I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 14 february 2020 (Ticket number (Tin): tp3z99730521 from bangalore to kottayam and tckt amount was 2398/- rs. And cancelled it on 12 th may

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days

Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

    I want to cancel my ticket no tp[protected] ahmadabad to dwarika on dated 19.03.2020. Due to corona out break i want to cancel my ticket but red bus and paavan travel both are denying to cancel the ticket. Please help me to get the refund.

    This situation is due to emergency of corronavirus and operators should help rather than looting in this type of emergency.

      We are facing a issue, on 14-3-20 i had booked three tickets from bangalore to ernakulam through redbus and we had paid the amount through online and amount has debited from my account and they had generated ticket to us aganist the same bus, and while checking for the status on 15-3-19 redbus had cancelled the ticket without any intimation, is this the manner of redbus, this guys didn't try to reach us regarding the cancellation of the tickets and we had stuck in bangalore yestarday and think is that if any issue caused to concerned bus which we has booked why don't you guys reshecudle the ticket, after all we checked what is the issue caused to bus which we are booked to ernakulam they shows mechinical error without any intimation why do they cancelled the tickets then how could we reach home we didn't expect this kinda of behavior form the side of redbus and at that time i mean yestrday we had tried to reach the customer support [protected] no one has picking up the phone then to whom we ask for support after all this a panic situation right now in india already you guys know that and especially in bangalore and without any intimation you had cancelled our tickets i need the refund within today. Actually the issue is with your team member redbus, thing is that poor coordination is done from your collgue and they didn't update the status regrading the issue and so thing is that past 1 year i'm your customer redbus this is the first time i'm facing this kinda of issue and no customer support also not provided 😠, how could we know bus is cancelled unless you share the details, i wanna know what don't you guys cancelled the tickets without any intimation and right now i take a decision i will flash a message regarding the redbus poor coordination with customer and third-party, i won't prefer anyone to use this app to online booking, unless you guys credited me back the concern amount that debited from my account, still now not a single collgue contacted me against this issue and amount is not yet refunded yet.

      And we contacted the customer support for more detail and no response had came form redbus and who can accept this situation! Without any intimation, this show the value of your quality.
      We had provided our details while booking including mobile number and then also they didn't intimate us about the issue. I hope you guys had understood my issue and will do needful for us
      Tho you guyz are done to us is not acceptable and i hope you guys had got it and this is the first time i ever facing the kinda of issue. I like to be your customer further unless you provide me the refund the concerned amont and it's loss, who will take the responsibility of this issue, we feedup with situation ystrdy we had in. Loss of time, money and not only that we had to change the scheduled plan we are in, we had booked the ticket not for a joke. I hope this will reach the concern person and team.

        wallet amount to transfer in bank account

Also redbus dpesnt offer enough services to use the waller amount. I raised it with technical team and then they asked me to raise it with management team.

        Hi, please refer my ticket no # tp4c15116835. I have been through a pathetic experience from red bus. I had an emergency in my family out station in patiala so i urgently booked tickets for 3 people and after booking it i didn't get any contact details of bus, driver phone #, bus # but a customer care number and an invalid phone number on the e-ticket. I tried contacting customer care but poor rep sitting in ahmadabad wasn't able to assist with anything but assured that will get a text an hour before the journey but didn't receive any confirmation. I had a hell lot of trouble to find the bus with my old parents. Luckily i found the bus on very right time & requested the bus conductor to wait for 2 minutes as old parents where behind me. However that illiterate conductor threw my bag away out of the bus trunk. I was helpless at that time with my parents. Didn't have way to contact driver and couldn't do anything with the invalid number you provided on e-ticket. Customer care reps were unable to help & was taking ages to contact them. This incident took place on march 12th 2020. I want red bus to pay for and my parent's struggle and give a proper compensation with the refund.

          I want to tell that i have booked my ticket on 7/03/2020 from radhika travel via red bus. My journey was from jaipur to lucknow. But i have cancelled my ticket on 8/03/2020 around 10:00 am by the bus operator because you have mentioned that cancellation policy is only in hand of bus operator and he cancelled my ticket on 8/03/2020 and he said that he has refunded my money to red bus but according to you i have travelled so you have not given any refund to me till now. So sir please solve my issue because i am student and this money is to big for me and kindly take the appropriate action.
          I have attached my cancelled ticket by the radhika travel.

