no ticket received, but fare deducted from net transaction

Just Half an hour ago (08/01/2020, 16:30 hrs), I was booking on-line bus ticket (from Tirunelveli to Trivandrum) But as soon as my SBI transaction completed, there was a message that I have to re-select seat Number. till now I have not received any sms / Mails for the ticket booking. The Amount deducted is 195/-Rs(One Hundred Ninty Five Rupees). Please do needful to get my amount back to my account.

While booking, i saw 30% of price difference between upper and lower coach. I chose the upper coach but they couldn't provide upper berth as it was already been alloted to someone else. Also, they haven't provided few amenities which was promised. I had raised the complaint with customer service but i experienced one of the worst service with so professional touch....

refund money

I booked a ticket for my journey from kurukshetra to dharamshala on 27th december 2019. I had received a email reply from red bus company. They are saying that your ticket has been confirmed . But bus conductor told me that your ticket has not been confirmed . So I called red bus helpline no. For refund .. They rejected our call. They are not even replying to our messages. 791rs. Has been deducted from my account . which is a wastage of money...

I booked a ticket for chouhan travels, jaisalmer-bikaner, travel date:01-jan, bus time:06:00 am, pnr no:[protected], seat no:1, 4, 2, red bus ticket no tndr 51886223.
Red bus charged ₹700 per seat, where actual counter booking for chouhan travels was only ₹ 350 / even today your website mentions fare as ₹685/-
You are cheating passengers..

This ticket I got from red bus on 29 December, 2019. But when I went to take the trip the bus driver and operator told me that there is no booking for this ticket number.The bus operator clearly told me that REDBUS has issued me a fake ticket.beacuse there is no information about this ticket was sent to the bus operator.

cancel ticket and give my money back

As i booked tickets for vadodara to borivali, but bus got some problems so the driver told us they are going to provide another bus instead of that bus. Bus timing was 6 am and now it 10.38 am and the bus still is in ahmedabad. I don’t want to continue my journey with these please cancel my booking for shrinath ji traveller and refund my money back....

I'm complaining about bus booking service

I have booked bus from salem to chennai on 29 dec 2019. Ticket no: tndr41036353. I was waiting for the bus in boarding point. No such booked bus arrived (Nrt bus). When i called the given support number it was not reachable. When i called concerned bus customer care they didn't take responsibility and stating that its are not their service bus. When called redbus customer care they said driver or concerned incharge ll arrive at boarding point...

I waited for bus at sarai kale khan since 12:30 am and it is 3:15 am and no bus was there.

I am complaint about bad service and behaviour

Here i have complain about red bus bad service the issue is the driver gave time of drop 10 30 am and bus reached there at after 2 pm. Inbetween they changed the bus, shifted the passengers in different bus. And driver also changed. They changed the drop place also, and after asking reasons the driver said talk to office about this.
I want my money back after this bad experience with your service.
