deducted amount twice

I booked my bus ticket today but for a single ticket, payment deducted from my account 2 times.

And I have tried to contact with customer care executive before 45 mins but not able to contact them because call is redirected from starting again and again.

cost take high than any other traveller

I have booked my bus from Delhi to Dharbanga in knabi bus& travellers near Anand vihar in RS 2600/- but when I got the bus all Traveller are traveling in 1800rs why this cost variation.the service are too bad ac is not working properly .I can't accept this kind of poor service recommend to all don't book ticket from red bus .. I have booked bus ticket on redbus to travel from nagpur to nashik on 02.06.2019. My pnr no. Was[protected]. Rs. 1320 /- has been debited from my account and seat no. 2 was allotted to me in rajlaxmi travels
But timing was 9.30 pm from nagpur.

But at the time of boarding in the bus that the bus operator told me that the same seat is allotted to other person too mr. Jay and he is already seating on...

red bus cheated my money by wrong booking

ticket not booked but amount got deducted

I booked a ticket from lucknow to indore on june 1, 2019, through redbus mobile app.
As soon as i made the payment the status of my ticket showed rejected and no ticket was not generated but still, the amount was deducted from my account.
I have also raised a request on redbus app and received no response from them till now.
The total amount deducted was rs.2110.50.
Payment mode was google pay.

But when i paid the money the ticket was not generated and no booking was done but still 2110 rupees were deducted from my account.
I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

driver didn't comply

I had my bus from delhi to lucknow, even after repeated calls the driver didn't stop 5min for me. I was on the phone with him all the time and he rudely disconnected. I had a job interview the next day. Even the tickets suggests that a couple of minutes delay can be adjusted. I can't get a refund. I hate your services and won't be using again until my issue is resolved....