            I booked the bus named "ag bus service travels" on redbus. The travel is from sultanpur to delhi. The boarding point is pyagipur chauraha, sultanpur. And the boarding time is 08:45pm. I called the bus driver. But the bus didn't come. I had already complaint to the redbus about this. They called me and said, i will verify it with bus operator. But they didn't call me. Call me immediately. And refund my money very soon. Otherwise i will put complaint on consumer court. Why are you doing like this. Call me. Very worst bus service. This is my worst experience with red bus. It was urgent to reach delhi, and i paid extra money to reach delhi from another bus.

                  Hi,
                  I had booked a ticket for my friend for noida to lucknow, booked through amazon.
                  I had booked bus through red bus (Fouji travels) and i paid 1499 for that which include a recliner seat with ac service.
                  Bus came late around 1 hour late and it was not a fouji travels (Seems like local bus which no is up17t 9578), there was no recliner seat, ac was not proper working and they were stopping bus so many place just bcoz of they were expecting extra passenger and its cause 4.15 hour late.
                  Now question is that what i get instead of what i had paid for.
                  I had raised complain regarding this but told me they will took action against bus service, but what i get?
                  My friend suffering from serious disease and she is hospitalized right now.

                  Hi,
                  After discussion on call I have one sentence to say -"worst service is synonymous of RedBus (might be in my case)"

                  I want to discuss here points -
                  > I have spent 1500-/ rupees for a Luxury AC with recliner seat, time of that was 10.45 but bus came late around 1 hour 10 minutes (mid night).
                  As per your policy bus tickets send before 2 hour of the journey.

                  Now the question is that why you sent a local bus instead of a luxury bus ??

                  Let's assume bus may be have some problem but why you are not share that details ??

                  Why you have sent non AC bus ??

                  Why recliner seat was not available in the bus ??

                  Why you have not given proper instructions to your driver and conductor ??

                  They were taking local passengers at every stop even they had stop bus around 1 hour in kanpur for taking extra passenger. If such drama you want to create then why these things are not mentioned in your policy ??

                  Just bcoz of all these drama bus reached destination by 5 hour late.

                  Conclusion: because of standing 1 hour 30 minutes at Noida bus stop and sitting on normal seat for 12 hour my friend admitted in hospital. Typhoid and stomach illness covered over on her.

                  Now I am given your customers response-
                  Que: If bus was non AC then why she came in bus ?
                  My answer- who gives you right to ask this question after creating such dram and fraud. A girl standing in mid night at bus stand, she was waiting your bus around 2 hour.

                  Que: if there was no recliner seat why you had travelled ?
                  My answer: She is not a magician, nobody can tell this bus have ac or not, or bus has recliner seats without entering in the bus. She has after 15 minutes later and she asked to conductor but your driver and conductor stop themselves for giving any answer.

                  Just bcoz of your cheapest service, my friends suffered 10 to 15 days on bed rest.

                  Your executive officer told me, recliner seats price was 1500 and non recliner seats price 1200, so as simple math[protected] = 300 that's a resolution from your side.

                  It seems like customer are fool, you can do whatever you want bcoz now journey is over se what can we do.

                  I am not satisfied with your resolutions even the way you had talked.
                  You haven't any right to change our need without our confirmation.

                  I need at least 60% to 80% refund.

                  If you still think your resolution is enough then proceed your resolution, but one thing I want to assure you RedBus is not only an option and this journey was last.

                      Hi i am ebenezer. I booked tickets on 13.02.2020 through redbus for travel from bangalore to chennai in national travels vide ticket no. Tp3f34339852 for my daughter daffina. After sometime, i cancelled the ticket booked for my daughter also. The journey date was 22.02.2020. While booking, rs 682.50 was debited from my account 4 times. But i got the refund for three. Still the amount of rs. 682.50 taken vide ref: inb/[protected]payu.in dated 13.02.2020 was not refunded. I have to get refund four times. Kindly looked into and solve at the earliest.

