceed with the payment confirmation. The cancellation/rescheduling policy is as per the operator's discretion.

                            I am SHRIRAM LATE i was booked Bus ticket Google pay through Redbus on 16 March 2020.Amount 528 Transaction ID[protected] . But that ticket not booked and not refund my money i was call customer care [protected] but not resive my call.
                            Pls look into this matter.

                                I booked bus from red bus app from basti to delhi on 15th march 2020 in shree gorkhnath yatra but they changed my bus at the last moment into dhanji travel low rate bus. So in dhanji travel they didn't give us neither blanket nor water bottle. So cause of either high temperature ac or switched off ac suffocation, my wife got hospitalized. Therefore i want red bus take action against bus service and refund fare plus hospital charge i. E. Rs. 7500 asap.

                                  My boarding point was changed from gulbarga to humnabad as per the person i contacted on [protected] / [protected]
                                  I have still not received any notification from redbus regarding to changes made in boarding point
                                  I have been trying to contact their customer care from last 1 hr but the number is continously busy

                                    Both ticket need to be cancel as within the lockdown period.
                                    Pls assist to get refund for this.
                                    I also didn't fore see for this unavoidable case. Hopefully this can getting resolve as soon as possible.
                                    Due to this lockdown, a lot of activities had been cancelled and a lot of inconvenience occurred. I book the ticket before the lockdown announcements and the travel period are during the lockdown period.
                                    I also not sure this lockdown will be extend or not. Hence i am here to request for cancellation with refund.

                                      While booking ticket on redbus ticket transaction failed message shown but money get deducted. Redbus care told me will get refund in 7 days but now it is more than 11 daya still i didn't get any amount back. I connected paytm for this they showing transaction was successful and waiting for merchant reply. I kindly request you to take action on it and try to refund my amount 1750 to my account as soon as possible.
