My Complain is not resolved and they are writing complain resolved. This is fraud complete fraud. I booked a ticket on the name of Mayank kumar from Patna to Delhi Ticket No. N7Z60306389, PNR[protected], SEAT. NO- L4 and Fare Rs. 3360.00. Bus was supposed to depart at 5:00 pm from Patna and reach within 12 hours to Delhi but Bus was delayed by 4 hours and no information was given to passengers and departed at 9:00 pm on 4th of July 2019. Apart from that the Bus got delaying by hours and hours and finally it broke down at Agra- Lucknow Expressway and all the passengers were kept hungry and thirsty and bus driver behaved rudely when the passengers asked for water and food at the Agra- Lucknow Expressway. The Bus reached Delhi at 9:00 pm on 5th of July 2019, which is almost 24 hours. Now I need an explanation with compensation that when you are supposed to reach Delhi in 12 hours it took 24 hours and I had to suffer from a great loss. Why they took the amount of AC 1st Class but gave the worst service? Why Passengers were not given food and water when the Bus Broke down? I want compensation and refund of half of the amount of ticket cost. They also tried to do fraud with me and made calls that we will compensate 60% of the amount and asked for my debit card details with expiry and cvv number as they told it will be a card to card transfer. It's a complete fraud service Red bus is doing. Till date I haven't received any compensation. Don't know what consumer forum is doing in this matter.

    I have booked 2 tickets from lucknow to bahraich for 6 am on 8th of july pnr xbch[protected]/qsb from kaiserbagh but the bus was cancelled without any information n the app also not shared any prior information about bus n contact no of driverand i have made complaint with redbus 2 times n they committed to refund money within 48 hoursbut my issue is not resolved n they didn't return my money. Please resolve my issue

        I booked a ticked in redbus on the above date through gpay. The money (Rs.452.27) was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. It displayed the money will get refunded. I waited 10 days but money is not refunded.

        I called redBus customer care and raised a request. They said the money will be refunded in maximum 7 working days. But even after 2 weeks money is not yet refunded. My request id is 10269011.

          I am talking about bus number ka 01 f 4801, me some girls we're requested to driver to stop bus in corporation stop, conductor told that "stop illwa" i asked, he told me that"howda eno gottilla" it's already time 8:45pm, and we want to go silk borad. They took bus to kbs stop,. What non sense is it, if them's sister or mother or daughter in that bus means they won't stop?? What type maintenance is it. We are girls we need to go house before 9pm na. This type of training you are giving to the employees who they are responsible for public transportation. They don't know how treat a girl, please give them that strong instructions that, someone requesting means give stop, so that it will helpfull for girls who they are new to bengalore city.

            I have booked ticket from mumbai to mehkar at 11:50 am on 23/8/2019 and want to reschedule my journey on same date but they dont allow me to do so and said that rescheduling and cancellation is only allowed till 7 :00 am on date of journey so kindly inform if i have booked my ticket at 11:50 am then
            How can i reschedule or cancel my ticket at 7:00 am however they said we mentioned our policy on booked e-ticket (Mail) so my question is we getting the mail after confirmation of ticket booking so what we can do after booking??

                I have booked a ticket from delhi to gorakhpur of 9th aug but my ticket was not confirmed i expected my refund from redbus and i m not receiving any response from them i m fed up of them
                they have worst helpline no, always busy i feel irritated
                i am thinking of filing a complaint in consumer forum because i am experiencing a very bad service from them.
                it has been around 20 days .
                whenever i make a complaint i have to start it from beggining.

                I booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to elure ..on the date of 26th July..in limoliner travels..seat number u1. Ticket cost 1119.45/-.unfortuntly my plan was changed..that way I cansled my ticket...on 26th June evening... Still I didn't get my refund back..
                No Blanket provided, no proper staff behavior in the bus, no luggage option and bus was late .
                No proper response from REDBUS as well.

                  I had booked the ticket from sukhpar, bhuj to ahmedabad on 18/08/2019. At the time of booking the display showed cancellation facility, due to change in the plan i had to reschedule to 21/08/2019, while the system does not allow it to do so. At least value the trust in the brand and help reschedule the ticket, does not require a refund for today. If it's not solved by today as a customer i should be able to request a refund in full amount.

                    This is to inform you that i booked a ticket on 17.08.2019 through redbus app for traveling from bhilwara (Rajasthan) to gurgaon. Traveling date was 18.08.2019.

                    I booked 3 lower sleepers no. S13, s14 & s/b. Redbus ticket no. Is tn9e48798016.

                    This has been my worst travel experience ever as i had to face following problems during this travel-

                    1. When we reached boarding point, we were informed that bus has been changed, from vishwakarma travels to kothari travels. Also, sleeper location were also changed. This time we were offered 2 lower sleepers positioning at middle of bus and 1 upper sleeper.

                    2. The scheduled departure time was 8:30 pm but bus departed by approx. 9:30 pm with 1 hr. Delay.

                    3. The behaviour of bus staff was very poor.

                    4. Just after leaving the boarding point, bus staff started inviting road side passengers, and stuffed all of them in bus corridor and driver's cabin. These passagers were keep talking and smoking whole night.

