    Dear Team,

    This is pathetic service and cheating by Redbus.

    They confirmed my booking for Indo Canadian Volvo for 22-06-19 for 10 am from Delhi to Ambala. I paid 800 RS for it.

    I boarded flight from Indore so as to reach Delhi well before 10 am.

    But when I was on my way from airport to Swagatam Holidays (boarding point of bus), I came to know that bus has already departed at 9 am.

    I want to register a case of cheating against Redbus.

      I booked a ticket through Red Bus with UPSRTC on 08/06/2019 from Kanpur to Delhi and my mother couldn't travel because bus departed from a different point and never arrived at the boarding point which was supposed to be. It's been more than 2 weeks since I complained and claimed the refund however there are no resolution provided by Red bus. Everytime I am calling their customer care they are asking me to wait for 24 hours, 48 hours. I was promised a call back twice but that didn't happen either. I must say I am extremely upset with this kind of service from Red bus.

        Booked ticket S4, S5 in Thirumal alagu travels thru high reputed REDBUS, trusted website for travel from Chennai, porur tollgate to dindigul journey on 21.06.2019 scheduled departure 09.35 PM especially for AC sleeper. But the bus is running as NON AC. No AC setup available. Highly tensed. Need suitable refund for a regular customer satisfaction. Expect favourable response thru REDBUS

            I am booked the ticket 2nos 23 and 24 dated 20.06.19 from barasat to raiganj . As per ticket details bus departure time at barasat 7.45 pm but bus arrived at barasat at 10.30pm .also provided bus operator contact no going switch off condition. Many times contacted with red bus customer care no and they are provided other no then this no also provided other no than success to contact bus operator . After pickup bus at 10.30pm bus operator not allotted my booking seat. And requested to change my seat position to backwards. 29 and 30 no seat instead of 23 & 24.

              Hi Red Bus Team,
              We have booked a ticket from Myailadudurai to Chennai on 16/06/2019 in Sri Venkatachalapathy tours and travels AC sleeper/seater. We 6 (4 female and 2 male) were ready for boarding at bus station, we have been informed that bus will be delayed 30 min late, a min later we received a message that bus is cancelled and amount will be refunded. We fought against the Bus representative, finally they arranged a tempo traveler and boarded us to chennai and promised to refund Rs. 5486 in 3 business days. Nearly 4 days have been passed we didn't receive any refund amount. Please take necessary action against the bus personnel and help us in getting the full amount as promised.Please find ticket details below.

                My trip of 1st june 2019 from datia to jaipur but bus cannot come on boarding point and when I reach the bus stand the bus driver says me we reached dabra they cannot pick me and when I complaint to redbus they are saying bus come on right place I said ok then I said I want to talk bus driver they say me to hold we will arrange conference call i am waiting on they cut my call and cannot call back they are cheating with me and now date is 20june it means 19 days are gone but still they are not helping me my booking id is TN6W60648232

                  I travelled in Sri Krishna Tour and Travels bus on 9th June, 2019 and faced the below severe issues with my travel:
                  1. Bus was supposed to come to Shivamogga Bus stop by 11:20 pm but it came at 12:10 am (midnight)
                  2. None of the bus agents informed me about delay in Bus (there was no GPS tracking facility as well) and hence i ended up waiting for 50 mins for the bus in bus stand that too between 11:20 pm and 12:10 am which is a serious security issue to wait at the bus stand during late night especially if there was a women traveller.
                  3. When I contacted Bus staff, they were not responding properly and were not confirming on what time exactly the bus will arrive
                  4. When I contacted REDBUS customer care support, they were not ready to pay me the refund as I was ready to cancel my trip due to long waiting for the Bus
                  5. I also reported the complaint for Redbus customer service which is of no use !

                  Please note that I booked Krishna bus just because of my trust on REDBUS that REDBUS will provide only good bus services but this is the first time I faced issues like this and also its a serious security issue for a women traveller. Hence I need the below actions that REDBUS must and should take to resolve my complaint:
                  1. Remove the bus - Sri Krishna Travels from REDBUS who failed to provide me the good service as well as they caused lot of delay i.e. it arrived at 12:10 am to Shivamogga bus stop (Scheduled arrival time - 11:20 pm), started 1 hour 10 mins late (scheduled departure - 11:30 pm, actual departed time - 12:40 am) and reached 2 hours late to Bangalore (i.e. reached by 7:30 am) !
                  2. Provide me full refund of Rs.700 for causing lot of inconvenience to me and for wasting my valuable time !
                  3. Take necessary actions like informing the customers if the bus gets delayed from bus staff so that it helps the customers not to waste the time in waiting at midnight !!!

