On june 30, 2019 we used red bus, bus hire service provided transport for outstation travel, the total expense was 6400inr. And when i requested for a gstin included invoice, the red bus agent told "as per red bus policy, they don"t provide gstin include bill for non ac bus transport"

Which is totally not sensible, ticket number is nfqluv6g2, can this concern raised in consumer court. I don't think any private establishments can have such policy for a government established gst rule

It has been more than a week already and i desperately need the money. I booked it from goibibo but they have not registered my trip as cancelled and are not refunding my money. Please refund it.       Return ticket got booked for same day even selecting the correct date carefully, # red bus. Seriously is this the way you do the business, total loss 2588 rupees for wat # use. Best part is customer care which never gets connected, in case if it gets connected agents love to keep call on hold and disconnect the call. When many people are facing issues. Why can’t we do something.

        I booked tickets (From net banking mode) from indore to kota through red bus app on 19 june 2019 for rs1030. The transaction status was shown as failed, however, the amount was deducted from my account. Today is 28june and the deducted amount has not been credited back to my account so far.         Hoping the issue will get immediate attention.

          I have written to redbus.in and goibibo.com several times regarding this issue and goibibo.com is now sending me some ravi shankar's emails all over again to my email address and trying to steal my account and credentials. Please have the goibibo management arrested because they are doing this time and again despite writing to them, to the national consumer forum and more. Is this the true digital india? Stealing others' email accounts?

            bus is late by almost 2 hours

            I've booked a bus ticket from surat to ahmedabad which was supposed to depart by 1:30am but i'm still stuck here at the surat bus stand even at 2:48am which is not at all acceptable. Redbus being a trustworthy service has been a very bad ride for me for this time. No updates about the bus via any kind of mail.
            Gsrtc ac sleeper coming from borivali to surat is my ride.
            Kindly help me with the status. If it's not going to come...

              I had booked ybm travels from kozhikode to pondicherry 2 weeks back through redbus app. But the bus operator (Ybm travels) has cancelled their service on 27/06/19 due to their ongoing strike against government. Till now i haven't received any refund/intimation from your side. Please resolve the matter as i have to book another means and iam running short of money now.

                As per redbus ticket - tn7q[protected]Pnr - pbnl0001972), i booked a ticket (For my mother) on redbus.in from latur (Maharashtra) to hingoli (Maharashtra) on 26th june 2019 at 10:30 am. However, when i reached the latur bus stand the authorities at he bus stand said that the timings for this bus at redbus.in are incorrect and the correct timing of the bus is 9:45 am. Also the officials did not give me a call before bus leaves latur bus stand even though my number was mentioned on the ticket. This is very unprofessional behavior by st officials at latur (Maharashtra). So my mom missed the bus and there were no alternate buses available to hingoli around that time.

                So i request redbus to make sure the bus timings on their websie are accurate.
                Also i request my ticket amount to be refunded by redbus.in because of the inconvinience caused due to the incorrect timings.

                    I had booked a ticket form aurangabad to mumbai on redbus.in for the data 29th may 2019 for rs.840. However, i was not able to travel by the same so i had canceled the booking well in advance. I have contacted the customer service multiple times by all modes of communication but no proper response has been provided yet. As per their request i have shared my bank account statement with them for their verification. Every time i contact the customer service a new person assures me that he will initiate the refund immediately but has not been done till date. I have attached the screenshot of the complaint number and the ticket for the reference. I request you to look into the matter.

                          I have booked a bus from red bus on 25 may 2019. But by mistake I have booked a late night bus. So I canceled that bus and booked another one. Red bus promised me refund within a 7 working days. But it's been 1 month I didn't receive refund. I tried contact their costumer service but it was remained unavailable. So I tried to complain through chat and text by app. But it didn't work. After many attempts I contacted their costumer agent. He told me that redbus already given my refund and it's being delayed from my bank end. He gave me a bank reference number which is invalid. Kindly provide me my full and final booked amount which 807 rs. (Eight hundred seven rupees). Your early action will give me great relief.

                              Dear sir,
                              I hereby submit the following informations to lodge my complaint against the refund of cancelled ticket.
                              Ticket number-tn6f35810650
                              Date of travel-23/05/2019
                              Coimbatore to chennai
                              Ticket amount-rs.736
                              Date of cancellation-22/05/19
                              Refund amount-rs. 409.4
                              Amount is still not credited to my account.
                              Complaint through mobile app of red bus and the redbus request id is 9143325. When i enuqire they told "refund for your ticket cancellation have been discarded by your bankers end. I have called paypal which was my payment system. They told nothing like that happened. Again i called redbus and they told, it's our mistake, we will reinitiate the refund (On 14th june 2019), after 5 days i didn't receive money and again i raised a complaint. After some days they told the same reason and said we have initiated the refund again on 22nd june 2019. I don't trust redbus. Because everytime they are saying the same reason. Please do the needful to get the money back.

                                Dear sir,
                                I hereby submit the following informations to lodge my complaint against the refund of cancelled ticket.
                                Ticket number-tn6f35810650
                                Date of travel-23/05/2019
                                Coimbatore to chennai
                                Ticket amount-rs.736
                                Date of cancellation-22/05/19
                                Refund amount-rs. 409.4
                                Amount is still not credited to my account.
                                Complaint through mobile app of red bus and the redbus request id is 9143325. When i enuqire they told "refund for your ticket cancellation have been discarded by your bankers end. I have called paypal which was my payment system. They told nothing like that happened. Again redbus told, it's our mistake, we will reinitiate the refund (On 14th june 2019), after 5 days i didn't receive money and again i raised a complaint. After some days they told the same reason and said we have initiated the refund again on 22nd june 2019. I don't trust redbus. Because everytime they are saying the same reason. Please do the needful to get the money back.

                                  This is regarding my redbus complaint # 9231817 and 9268808. Red bus web complaint tracker show 'resolution delayed' after 120 hours it showed "resolved" without telling a word. It seems redbus is also a cheat.

                                  I booked tickets for 9 passangers under 2 pnrs but this bus didn't turn up rather the bus operator, bus driver and redbus customer care executive kept giving false assurances regarding arrival of bus and i had to cancel my trip after 2am spending long hours with my family on roadside.

                                  Now instead of compensating for this fraud, i am seeing 'resolution delayed' against my complaints. I didn't expect this from redbus.

                                  Anyways requesting you to resolve the matter urgently

                                  I booked and paid. The bus didn't arrive.
                                  Trip not completed, still no answer, ain't you ashamed redbus?