                        Speaking about the complain:
                        I have booked my bus from virudhnagar to bengaluru.
                        Picking point is virudhnagar byepass (As per redbus mobile application).
                        And the pick-up time says 9:30pm and there is no bus at that time.
                        There is no message on the delay of the bus or nothing. At this point, i check the mobile application which says the bus is being delayed. And after few moment it says, i have boarded the bus and the bus has left. (Evidence is recorded). I call redbus customer service at this point to clarify whats happening, the service keeps on hold after listening to my problem and cuts the call. I call them again, now another representative picks the call and he also does the same. I try again, this person listens to me and says my bus is being delayed and it should be arriving in 20min (Call was on record). I wait there patiently and see no buses are there. I try calling them again and there after my calls are never being attended.

                        This is a high time irresponsible service that could have been expected from a untrusted red bus company now.

                          I booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai for march 9. Rkk bus did not pick me from my boarding location and neither did they call me for pick up. They left me in bangalore and i had to take a different bus for rs.700/-.

                          I am waiting for my refund of rs. 519.75/-.

                              I have raised a ticket to cancel my booking as it's a alarming situation in hyderabad having 45 positive cases of karona. As govt. Asked us not to go for group gatherings or public places we requested them to cancel even though as per the booking policy it's not cancellable and on opening a ticket we were assured by redbus if vendor accepts the refund we are ok refund the entire amount. But today me. Navneeth from redbus calls me and tells vendor is ok to refund but redbus is not sensible to such issues so we cannot refund the amount of 169/- used for the booking from the wallet. This a exceptional case where in entire world is worried and these people say either you go get effected or loose your money. They dont have corporate social responsibility. They are not bothered about the customers they want to make only money. Why should i loose my hard earned money and my wallet money just because of these people's negligence. Request you to look into it and call back me with best possible sol on my mobile [protected]

                              Red bus show wrong rating. Bus driver was drinken and driving bus, red bus didn't not accept and not perfomed any action

                                I booked a ticket from bangalore to trivandrum, and accidentally booked it for 08th of mar'20, instead of booking it for 09th of mar'20. Since there was an option to reschedule the ticket offered by the redbus, i tried rescheduling the ticket and due to technical difficulties the ticket was not rescheduled and was asked to try again later after 12 minutes. The ticket number: tp[protected].

                                I reached out to the support executive of the redbus, and the agent who spoke to me asked me to try again later. Like advised, i tried later after 15 minutes, and the same error popped up again. I tried twice, and gave a call to the support executive, arya, who behaved very rudely and asked us to wait for the supervisor. We stayed on the call online for 15 minutes, and no response from the supervisor. The agent asked us to wait for 24 - 72 hours for the technical team to get back to me after the investigation. I asked them to cancel the ticket so that i can re-book again, and the agent denied my request for a refund, and asked me to book the ticket again.

                                This is not what was expected from the redbus after being a valuable customer from past 7-8 months. Really disappointed, and i would like this issue be sorted out at the earliest. I want my full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

                                They called back and apologised, however we only got 70% of refund amount. Really not satisfied and they lost a valuable customer who has been very loyal from past a year with multiple bookings.

                                  Bus operator's haven't picked us at boarding point. I tried and contacted them, but they didn't respond even after so many attempts. My actual departure time is 9.20 pm at tirumala electronics (Bhel). But i was waited for bus more than 2 hrs i. E. Upto 11.40 pm. Red bus customer care was unable to take my calls and even they are not in a position to resolve my problem. Still red bus is not pick up my calls.

                                    I have booked a ticket frm bhopal to indore for bus of dated 07/03/2020 7:30 pm and accordingly i reached at boarding point but when i reached at the already left without picking me up than i reached to ticket counter and they confirm that the bus picked someone else who has subsequent booking for another slot. Instead of arrange for pickup the chartered bus charge me 100 for the account of pnr modification

                                      I am very disappointed with this service. I was given confirmed ticket from chandigarh to jaipur.. The boarding station was said to be isbt 43 chandigarh.. We were running from counter to counter in rain.. But there was no said bus. We called the numbers given on website. No one picked the phone. When someone picked they said we dont have any bus at the said time. And disconnected the phone. Then someone on bus stand suggested us to go and check sector 17 isbt as all rsrtc buses go from there.. When we went there they too didnt give satisfctory answer. No said bus was available.
                                      We were highly harrased. We have to return gome disappointed. We were unable to go to jaipur due to your poor service and customer service.. Our money got wasted on the bus booking.. Our jaipur hotel bookings and return ticket bookings are wasted too.