                  Still Redbus did not resolve my issue and their executives sometimes called me and spoke very rude saying that they will take action only if something big happen to the customers (like some misbehavior from locals or any kind of robbery or more than that at midnight) !!!

                    I booked a Hotel in Bangalore for a day's stay through the red bus app. I had an offer at Oyo Orchid Champion.The price was Rs1058 after offer I booked for Rs762.

                    I tried contacting the hotel earlier before check-in. But the contact info kept redirecting and seemed wrong. I had no other option other than to directly check -in. First provide proper contact details to the users.
                    After I reached, the receptionist said he cannot provide me the room, because there was a price difference and that he cannot consider the offer code. Immediately I connected to the customer care, all that the customer care person could do was to cancel my booking and provide a refund. You guys don't understand the seriousness of people travelling and in-spite of booking prior to the stay I faced a huge disappointment by not getting a room for more than Half hour.You guys first check the pricing with the hotels first and then fix offer and codes.Stop providing wrong information to us. I raised a refund request ad again paid directly for the room and checked-in.

                    My frustration hasn't ended there. I still haven't received my refund of rs 762.

                        I've canceled the bus ticket on 8th of this month . Still amount is not yet credited. Customer care is not accepting the ticket details even if the details are correct. Please refund the amount immediately.I don't know when it will get resolved. At least it should be addressed with some date. Thi is not acceptable.

                          I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 21 May 2011(Ticket number (TIN): TN6H73888013 from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad for dated 25 May 2018 that tckt amount was 949/- Rs. and cancelled it on 27 May(reference id is [protected]. )

                          But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                          Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

                          Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

                            The redbus website, when booking tickets asks or passenget details. on entering the information, the user presses next to go to payment details. But what many miss, and inspite of being a frequent user of the website i forget is that i can scroll below the user information and there hidden lies their scam to sell insurance. the option to buy insurance is set to yes by default. This option is given in such a place so as to make most passengers miss seeing this.
                            they collect 15rs for an insurance which is not worth the paper it is printed on.

                            i have complained to the redbus customer care once and they refunded the 15Rs. but the cheating continues. i just finished booking a ticket again and inspite o[censored]sing the website often its difficult to remember to choose no for insurance.
                            Shouldnt "No" be the default option until i choose to buy. why are they not asking for confirmation before adding insurance to my bill amount.
                            My conclusion is redbus is intentionally cheating customers of their hard earned money.
                            I have decided to take my business to other bus aggregators like paytm or even book directly in the service providers website.

                            Redbus cheating customer by taking insurance which they don't oblige. I had booked a ticket for my daughter from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on 28 Jan 23, tkt no TS2R26107200. Had also added the Redbus assurance for Rs 19. The operator cancelled the bus and I was not provided an alternative. The money is refunded even though I wanted a ticket for the next day instead of a refund. As per the insurance money collected, there was no response. On calling Customer care they are backing out saying I had taken insurance from Acko, which must have underwritten the insurance. Demanded a call from their supervisor but no call so far. All such aggregators are taking insurance which may or may not be supported. Imagine collecting 15-30 rupees from thousands o[censored]nsuspecting customer and saying they are not responsible. Appropriate authorities should look into these practices and punish those responsible including the owners who are minting on our behalf. Will update this once it gets resolved. Think twice before taking such insurance.

                                I had booked a ticket from REDBUS that comes under BSRTC(BIHAR) from Bihar Sharif to allahabad. At the time of booking the agent told me that bus will go through allahabad. When I sit on bus the conductor tells me that bus do not go Allahabad, you have to get off to higway which is 40 km away from allahabad. They dropped me at lonely highway around 2 a.m. I go to a near by toll plaza waited till sunshine to go further.

