I am very disappointed with this service. I was given confirmed ticket from chandigarh to jaipur.. The boarding station was said to be isbt 43 chandigarh.. We were running from counter to counter in rain.. But there was no said bus. We called the numbers given on website. No one picked the phone. When someone picked they said we dont have any bus at the said time. And disconnected the phone. Then someone on bus stand suggested us to go and check sector 17 isbt as all rsrtc buses go from there.. When we went there they too said they dont know about any bus around this time.
We were highly harrased. We have to return home disappointed after so much harrassment we were unable to go to jaipur due to your poor service. Our money got wasted on the bus booking.. Our jaipur hotel bookings and return ticket bookings are wasted too. I have suffered huge loss due to your negligence

    Bus didn't pick me

    I was waiting at the boarding point in front of bajaj showroom, hadapsar, pune.
    Bus driver didn't even bother to wait and pick me up.
    When i called him he told me that we have passed your boarding point now it's your choice how to deal with this situation we can't pick you or if you want to complaint anyone you can we dont care or you can take another bus having seating arrangement they will drop you to destination but actually my ticket was for slipper coach,
    Its total mental harassment for me, this happened first time in last 5 years.
    Request you to refund my amount and take serious action against bus operator.

      Hi team,

      Its been a long time i am using govt. Travel (Bus) services and not any private service like redbus, as i always felt that these private services are not reliable. But this time i tried booking a bus from redbus as i desired to travel from a luxury bus comfortably. I booked my bus almost 10 days earlier from my travel date so that i would get more number of seats to choose from, as i had to visit my hometown on the occasion of holi so i booked the bus 10 days earlier as on these days buses gets fully occupied so quickly. But on the date of travel i receives a message from the bus service i booked, that "your today's trip will not be operational due to some operational challenge". I seriously got a shock after reading this message as i knew i will not be able to book any bus now. Because all the buses were fully occupied. As a result, i will have to postpone my travel.

      This results in such a way, that i will never ever book any private bus service as they may provide us luxury service but they will always lack in backup services. They always ends up a conversation saying "sorry sir, we are helpless in this". Please find below my ticket details for more information on this matter:

        Dear sir,
        I am kiran mohan mali have pnr no[protected] and ticket no. Tp[protected].
        I am facing issues before traveling, i had informed by u that departure time is 7.45 pm dated on 5 march 2020 but recently said by your team on telephonic comunication that to be reach on boarding point before 6.00 pm.
        Also said by you that your travel will change at surat
        What is this?

          This is to request you to concern on following matter.

          We are highly disappointed by your services for following reasons; 1) we scheduled bus timing at 8 am but didn't get any confirmation of its departure, 2) at station no bus was standing to be scheduled at 8 am for allahabad despite clearly mentioned on online ticket.

          I can understand in country like india time is not valued as it should be but a service provider companies such as redbus this is not expected at all.

          I would request to take necessary action regarding this.

            Redbus service is going hilariously down...
            Whenever i book the ticket it never doesnt get booked in a try..
            Money gets deducted and the message "sorry we could not book" is very heartbreaking.
            Recently 26/27 feb i booked the ticket from khambhalia to bhavnagar and the same happened and even yesterday i tried to book the same but no improvement...

            I lost my money two times...
            And i m not yet refunded..

            Kindly help to resolve my concern.

              I booked a ticket with below details and had requested for rescheduling the same on same day as the booked date. It was mentioned in the ticket that I can do that. However on request, it was not honored and was suggested to cancel with charges of 500. Please find the ticket details below. kindly help.

              I booked ticket from jagdalpur to raipur 5th of February PNR No -[protected] which is canceld by me in morning 6th Feb, and one more ticket which is of 8 th Feb PNR no. [protected], at this date bus was cancelled not even informed to passenger. And till now 17 days held money was not refunded

                Today, while booking a ticket on red bus, we selected apsrtc bus services to travel from balanagar to kanigiri vide
                Pnr no. 99059520
                Ticket no. Tp3v55491126
                Our pickup point is at balanagar, so we went to balanagar rtc (Aps&ts) reservation counter to know about the status of bus as it was half an hour late. It has to come at 7.50pm but came at 8.20pm. The persons in reservation counter @ balanagar are very rude that they are not telling us why the bus is delay but just saying us to go and ask red bus for any enquiry as we booked under red bus.com.
                They said they serve only those people who book ticket at reservation counter. Then what about people like us who book online ticket for gov't services. I kindly request to provide driver's contact no. When we book ticket or provide reservation counter support so that we can use government service buses again and again.

                  Since i booked the ticket through redbus and no response or refund agreed from redbus due to the parveen travels staff behavior in the bus which i have not traveled.

                  "i have booked bus from chennai to hyderabad in parveen travels, on 23/02/2020 through redbus, i was awaiting for bus at padi. When i was about to board the bus, i was stopped by staff & they asked me that i have consumed alcohol, i was not allowed to speak & there is no where in the policy mentioned that passenger should not board bus after consumption of alcohol.in no time bus left the location without boarding me. When i spoke to redbus they asked me to speak to parveen travels, they were not ready to listen.

                  Why was not allowed to board, and there is no policy, if it was there i would have followed and also no prior communication to passenger.

                  Since i was travelling first time to hyderabad i didn't know this policies, because of this it created depression & loss of money and time to me, and even redbus or parveen is not refunding amount fro which i have not traveled in the booked bus.

                  I think there is fraud activities carried out by parveen travel staff not boarding the booked passenger and not allowing to board bus, saying some reason which is not mentioned in the policies.
                  I would agree if i would have given any disturbances after boarding they could have stopped me and asked to move out of bus. But this was not case, without understanding customer, this kind of activities causing more trouble to passenger and they are trying to get another passenger on the way to make more money by cheating me by not refunding 1595inr + other passenger money additional profit for the staff of parveen travels.

