Hiii,
I have a problem today i booked 3 seats for my family and ticket no.TN6Y20959829 but still not show any booking status, but another side create a new issue my debited was cash and payed 19hundred something for redbus.
So, , please solve my problems and
cancelled my tickets and also cash
back my account as soon as possible.

    I have used redbus app for the first time and booked tickets. But I selected a wrong date and wanted to reschedule it to an another date. So went to the ticket options and selected reschedule option to change the date. I couldn't change the booking even though I tried within 30 mins of booking. It was saying sorry you can't reschedule it. I saw many complaints with this reschedule policies on internet for redbus. I tried to reach help support but no one replied even after 7 hours after opened a resolution ticket. I called the customer service number but no response either. I cancelled the ticket with no option left and they looted Rs. 666/- and on the invoice they showed it as Rs. 516/- for cancellation. It's looting people money and there is no strict action taken on this redbus. Please everyone don't book any tickets from redbus.

      I booked tickets through redBus from Patna to Delhi in AMAR TRAVEL. Then I got the number of coordinatonter to reach boarding point I tried multiple times but they don't receive my call even they cut my phone although I complaint headquarters of AMAR TRAVEL regarding this issue they also aren't give me any details. I tried to call redbus complaint no regarding this issue but I wasn't able to lodge a complaint. So please give me feedback about this matter & take appropriate actions against this.

        I booked my 2 ticket date of 8 the Jun 2019.pune to buldhana.through redbus and receive tiket from national traval. but I'm really unhappy for the below
        service.
        1.Traval time showing 9.30pm but traval start 11.30pm why they start ?
        2 Bus reaches time showing 5.49am but draver said 9.30 am.ehy redbus showing wrong time.
        3 no one answered call from traval office.
        4 office staff and traval driver directly said we are not reach on time please left this traval.can I paid money for this one.
        5 I'm requesting to redbus please refund my money because of you I reach let on my destination.and miss my some work.
        Today I start share all details on social media also raise the legal complaint in consumer court

          I'm book my ticket through redbus and select national travel.why I'm choose this traval because on the booking time they showing traval start time is 9.30pm and reach timing5.49 and I need reach in buldhana 6.00am.but they start traval 11.30.pm multiple time I was requesting to traval driver and the office boy Vishal but they didn't start travaling on time.still we are in ranjangon so how they reach me 5.49am in buldhana.im really unhappy for redbus service so I want refund my all ticket amount due to not follow the travaling time.if it is not happen I will share all details on social media sites and also take legal action.aldo I will not used redbus service also pass massage to everyone redbus provide bad service and bad training agency.

            I had booked a bus from Suart to Lucknow for 12th May via redbus. I was to reach Kanpur for an interview on 14th May and had planned accordingly. They promised to reach the destination within 13th May on the site at the time of my booking. I also received confirmation regarding the same. However on contacting the bus operators that evening they told me I could reach Lucknow only on May 14th. With no time left i had to go back to mumbai and I had to book air travel in order to reach for my interview at Kanpur on time. I registered a complaint with them but even after a month there has been no response. All other redressal sites that they claim to have is also down. I need my refund and compensation for my loss

              I book one ticket on redbus that time i put date 1 day after by mistake(that also because redbus not ask date they always put date which you put previously in past sessions) after booking i realized that bus is one day latter so i ask them to reshedule so they said this bus is not reshedule and non refundable. But they did not mention it in front of bus when i book tickit. And when i call them they told this bus is non refundable.if any bus is non refundable then they have to put it in bold infront of bus. And not giving my money back.

                I booked a ticket from Bangalore to kolhapur on 7 june 2019 on redbus website. I got the e-ticket on my mail with incorrect information. On the ticket the boarding time was mentioned as 10 PM but the actual boarding time was 8:45 PM. Because of this I missed my bus. The ticket is attached below. I want refund because this is a technical issue. I request you to sincerely look into the issue and issue me a full refund.

                      I booked tickets as i pay fee through debit card ..next 1 sec .. notification" booking failed your money will refunded ." ..can you just tell me why tiket not get booked .and i tryed 6-7 contact number but non of then word .you are not trustable . solve my problem .or i will complain at police station ..what is this ? if you can't provide facality to customer for a call . and what should we understand ??? that you just take money and now you have to any way to contact, not from website not from app ..in whatever number i call it just say " this number is not available " i think you should get bend .

