I have booked coimbatore to chennai two seats which showed by 1300 after payment could see got deducted 2265. Called and inquired to support executive. They accepted the issue is from there end. After several calls and long request they cancelled my request. But still now i didn't got my full amount back. I'm keep on calling and no proper response from redbus end.

More over the customer executive response are very un-professional. felt like i got cheated.

      I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transfer my wallet cash to my paytm. Therefore i request to redbus team to please return my wallet amount to my paytm account

          I booked a redbus from delhi to rishikesh on 20 july 2019.

          The booking got immediately cancelled right after booking. There was no initiation of cancellation from my side.

          Then i received a message of refund for the full amount and that it'll be transferred to me by 2-7 working days. I received a mail too for the initiation of the payment for the refund of the full amount.

          Then i received another message but on whatsapp with an image stating a wrong amount for my refund and the image said that the cancellation was initiated by me. I sent them a screenshot of the mail that says refund of the full amount.

          I tried to contact redbus on whatsapp and call too but no response comes from the other side.

          Today is 31st july and i have not received any response yet, let alone the refund.

            I Sonal Agarwal booked 2 ticket Rs 1785/- on 21st June 2019, Dehradun to Meerut through Red bus (Kalpana Travels) for 22 June 2019. I received Mr. Nikhil (phone no. [protected] ) Call me at 12:13p.m. and said that, I had to come Haridwar as bus was stucked in jam or I can cancel my booking? I asked some time for reply, and I called him at 12:17p.m. for cancellation of my booking. he ensured me that I will get my refund within 7 to 8 working days. For this communication I am attaching screen short of my phone.
            After that I again booked 2 tickets from redbus at 12:54 P.M. on same day 22nd June 2019. It was a UPSRTC bus ticket no. TN7M91830923. I traveled by this booking and reached Meerut at night. On 18th July I received y credit card statement and i knew that, I did not get my booking refund. I loaded a complain on 19 July 2019 complain no. is 851254. On 30th July 2019 Mr. Pratush ( Customer care representative of redbus) connect my call with Mr. Nikhil and now he is saying that I traveled with him and there was no cancellation of my booking. Now he is lying, because when he confirmed my booking cancellation then I booked my ticket again. You people are also having my booking status and I am also attaching my booking photograph with this.             We regret the delay in revert. We tried connecting you multiple times on the registered contact number 999*****74 for further assistance on the complaint. Unfortunately, the calls went unanswered.
            We hereby inform you that we have processed a refund against the ticket ID: TN7M91830923 and shall be reflecting in your account within the next 5-7 bank working days.

            Also, please be informed that due to system restrictions, we were unable to process the complete refund and the refunded amount is Rs. 717/-. The difference amount of Rs. 115/- shall be credited to your bank account and for that, we would need Bank Name; Branch Name; Account Number; Account holder Name and IFSC Code.
            We request you to revert with the details via email at '[protected]@redbus.in' and we are listening.

            Do mention the customer care complaint number and we will fetch the details accordingly.

                I cancelled the ticket booked from pondicherry to chennai via ecr route in prtc bus on 21.07.2019 departure by 4.30am. When i cancelled the ticket i received message that rs.240 will be refunded with in 4/days, but so far i have not received, the ticket number p710599 please arrange for crediting the refund amount in my bsbi account. Baskaran i received message that the amount will be refunded by monday ie yesterday, even in the customer call service i could not register the complaint since i don't receive reply, please arrange my 1st enquiry registration number 9770034

                  It was very very dispointed to inform you that the service which was provided by redbus contractor was pathetic and redicoulous.

                  Escalation resaon-:

                  1. Bus came 30min delay due to which it cause delay in our official trip.

                  2. Bus contractor had drop at different locations (Gorai jetty) which was never mentioned ever in my booking but he was saying that you have to get down there and from there you have to catch ferry and go to water kingdom.

                  3. Mr. Hiten kotak was not at all listening that i had requested bus for water kingdom not to gorai jetty and trip include for 222 km but he was not at all ready to listen.

                  4. Mr. Kotak was saying do whatever you want and was using bad words and unprofessional talks and denied to dropped at water kingdom
                  Was mentioned in my booking details

                  5. Because of mr. Kotak bad attitude we all 20 people had to get down at gorai jetty and had to catch ferry for water kingdom even though we had booked bus for it.

                  6. Unnecessary me along with my team had gone through mental torture as well as all 20 people had to pay extra jetty fair 50rs per person.

                  7. I was fully dispointed with redbus service i expect strict necessary action should be taken care from redbus on such contractor and redbus should compansate refund for such bad experience.

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that i cancelled my reservation on july 19 for the bus service from coimbatore to vellore. But the bus is cancelled on that day by the bus operaror TMA holidays tours and travels due to bus break down.                             On 13th june we booked three tickets for shirdi, and the scheduled arrival time was 11:45 and we were waiting there from 11:30 to 2:00 but the bus didn't show up and we had to go back home... After that trying to get my refund but the people from red bus and tried talking to them they promised that they'll revert back but then i didn't receive any call back from there and it's more than a week now and these people are not helping me with this... So i need my refund as soon as possible! Please!

