redbus travel incident - pune to chandrapur

Me and my wife were traveling from pune to chandrapur. The bus had a technical fault driver kept repairing the bus at before the ahmednagar for like 3-4 hours and bus was reach the dinner location in the night @1:30 am.

Finally the bus met with accident 15 kms next to jalna. The bus met with accident on highway. The bus skid into 4 feet depth and all passengers received shock injuries...

On 21th april i was trying to book bus ticket from allahabd to kanpur. After paying ticket amount rs 1683/- it was suddenly showing some error. I got a mail as the refund process was done smoothly and the amount will be reflected in my account within 2-5 days. ticket cancellation option

Redbus, please understand buses are the third option for a customer after train or flight to travel. So, keeping that in mind - i could not find tickets in flight or train so opted for bus for very known reason, too many buses. I booked the ticket the evening before my travel date after all my other options were exhausted. I had an emergency meeting on the day of travel so, i wanted to cancel my ticket.

In April 21st, I cancelled the trip come and back 。Delhi and McLeod Ganj and it said needs 7 days business days.

Seriously poor services beyong imagination. No information given or live tracking or anything on the application. Bus got canceled and we get to know about it after we waited and enquired the prtc booth on the bus stand. There was no update on the app. And we are not able to book any other bus also. This made me stuck in this hot weather for 2 more hours. Due to # redbus.