                        I have booked my bus from Delhi to Dharbanga in knabi bus& travellers near Anand vihar in RS 2600/- but when I got the bus all Traveller are traveling in 1800rs why this cost variation.the service are too bad ac is not working properly .I can't accept this kind of poor service recommend to all don't book ticket from red bus .. I booked the ticket trusting the policy mentioned in red bus app.. But red bus is saying the policy mentioned in app is generic and not applicable for this ticket.. This is a clear case of cheating and fooling customer. Customer book ticket based on the policy shown in app.. I need help in registering a cheating case against red bus.

                          I have booked bus ticket on redbus to travel from nagpur to nashik on 02.06.2019. My pnr no. Was[protected]. Rs. 1320 /- has been debited from my account and seat no. 2 was allotted to me in rajlaxmi travels
                          But timing was 9.30 pm from nagpur.

                          But at the time of boarding in the bus that the bus operator told me that the same seat is allotted to other person too mr. Jay and he is already seating on the seat. Due to this incident i got shocked.
                          I had shown my ticket to bus operator but he told me that this mistake has been done by redbus and no seat was available. I told him and requested lot that it is very much important for me to reach nashik that day however bus operator was not agreed to allowed me to board on the bus.

                          Ultimately i have to fold my hand before the bus operator and i collapsed in his foot.
                          Thereafter he agreed to allowed me to board on bus and i have to travel near about 50 km on standing... Thereafter he shift me in other bus where i have to travel by seating in the bus...
                          Due to this horrible journey i have to suffer from mental agony and tress and next day i become sick and cant do my job...
                          Due to your defective system and deficiency in service i have to suffer lot... Therefore you are liable to give me compensation...

                              I booked tickets on 03/05/2019 at morning and booking i'd is tn6z24594888. My bus has been cancelled by operator on 03/05/2019 at (Date of journey) if have raised complaint but didn't get any alternative bus or any refund. Even i didn't get any confirmation about bus cancellation till now. Request i'd is 8946451
                              I have tried to talk with customer care twice a time they were not providing any solution on this above subject.
                              So please look in to this matter and refund my ticket charge's to my respective bank account.

                                  I had booked a bus ticket online from bhubaneswar to kolkata for 15.04.2019. The ticket was booked on the same day with pnr no 542mgvzj. The ticket was booked in pradhan departure at 09.45pm with boarding point at vanivihar bus ticket booking counter

                                  I arrived at the boarding point at 9.20pm in a rapido two-wheeler. I made the contact to [protected] as advised and he advised that the bus has started its journey and it would soon reach.

                                  I waited and again he told that the bus is coming. Thereafter, i had made around 20 calls to [protected]/[protected] and it was not answered. Finally, the former picked up the call at around 10.30pm and told that he is at cuttack and busy otherwise. He also informed that the us does not stop at vani vihar and it is the responsility of redbus to give correct information

                                  I had then made a complaint with redbus, they closed and then re-opened it saying it would take sometime. But i find the complaint removed now without any intimation.

                                  I had to visit in a train after rushing to station. The behaviour is callous. I demand refund of rs.634.50paise immediately.

                                  These people always fail the transaction and deducts the money and sends into redbus wallet..always give costumers a sense of frustation as by showing seats and not allowing to book...

                                  these people lack integrity and empathy

                                  will never gonna use this fora for travelling

                                    My three bookings has been cancelled after detection of my money in red bus. Till now i didn't get any refund. It is such a long time.

                                    We acknowledge that when you attempted the transaction, money was deducted from your account but the ticket was not issued, due to a technical error. We have received this amount in our account, but are unable to use it for booking.

                                      Address: bank of Baroda, gram panchayat building taluka- vagra, 392130

                                      On 1st June 2019 I booked two tickets from red bus app, from Delhi to rajpipla (Gujrat) but after booking it shows me your ticket is from erandol (jalgaon, Maharashtra) to rajpipla, total amount deducted is rupees 3830, due to wrong information provided by red bus app, I have to cancel my tickets, and refund amount processed by red bus is rupees 1922, total cheating amount by red buss is rupees 1921, i suggests red bus this is not the way to earn money, otherwise you will collapsed, I also attached screen shots of both booking and cancellation.

                                        I booked tickets on 31/05/2019 and booking I'd is TN6W14299576. My bus has been cancelled by operator on 1/06/2019 (date of journey) if have raised complaint but didn't get any alternative bus or any refund . Even I didn't get any confirmation about bus cancellation till now. Request I'd is 8879417.
                                        I have talk with customer care twice a time they were saying confirmation or status about booking would be sent in 2 hrs but now after 72 hrs I didn't get any confirmation yet.