                              This mail is in context to the telephonic conversation, i had multiple times with the concerned department of red bus with whom the complaint has been raised that the boarding point has been changed by the bus operator from bolpur to suri terminus/ilambazar, as there is construction work going on in the bolpur connecting way. So the bus operator mr. Anupam biswas (Mob :[protected]) called the next day of the ticket booking and also on 19th july 2019 and informed us that the bus would not be coming to bolpur, so we need to go to the suri terminus and board from there, and suri terminus is 40 kms away from bolpur, or we need to go to ilambazar which is also 30 kms away from bolpur.
                              Going to these 2 places is not possible in the early morning for us and it would result in extra cost added to our journey.
                              So immediately i had called the redbus customer care 2 times on 19th july and informed them everything.
                              The customer executive monika whom i called at 13:44 pm on july 19th raised this complaint[protected] with the concerned department.
                              And again to confirm the same whether my complaint has been escalated to the concerned department or not i had called again to the redbus customer service at 14:04 pm and got a confirmation for the same that my complaint has been registered.
                              After that i have received a call from the concerned department of red bus and i stated clearly about what is the issue i am facing and told them that i will not be cancelling from my side and i will be making alternative arrangements for my journey as there was no fault from my side and i expect full refund of my money without any cancellation charge being levied on the same.
                              So the concerned department informed that they will get back within 24 hours. And i possess the call recording of the same which i would be producing in future if i need to take this issue with higher authorities if my money would not be refunded.

                              On 20th july i still see the status on my complaint as "resolution in progress" and to know the status i called the redbus customer care again at 12:42 pm on 20th july, and i got some vague and irrelevant answers stating that i need to end till end of day for the red bus concerned department to revert back with the details.

                              To cut things short, i beleive i had booked the tickets by giving full fare, and due to any circumstances whatever it might be, i am not availing the bus due to change of boarding point from the operator side, i am not the one to blame and i would not be doing anything from my side, i will want you guys to take this matter very seriously and refund me my full money quickly without being ignorant.

                              I would expect full co operation from your side at the earliest.

                              I had mailed this whole thing but they gave called several times from aredbus listened to our concern and gave no resolution just promised big big things, i have all audio recordings.

                                We booked a volvo bus himsuta from delhi to shimla through red bus on date 5th july, 2019 as it showed the bus timing at 9:30pm and 3 tickets were booked, seats were alotted to us, bus fare of rupees 2869 was also deducted from my account. But there was no bus at this timing from delhi as we confirmed it from departure point. We also texted them and tried to contact them for help. No refund of money was there till now. We are really disappointed. Please refund money.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

                                  It's been more than a week and the red bus guys are sleeping. I filed my previous complain on 9th of july and today is 17th july 2019 and still there is no progress. No refund is initiated till date. I logged the complain of poor service and delay in arrival of the bus which was scheduled to departure at 5:00 pm but departed at 9:00 pm on 4th july 2019. It's scheduled arrival was at 10:45 am on 5th july 2019 at delhi but reached at 9:00 pm on 5th july 2019. Apart from that there was no food or water was provided when the bus broke down at lucknow-agra expressway. When passengers asked for compensation then the driver aruged with them.
                                  This is completely unprofessional. I was charged rupees 3360 and i want 50% of the back. I request consumer forum to look after the matter.

                                  Pls its already 2 weeks we did not book the ticket though the money has been debited from my account.. its truly fake company.. for booking u made that much calls and now for refunding not giving proper answer

                                    I have made a bus ticket booking from chennai to trichy on 3rd july 2019 (For the same day) and paid rs.2997.75/- from bank account through upi enable service. However, the redbus failed to make any booking and the money got credited into my wallet after a while. Since, the money didn't reflect in bank account i mailed to redbus ([protected]@redbus.com). The executive replied promptly by stating that there was an error, they didn't notice it and the money will be credited into my account within few days.

                                    However, after few days i got a call from redbus service centre stating that it cannot be done. There is no such option in transferring money from wallet to bank account. When i asked details, they started telling that i have money in my wallet since 2018. This is ridiculous, i did not have money in my wallet. The money clearly debited from my bank account and it got credited into redbus wallet.

                                    If their claim having money in my wallet. I have made one booking on 2nd july 19 where i didn't use the wallet instead i used amazon pay.

                                    Please resolve and get the money to my bank account.

                                    Till now no response from redBus. This truly pity.
                                    There is twist here.. A person named Deepak Kumar claiming as a redbus employee with employee ID RB21397 called from mobile number [protected] to my my mobile and asking for my bank debit card number and CVV number (This should kept secret) for transferring the money to my bank account. Since my post on this forum will give bad remark to redbus he wanted transfer the money once i give all the debit card and cvv details. I denied to given CVV number. them he immediately cut the call.

                                    So friends be careful fake calls may come like this. Somehow he got my mobile number which i don't post in this forum.

                                      I booked ticket on 3rd June 2019 and money got debited from credit card account - 2077.50 and did not receive ticket. At least you guys should have processed my ticket instead said money will be refunded so I have to book the ticket again.

                                      Money did not get refunded and I had to pay my credit card 2077.50 without utilizing any service. This is really frustrating and not sure what to do with you. Every time I call you are saying payment is in process. On 1st of July you said payment refund is successful and asked to check with my merchant bank, they said clearly the money is not refunded.

                                      I am attaching the screen shot of amount being debited from my credit card account on 3rd June 2019 for your reference.

                                      I request you to take immediate action and refund my money without any further delay.

We had initiated the refund process earlier but it was discarded because o[censored]nforeseen reasons. We have initiated the refund process again in 15th July 2019.
