I had my bus from delhi to lucknow, even after repeated calls the driver didn't stop 5min for me. I was on the phone with him all the time and he rudely disconnected. I had a job interview the next day. Even the tickets suggests that a couple of minutes delay can be adjusted. I can't get a refund. I hate your services and won't be using again until my issue is resolved.

        Fake app red bus making money by making gemmics.. As i had exam on 30 may 2019, i booked a ticket on 29 may 2019 at 7 pm at red bus.. But on the date of journey 29-05-19 at 12 pm the bus operator just calls and say the bus is not running today and ends up saying just look on your own for an alternative or call red bus.. When i contacted red bus customer care they are too fake like earlier they said to wait for 2 hours but still i didn't got any confirmation till[protected] i don't understand what the people at the red bus are doing can't they just understand that it's there mistake that the bus is not running.. And refund will be made after 15 days. There should be an option like to penalised the red bus for these things
        If i miss the exam today whatever happens the whole responsible is red bus.. I'm exhausted and frustrated..

          I booked my ticket of 29th may 2019, my bus time was 1 am but after waiting for almost two hours, my bus didnt came, and driver didnt pick my call, i called him 16times, then i came to know that bus had gone from bypass road without picking and providing any information, now i want my refund, i am highly disappointed, i waited there for two hours in the mid of the night, i want my refund now that is 389inr as soon as possible, otherwise i will take big step now

              I have booked a4 seat on monday 28th 2019 from sirkali to chennai in reliance travels which timing 23:40 on i was booked one day before of journey monday 27th 2019... When i was arrived in bus someone been steated on my seat that seat number is a4 she said, my seat number also a4 while am asked conducted he is begging to change the seat to her. Shes not adjusting due to this issues there's no problem with her but without checking how could you give booked seat to another one. And she has booked today 8:30 pm... Were why should i use this app and pay online.. Ur very worst service i never seen anywhere like this..

                I have booked for travel from coimbatore to chennai for my family on 23rd may and wanted to re-schedule it to 24th may 2019 and i was rescheduling thro online and payment went twice (Amount of rs.254.69 two times) and reschedule could not happen and customer care (After great difficulty) informed me that there was technical problem and they will get back to me, which was never happened. I could not able to reschedule and my family had to travel on 23rd itself. The amount which has gone from my account has never been repaid to me. Is it the way, redbus is cheating the passengers!!

                  There are three instances wherein my refund money is not credited from redbus. I dont the reason why, but their customer support or call center numbers are not working and there is no response from them as well.
                  This looks something fishy as there is no way to contact them for the update.

                    I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 21 may 2019 (Tin): tn6k60622395 from porbandar to mahuva for dated 22 may 2019 that tckt amount was 504/- rs. And cancelled it on 28 may
                    But but my problem is still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days
                    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please...

                    We tied booking indore to mumbai tickets worth ₹1400 and the page got stuck. Amount was deducted from my sbi bank account. I had applied for refund but it is still not credited in account.
                    Same happened when i tried booking mumbai to indore tickets worth ₹1400. There is no progress in the process since 4 days. Please kindly refund the amount total of ₹2800 as soon as possible.
                    Being a student this amount is great value for me.

                      I had booked a bus from mandarmani to kolkata for 27th may, 2019 in the name of gourab pal through red bus
                      Ticket no: tn6r74980147
                      Pnr no: 64q3yyrv
                      Bus name: snemita pariseba (Shinjini)
                      Boarding time: 11:55 am

                      We were waiting at the concerned bus stop, the bus came, but the conductor did not allow us to board the bus stating that the seats were already full and that was not our bus.

                      We argued with him but the bus left in a hurry leaving us standing behind.
                      Helpless and clueless, we had to wait there till another one n a half hours in the scorching heat, till we found another bus which could give us a lift till kolkata.

                      Later on calling the booking counter, they said our seats were swapped with some other passenger and we had been given a different bus. But this was not informed to us by red bus.

                      This was the most disgusting experience with red bus. We tried calling all the customer care numbers, but none was reachable. The customer care did not care to respond or refund our money.

                          I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 19May 2019Ticket number (TN6H68735403 fom mangaluru to pune on dated 21May 2019 that tckt amount was 2125/- Rs. and cancelled it on 21 May( tracking number is 16262463. ). And refiubd amount is 1626.25.

                          But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation msg you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                          Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

                          Horrible experience!I i was literally thrown out of my travel bus by local don for personal matter with owner and we were left unattended in the middle of nowhere on highways.and bus was already late by 5 hours.it is very horrible to be left without any other option on road.I was threaten and beat by local don

                            May 8th i have booked ksa travels from nellai to chennai for 11 th may but on 10th may i have received the normal message that my booked bus was cancelled.
                            After received the message i called the agent he also confirmed that bus was cancelled.
                            Then i was booked another bus.
                            On 11th i have not received any message from the operator. So i am sure that the bus was not opeated.
                            Still i have not receive my payment so kindly refund my payment.

                              I booked a ticket this morning through your website in a seat for national travels bus.

                              Details are as mentioned below.

                              When i called national travels within 30 minutes to reschedule the ticket, they refused when your website clearly states it is a reschedulable ticket and you are not doing the reschedule, it's like cheating the customer.

                              Hope you can resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                Hello,

                                After very long time i started booking bus tickets from redbus portal... It's my mistake again booking tickets from ur site... Still bus didn't came as per schedule 9.25pm.. Bus operator saying it will come 10.15 to 10.30 pm this has to be informed to the customer as earliest (Stupid services will not bother about passengers)
                                By verifying all the buses departure timings, only i have booked vkavery bus as it will go early departure time at 7.30am (If this is not correct pls don't mention)

                                I don't know why you people are supporting these stupid services and cheeting customers
                                Connecting to connect customer person

                                Tomorrow i need go kakinada atleast around 8.30 am
                                What to do now...
                                If bus not reached at least 8.30 am pls refund my money back..

                                My redbus cancelled ticket no. TN4Y46896199 but till date tikcket amount has not refund to my account my mobile no. is [protected] & mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. requested to take necessary action at an early date to back my refund amount.

                                  I booked a ticket in sethi yatra travels from jaipur to lucknow on 25th may, 2019. I accidentally booked two tickets under same name, no chance of lying later or the seat belonging to some one else. I then tried to cancel it, however the policy said it can be cancelled before 11 am of that date which can't be logically possible as the timing of bus was 9 pm itself. Again while online cancellation, it asked to call the bus operator, which i did. I asked him to cancel it and explained the situation. He not even cancelled my seat but moreover sold it to some other passenger, whicbwas not ethical. If in any case you are not cancelling the ticket how could you sell it to someone else without my permission. Shameless person, bad experience, poor service. It was not expected from redbus, never going to book from here.

While booking the bus redbus shown amenities including tv.in the bus staff denied to switch on tv. Infact played for 5mts and switched off. I would like to claim discount against my ticket coat as it should be credit to. My account.

                                      I had booked bus ticket through redbus platform for travel on 5th may 2019 from rudrapur to delhi. The bus was scheduled to depart at 11.30am from rudrapur and i had reached at 11.20 for the same at communicated location. With only a helpline number shared with bus time, nothing else was informed about bus delay, conductor contact number etc. Upon calling the redbus helpline number more than 20 times, but answered only thrice, all i was told was to contact the bus depot info centre (I already had, with no new info shared there) and wait for 20 min.
                                      I waited for an hour and finally had to leave on my own since i had a flight to catch at 12.30.
                                      I did not travel on the ticket and informed the conductor when he called at 12.40pm that i had left already.
                                      I want a refund for my unused ticket.