                    5. Suspension of bus was worst, and whole night we were jumping on our seats. We were feeling as rollercoaster ride. Probably bus driver was trying to make-up the delay by driving faster.

                    6. Our luggage were on stake, as it was kept with un-authorised, unknown passangers.

                    I was travelling with my wife and two little kids (8 year & 4 year old). But due to above concerns we all were not able to take proper sleep whole night. I and my wife having extreme backache, whereas my kids have been feeling tired and sleepy for whole day.

                    My wife, who is a teacher, had to take leave for today from her school and i couldn't have focused on my office job due to backache and sleeplessness.

                    In view of above, i demand compensation from redbus for such a worst service which troubled us a lot. This compensation will include complete traveling fare plus compensation against trouble caused to us due to physical and mental harassment.

                    I have lodged complaint at government consumer helpline also.

                    Please take appropriate action.

                      I would like to narrate a horrible experience that has happened yesterday which was never expected. It is very unfortunate.
                      I shiladitya chakraborty purchased a ticket from durgapur to kolkata, ticket no tn9b11449495 bearing the pnr no: ctc257306, seat no's : 21 & 22.
                      Date of transaction : 14/8/2019
                      Date of travel : 18/08/2019
                      Total amount paid : rs. 667.92.

                      Inspite of paying such hefty amount i along with my wife was not able to board the bus. All buses plying from kolkata to durgapur and return stops at muchipara bus stop.in the past i have travelled multiple times and there were no issues to board the bus from muchipara like other passengers. Unlike yesterday it was a totally horrible experience and even after trying to stop the bus by showing hands to the driver the bus never stopped. Volbo and other buses which plies in the same route stops at muchipara bus stop and i had no idea or intimation that this bus will not give a hault at muchipara.

                      I was shattered and again i had to purchase a different ticket from muchipara and then i had to come. It was a personal emergency but all because of same i was not able to make it at the right time.

                      Also for your information the timing provided by you also seems to be incorrect. When i spoke to the concerned person i have found the bus departure time was 14:25 pm and not 14:10 pm as mentioned in the e-ticket. So was not a correct information and had to wait longer in rain because of the same and was also not able board the bus.

                      I request red bus management to kindly arrange the refund immediately as i had purchased the ticket from your site.

                        I have used redbus for first time yestrday. I have booked ticket from kanpur to delhi. Ticket costed me 3900 apprx for two. I was travelling through kalpana travels. I dont know on what basis you guys allow ### third parties.

                        It was a nightmare journey. Bedsheet was dirty. Could see pubic hairs and other dirt on it. I request conductor to change the bedsheet..he denied.

                        There was water leaking from AC. Blankets had awful smell. It was a nightmare journey for me. I will never use redbus hereafter. Please stop fooling customers if you cant provide a GOOD SERVICE .

                            Hello i booked 2 tickets from puducherry to bangalore for 18/08 13:00-20:00 bus had dinamo and heater breakdowns and stopped after 30 kms from puducherry. We waited for 3 hours for mechanic to come. After that it took another 1 hr for them to come back but they didnt fix the bus. Finally police came at 19:00 and we had to book a taxi on our own for 6000 inr to bangalore to reach the city. I want my 2 tickets to be refund.

                                I booked a bus from ahmedabad to indore on 14th august, 2019.
                                First of all, the bus reached indore around 12.00 pm when the scheduled time was 7.20 am. The bus could not pick up the speed above 40km per hour as told by the bus driver, i. E, it was damaged before the ride started.

                                There was no point of contacting either redbus customer care people or the bus operator as both did not pick up the call.

                                Secondly, the driver changed the route midway and took indore via ujjain when the route should have been via dhar road, due to which he dropped me at saims hospital dropping point when my booked dropping point was radisson blu hotel square. As a result, i had to take an auto and it charged me rs.200 because of the rain and unavailability of anything else.

                                Thirdly, the bus' condition was so pathetic that during the ride, one tyre burst off.

                                I have been trying to lodge a complaint since yesterday but in vain.
                                There has been no response at all.

                                Kindly refund me the total amount of the ticket, i. E, rs 953.00, the extra rs.200.00 that i had to expend because of the midway route change and rs.500 as vindictive charges for the inconvenience that was caused during the ride.

                                I would like to also bring to the redbus' notice that if i don't receive any reply within a day, i would post this wherever it is possible, also would reach out to the consumer forum. I am very serious about this issue.

                                    I had bus ticket on 21st july from allahabad to lucknow (Copy attached). Bus got cancelled and i had to go through immense trouble. They did not inform me about the bus cancellation.
                                    They are not refunding the money even though i reported the thing next day. They wrote back that bus not cancelled which is a complete lie.
                                    My co passenger of the same bus got the cancellation message and he got refund. (Screenshot attached in which you will find his mobile no.). You can go back and check his booking. He booked in the same bus. His mobile no. [protected].
                                    Even after giving irrefutable proof they are not refunding the money.
                                    If i don't get refund i will have to go to court for refund, compensation for lack of service and harassment.

                                      I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 31st july 2019 redbus ticket cancelled (Tin: tn8v[protected] from virudhunagar to vellore for dated 9th aug 2019 that tckt amount was 3834/- rs. And cancelled it on 31 july (. Transaction id: [protected])

                                      But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 2-7 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                                      Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                                      Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.