                                  I booked two tickets from khalilabad ( Soni Hotel) to Delhi for the journey on 12th June 2019. The bus was with the name of Panwar Travels. It was supposed to arrive at 5:25pm. I was waiting there since 4:30pm. But no bus with the name of Panwar Travels stopped there. I missed a call from bus operator at 5:26pm. I called back at 5:28pm and came to know that he left away 2 km ahead and he stopped and called me but as I didn't pick the call he moved away.
                                  Now my concern is there was no bus with the name of Panwar Travels that stopped there. And live tracking of the bus was also not available which was promised by the Red Bus.
                                  The bus operator was calling us 2 km away from soni hotel which was not possible immediately as no auto available there immediately.
                                  I called and messaged to customer care of red bus resolution of which came on 16 th June that they contacted with the bus operator which told that we completed journey so refund is not possible.
                                  I messaged again that we did not travelled.
                                  Then next response came that as two other travellers boarded at same stop it means bus stopped there so refund is not responsible.

                                  Now my concern is what is my mistake here and why I can't get refund.
                                  1. No bus stopped with the name of Panwar travels at Soni Hotel.
                                  2. No live tracking was available on the bus which was promised by the Red Bus.
                                  3. And if the bus operator is right, why he did not wait for us even for two minutes when I missed his call?
                                  4. The total amount was 3110 on which I have right to get refund which I can't give as charity because of carelessness of Red bus or bus operator.
                                  5. If my issue is not solved I will file case in consumer court, and I am 100% sure I will get my refund as there is no mistake done by me.

                                    I have booked ticket on date 17/6/19, for Tata to Bokaro at the timing of booking it show 2x2 Pushback and travelling timing 3 hrs.
                                    When i board for bokaro in mention bus number i have seen there is no pushback bus are ordinary bus only they have ac nothing else, also travelling time is more than 4hrs.
                                    Also we are facing bus driver rude behavior.

                                      I booked a three tickets in Sri Annam Travels from Thanjavur to Chennai. And the bus type was (2+1) Non/AC semi sleeper. At the time of 9.58 pm, I recevied a message with Bus No, Live location And Seat No.(Attachment given)

                                      I reached the bus location at 10.05 pm, I saw the Annam Travels bus which was (2+2) Non Ac semi sleeper with the given Bus Number. And Our Name is Not included in that Chart.

                                      We asked them and at the time of 10.25 pm, They will sent a new bus number by message after a long conversation

                                      We moved to the new bus. We searched our booked seats and the seat no: 31, 32, 33.It is placed at the last row of the bus and It is not a push back seat. But actually we booked three seats which is placed before the last row using red bus app. I attached the screen shot of the booked seats arrangement what we booked.

                                      In red bus app, The total number of seat shown is 37. but actually the bus has only 34 seats.

                                      We asked to the driver why seat number was mismatched . He didn't response in proper way and He called the owner. We asked the same to the owner. He was using abusive words and not explain the reason properly.

                                      The argument went nearly one hour. Then the driver started to drive the bus without giving any reason to us. They left us at the same place. Then we found government bus at the time of 12.15 am. we went trichy. From there we came chennai at 10.15 am.

                                      The seats, we booked were wasted
                                      We didn't travel in that bus
                                      The Money was not refunded
                                      Their behavior was very very worst.
                                      Owner and driver changed/relocated the passenger seats with their wishes
                                      Owner used abusive words through call

                                      The passengers those who are booked seats in (2+2) Non AC semi-sleeper didn't sit on that bus. But They sat in the (2+1) Non AC semi sleeper.

                                      Driver and owner relocated passenger seats without the knowledge of booked passenger

                                      Please take a action against them.

                                        I booked ticket in KVR TRAVELLS from gopalapuram to lingampally (Hyderabad) but driver stopped the bus before 3 stops (Miyapur)and asked me to get down saying this is last stop. But I booked ticket till lingampally, I don't what this kind of answer and how redBus is supporting this kind of travels. When asked with bus driver he saying we are informed to drop till this point from owner.

                                        redBus need to take a serious action on this.

                                        My refund amount is not credited in my account has been nearly a month
                                        my ticket numbers are TN[protected] and TN[protected] amount rs 2805 and 747 ticket fares respectively still my before cancelled tickets are also not refunded yet please credit refund amount quickly as soon as possible .
