I have booked trip coimbatore to tirunelveli at feb 11 from sorna travels and due to certain substances i have cancelled it on feb 11 evening. It's been 7 days cancelled there is no refund till now. Kindly update the status of refund details as soon as possible.

      I was waiting at the boarding point in front of bharat petrol pump. Bus driver didn't even bother to wait and pick me up. Bus operator didn't even call me. When i called him he didn't respond and took no action. Request you to refund my full amount n take serious action against bus operator.

        Tirupur to bangalore bus journey was cancelled by bus operator on 30/10/2019 at 8:30 am. But till now i havent received the refund from redbus.

        It is found that aeon travels agency is such an irresponsible agency with whom redbus is working. They cancel the bus tickets 1-2 hrs before the boarding time and put the travler in to hell lot of trouble. They dont even pick up the call after they leave the cancellation message, if we try to confirm reg cancellation of bus journey by them.

        I request redbus to blacklist aeon travels services from bangalore to tiruppur (Tn) and refund my ₹.645/-. I have called redbus customer support twice reading this query.

          I booked 5 tickets through redbus app on 10 august 2019 for travelling on 21 august 2019. But due to certain reasons i cancelled the tickets. Its been 6 months i didnot receive my refund till now. When i tried calling customer support they told me that refund was initiated but it never got reflected in my bank account. The customer support was not helpful and rather asked me to enquire about it myself.

            The driver didn't have papers of vehicle. He left the bus at sendhwa bypass and he ran. This was very unprofessional.
            The owner also didn't receive calls
            It was highly inconvenient. These kind of travels should be checked whether they are having papers or not. Worst service by apple travel.
            I want refund of rs 1800 within 24 hrs otherwise i will complaint higher authority

              I booked kpn travels in redbus.com for departure on monday feb 10th 2020 from tirunelveli to bangalore. But the bus was cancelled. There was no prior information given.in the day of travel waited for bus but it was not arrived. Called multiple numbers and there was no response from the number given in the ticket. Atlast spoke to a lady and she said bus is cancelled. This is really frustrating that no prior info was given and thry said bus is cancelled. And from bangalore i need to catch a flight as well. Till now no amout is refunded. Please check and refund us the amount.

                Booked a tkt from REDBUS app on 10/02/2020 for TATA - RANCHI. Today on 11/02/2020 at 7.10 am when I arrived at boarding point I learnt that bus got cancelled. I asked the agent there he told bus is cancelled, no need to worry your amount will be refunded automatically. (copy of tkt attached)
                So I took other bus at the same time for TATA-RANCHI from SARASWATI TRAVELS. (copy attached)
                Is this the service they are providing. This is the 3rd grade service. Even by the time of bus departure time I wasn't notified about the bus cancellation.

                Then I raised an issue regarding this via their app helpline. But of no use. (chat conversation attached)

                If this is the service they are providing for online booking no one will ever book a tkt from their site or app.
                And I'm not gonna recommend anyone to use their site or app to book tkts after such a horrible experience.

                I want my money back.

                  I have book indore to mumbai online ticket at 4:30 pm. On 6 feb. But no msg conformation coming on mobile. Money deducted.
                  Then i have book another ticket that is conform. I have already conform to operator they also reply only one ticket is conform another is canceled.
                  Pick up msg of both ticket is coming in mobile so i confused.
                  But both transection money is deducted. So please make a neccesory action for refund the money. Thanks

                    This is to inform you that i injured in an accident during travelling from shikohabad to jaipur, i informed to redbus call center regarding accident of bus and they replied we will contact you after 24 hrs, i was injured in bus and my phone was broken in accident and i was not able to contact any body, there was no facility porovided by redbus to hospital and they have not provided any kind of service for travel, we was standing on road in night hrs. But redbus not provided any kind of service, we have taken help from a truck driver after 2 hrs

                      Hi, i have booked 3 tickets from pollachi to bangalore in rkg travels a/c sleeper for 29/01/2020 on 25/01/2020. The amount was debited from my bank account but i received a message like booking is not confirmed and your amount will be refunded in your account in 2-7 days. I recieved email from redbus regarding the refund transaction process also, it was more than 10 days but the amount was not refunded. Please do consider this complaint as priority.

