Sir, i have booked ticket from babughat kolkata to chelidanga asansol which show start time 9.00pm and arrival11.30. But instead bus started at 9.35 pm and bus driver said he will drop me at destination said by online and said we don't follow online redbus instructions. I have booked six ticket from Agra to Delhi. The reporting time was 4:15 at TDI mall Agra. The bus did not reach till 4:45. We were taken in auto about three kilometres to another destination where we waited for 1 hour more. The bus did not start yet. When we requested the company official, he missed behaved and acted irresponsibly. Asked us to question redBus company, not to them. Now, it is 5:53z the bus has not taken from the pickup point...

I had booked the ticket in redbus from hyderabad to bangalore in royal travels sleeper at 910rs but icancelled the ticket in 24th march 2019. I have made 2 recharge of rs 150 and 110 for my mobile number on 15 april 10:22am& 21 april 12:44pm.
One is 15 april-for this i got a message from redbus saying recharge got successful but it was not reflecting on my mobile account and later again i got a message (Your refund of rs 150 has been processed by redbus. The amount will reflect in your bank account) but it has not yet refunded.

After multiple attempts of contact the operator informed that the bus has been broke down and it will be delayed for 3 more hours.

I was a loyal customer to redbus but have stopped booking from it lately. I booked redbus for 28th dec 2018 but didn't get the service. The operator mis-guided about the bus routine as it had already left before the time i was given for boarding. I waited for almost an hour in-spite of reaching on time given by the operator. I also was in loop with the operator in that time span.
Now, the issue is i called and complaint to redbus...