                    I hv book ticket on redbus for dnr travels from pune to wani dt 22/02/2020 at 8 pm.. But now still 12.15 am of 23/02/2020 but yet not started to destination. And it's very bad experience from travels agent so as it's very much suffer to us. Travels manager do not give proper answer and not able to say timing.. I m waiting till now and very much hungry.. It's so much bad experience.. I m very much suffer from physically and mentally..
                    So why not bear monetary penalty to this travels agency?
                    And why i have not give compensation from this?
                    And why i hv not published to facebook and other social media about this very badly experience?
                    And why not u means redbus and also dnr to get punish?

                        When i was booking the ticket on 19.02.2020 from ahmedabad to veraval (Madhuram travels). By mistake i had entered the wrong date. And after confirmation at a time bus driver is calling me bas us waiting for you that time i check my date.

                        . Then i called redbus customer care, they said that the not possible refund your money n cancelled the tickets

                        . The thing is i got debited for total 3 seats.. Till now i didnt get the refund... I request you to refund the price of three ticket (Rs of two ticket total 870 and one ticket price is 474) (Seat no is 12, 11 and s4) as soon as possible.. Regards,

                        We did try connecting on the contact number registered against the booking ID: TP3N12488554 and TP3N58262045. Unfortunately, the incoming facility was barred.

                        We regret to inform you that we will be unable to process a refund against the ticket IDs mentioned since the booking was confirmed as per the request raised from the customer end.

                        Also, by the time the booking was completed, the cancellation policy had expired.

                          I have booked my travel for 20th feb 2020 from bangalore to hyderabad. When i was booking in home page of redbus.in the departure time is reflected at 13:30, which is normally treated as afternoon of 20th feb. After paying 1500/- online i have received with confirmation ticket which reflects as midnight 1:30. When i called customer care they simply rejected saying that they cant cancel nor reschedule my ticket and cannot give refund. Outrightly customer service agent says complain whereever you want but they cant give refund. When asked about the time mentioned in their website they say they use railway timings. When i questioned that i have booked bus not train. Then he denied giving refund.

                            I booked a ticket in kpn travels for[protected] from pollachi to chennai @9pm. I received call from travels that the bus was cancelled. So i cancelled the ticket and got rs.370. Since the travels itself cancelled the bus, they asked me to request you to get the full ticket amount to be refunded. Remaining amount:163. So kindly take my request and refund me the remaining amount as soon as possible.

                              I with my fellow female colleague had booked bus ticket of 1:30am from viman nagar to ahmednagar since we landed at 12:30 on airport. When we reached destined location after confirming with dolphin bus coordinator, the bus was not there and after calling, the coordinator told that bus will take more 2 hrs.
                              We soon tried booking another bus but it also took payment and showed delay of 2 hrs after that.
                              It is not about money, it is about how badly we are treating female travellers. We can ensure safety of ourselves but if we want to trust on any renowned traveller mode, what is the option?
                              After this big fiasco, we succeeded catching a regular st bus by looking at the 30 more people travelling with us
                              Requesting m/s redbus and dolphin travels, not to play with women's safety.

                                  Tickets from mumbai to hyderabad total 5 tickets citizen tours & travels all of they are above 52 years age. While booking tickets i kept the boarding point has mumbai central which it shown pickup van will pick. On the date of journey i got a call at 1:30 saying that we can't send the pickup van to mumbai central they said us to come by cad they refused to pay taxi charges also, i explain them it will be def cult to move with all the senior citizens from one place to other. After visiting to another pickup point he said us to cum another pickup point finally we missed the bus, my boarding is at 4:30. We spoke to the customer support of red bus in my 1st call i informed them that i want to speak with higher authority they kept me on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected my call. 2nd call same happen later i got call from red-bus they check with the person of citizen tours & travels but no use we payed again rs.3000 for the next bus to the citizen tours & travels person. I mistake is done from the travels they haven't provided the van at right time.

                                  Its really very very bad services from citizen tours & travels and even red bus for supporting the this kind of travels.

                                  Am not at all satisfied with your solution provided to me this shows you never care about your customer. Only i can see you support the travel who created the problem. its really a bad experience with you people.

                                  See i clearly explained you after confirming with your support team i paid the amount of another 50% believing that you people will refund but no use with you also because more then customer you care about travel agency who can't provide a Pickup van on time to correct Place.

                                    I had booked bus ticket (Orange travels, sleeper) in redbus app for my journey from kurnool to madurai on 16.02.2020. I am new to kurnool so i followed the boarding directions as shown in the app to my boarding point. When i reached there and was waiting for bus, the driver called and told he had been waiting for 10 minutes in another location (Which was not mentioned anywhere in ticket) and he is moving, i have told him that i was in right location as mentioned in the ticket but he didn't even listen to what i am talking and asked me to contact customer care, later i got call from customer care that wrong address has been updated in the app please go to correct location and driver will wait, then i reached the correct location in 5 minutes but the bus has already left and driver didn't agree to wait.
                                    It was late night and i had great difficulty in finding another bus and luckily i have reached the destination.

                                    I am so disappointed with the redbus service and necessary action has to be taken.

                                      I booked a ticket in kpn travels for today[protected] from pollachi to chennai @9pm. I received call from travels that the bus was cancelled. So i cancelled the ticket and rs.370 will be processed. Since the travels itself cancelled the bus, they asked me to request you to get the full ticket amount to be refunded. Due to some problem in your system, my bank account was debited with rs. 682.50 four times, but ticket was not generated. Further, i did not get refund also on the same issue.
