I am complaint about bad service and behaviour

Here i have complain about red bus bad service the issue is the driver gave time of drop 10 30 am and bus reached there at after 2 pm. Inbetween they changed the bus, shifted the passengers in different bus. And driver also changed. They changed the drop place also, and after asking reasons the driver said talk to office about this.
I want my money back after this bad experience with your service.

I have booked a ticket from trissur to Chennai on 27DEC2019. Payment was made and account got debited . But ticket was not confirmed and got a message that amount will be refunded in 1 hour. But still amount is not credited. Then I booked another ticket in the same bus. Attached my bank statement, 2 times debited amount can be seen. One is the confirmed and other is supposed to be refunded

regarding cancellation not possible before travel 1 hour

I booked the ticket on 24-dec-2019 around 7.30 pm travel on 25-dec-2019 from thiruthuraipoondi to chennai but unfortunately the travel date has been selected 24-dec-2019. I did not see the date. I received the message on 24-dec-2019 around 9.10 pm. I shocked immediately tried to cancel my ticket on redbus website is not possible and changed to reschedule also. I called redbus customer care executive i told my situation...

I want to do money transfer from redbus wallet to my bank account

I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transfer my wallet cash to my bank account. Therefore i request to redbud team to please return my wallet amount to my bank account...

On the day of journey, we went to tirupathi and while returning our car (Balaji travels) got punctured, informed this issue to kallada travels and informed to boarding at porur toll gate at 9:30pm, they agreed upon reaching sharply they ignored us with out informed. I want full refund of all 4 tickets...

This is muthuraman from chennai have booked 3 tickets from chennai to madurai with rp tours and travels by using [protected] this mobile no, unfortunately booked ticket for morning actually i wish to travel at evening, i'm seeking help from red bus, but i can't get clear guideness from the customer care even i'm being a regular customer. I am completing about the bus timing shows wrong.

I hv booked my pune to yavatmal ticket yesterday. The bus is noor travel vidharbha which was departed from pune (Shikrapur phat) 9 pm date 21.12.2019, and the bus arrive here in yavatmal very late. That means the bus actually need to arrive 8.20 am. But it arrived here on 12.15 pm. Date 22.12.2019.in my booked ticket it shows 8.20 arriving time. Bt the bus was too late....

incorrect seat arrangement

Incorrect seat arrangements online it was showing 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 seats are behind drivers seat. But in actuality the seats were in last. This is bloody disgusting there was a 2months baby and senior citizens with us and that was the only reason i booked the tickets online. Is this the way you guys fool your customers, showing fake things. I am not leaving you guys so easily i will raise a legal complaint. I have attached the screenshots...

I had booked a ticket from madurai to bangalore payment everything was successful after that red bus app show some error with the message of "your amount will be transfer to your bank account with in 24 hours". So tried to book another ticket it was successful. After my second booking both tickets are showing confirmed. If i ask to customer care they are ready to refund 810 rs but actual ticket price is 900....

Tncf 92983886 amount of rs 915 and i received cancellation message from your service and still i haven't received any refund amount. Not happy with your service. And more over bangalore coustmer care number is out of service and what is the use of... It's all a mental stress.....

Travel date - Oct 25 - Bangalore to Hyderabad in Morning start travels. Have raised complaint whose # is 11352461. The ticket price is Rs. 3150. rude behavior of customer care people regarding refund of amount

Booked an AC SLEEPER class bus from Kothagudem to hyderabad on dec 15th.Ticket Fare is 1200 (geetha Tours and Travels) Through red bus.. Service no 777b..the bus is expected to come at 11.45pm but it has arrived at 1.45 am.. Later after traveling for 10 kms from Kothagudem bus got break down and they replaced that with an ordinary express bus which reached Hyderabad in the morning at 11.30 am which is expected to reach at 6.30am..which costs...

not willing to cancel ticket

I booked a ticket no. TNDA44146964, and tried to cancel it within an hour of booking. However, they outrightly refused the cancellation saying cancellation time has expired within 1 hour. I have recorded call conversation. The ticket was from vrindavan to gurgaon. The cost was 449 Rs, I got the following message:

I have booked a ticket in redbus (Ramjcci456100) for the journey from peikulam to chennai in ramya travels and the departure time is 6pm on 13 dec 2019. Hello i cancelled my ticket on 6 dec from mapsa to goa booking no:tncg83725033 red bus app said it will require upto 5 days for refund process but it's around 10 days i did not get my money back. There is no person to person interaction between redbus customer care is based on computer it's very upsetting that i did not get my money back within time it gives mental stress and trust issues with redbus apps....

tickets not confirmed but payment deducted

I have booked the ticket for durgamba motors through red bus, hubli to bangalore. Date: 15.12.2019. Bus timing:2245.
Payment made by net banking, through sbi account.
Amount is rs.712.50 deducted from my account. But ticket is not confirmed yet, i have not received the acknowledge, i have received the message from vmdrmbus saying that, your ticket, with pnr no 3291746 is released as you didnot collect the ticket by 14/12/2019....