                        I booked two ticket from tiruchirapalli to bangalore dated 20th jan, 2019. I cancelled both the tickets. The refund amount is 1620 which is yet not credited to my account. Red bus has told they has initiated the transaction and i should contact my bank. When i talked sbi regarding this, they said they are not at all responsible for this, it's from redbus side, when redbus will credit amount it will directly come to your account. My ticket no. Is tp2n55134361. It's more than 10 days and your refund policy state that your money will be refunded within 7 working days

                          I've booked 3 tickets from guntur to hyderabad on 18th january, 2020 at 11:05 pm and i got confirmation through text message. I was all set to board the bus and waiting at my designated stop. Time was passing by and i'm not getting my bus to board. I asked the orange travels guys at the office about my bus and he replied that the bus i supposed to board has been departed on 17th january 2020 at 11:05 pm.

                          I was freaked out and double checked my confirmation and called the red bus customer service. It was the worst helpline i ever had and took me almost 1:30 minutes to get the service. I provided my details to the helpline guy and he too confirmed that my booking is on 18th january, 2020 at 11:05 pm as per their records. He told me to wait for 30 more minutes to get my bus since it was running late. I was really helpless and waiting at the bus stop with my mom and sister at midnight. I waited another hour and didn't get any phone calls from red bus or orange travels.

                          I'm seriously pissed off with the service and tried all the night to enquire about my booking but it didn't let me contact the customer service people. I paid 3780 inr for the bus and 1000 inr to reach the bus stop. I tried to cancel my trip to get the refund since i didn't travel due to this crappy service, it didn't let me go through because i'm not eligible to cancel my tickets.

                          We have booked a cab at 4:00 am on 19th january to reach my destination in time. It costed us 7, 000 rupees more. We lost triple times the amount that we spent on the tickets just because of this ticket booking error. Please provide me a good judgment on my issue.

I called around 20+ times and i spoke with team leader neelam.she give me the promise but she also cheeted me

                              I had booked a ticket from kumbakonam to chennai for 19 Jan in SRK traveld through redbus app and also cancelled it on 6th Jan, 2020. It's been more than 10days and I didn't receive any refund amount. I got the Reference Id[protected]. Please help with the status. It's the third time I am not receivrthe refund amount.
                              I lost my money through Phonepe while booking tickets from Redbus .

                              Tickets where not booked but my money was lost for 4 bookings,

                              I need my money refund urgently as soon as possible.

                                I am travelling to Raipur from Hyderabad with a ticket booked on redbus vide PNR no.[protected]. The vehicle no is CG 19 223#(last digit not visible). My ticket no. Is TP2V40812914. They stopped enroute somewhere near a restaurant called Adishakti where the food served is worse, I had a feeling of nausea immediately after taking food. Hence, please take action on Kanker travels and include redbus as a joint complainee.

                                  I booked one trip through red bus (Krishnagiri to chennai) at[protected].15am
                                  I reached the boarding point at 7.50 am.
                                  I tried to call bus operators but they are not picked up and another number was switched off. So this issue i am not getting any refund as well as customer service tread as very worest manner. Due to this issue i missed one important meeting and one day loss of pay,

                                    I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 17 jan 2020 (Ticket number (Tin): tp2k65511790 from visakhapatnam to guntur for dated 17 jan 2020 that tckt amount was 638/- rs. And cancelled it on same day (Transaction id is [protected].)

                                    But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 2-7 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                                    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                                        I had booked a ticket in redbus on 25th jan 2020 ticket number tp2u41111507 and i did not get the ticket until my call to customer care on 26th jan 5.58pm. I had to cancel the ticket but i couldn't do the same on 26th jan. So i raised a complaint with redbus customer care staff on 26th jan at 5.58pm for cancellation n refund request, were they asked me to check the cancellation policy in the ticket. I said i havent received the ticket and were is the customer's fault in that. Then at 26th jan at 6. Pm post my complaint i got the ticket. Now that if you had sent the ticket on time i would gave known about ur cancellation terms. Only post my call redbus guys sent the ticket and saying you cannot cancel the ticket.. New method of cheating customers.. Redbus staff then said contact bus operator kpn but they say contact redbus.. Customers are made to run pillar to post.. Pls help n ensure my ticket is cancelled and the amount is refunded to me.
