I have booked red bus from chandigarh to delhi on 17/05/2019. Redbus travel agency has given mobile no. Of driver which was not reachable. I waited for 1 hour in bus stand at night. When i called redbus travel agency, they were like it’s not possible as such i am telling lie. Highly unethical, unprofessional attitude of red bus and no care for passengers. I called for refundment of my money.

Dear sir/Mam
The persons from red bus called me and asked to get refund by giving them my debit card number.
I denied for debit card number and insisted to take my account number instead and they denied for that and denied for refund if not given debit card number. Reason they gave that they can only transfer to debit card not to account

    Booked ticket from pune to haveri srs travels via redbus on 16th may 8 pm bus mubumbai to sringeri bus number ka42a 5608. Bus got late by 55 min and driver is telling he cannot drop us at haveri, but he will drop us at different location so that he can cover his delayed journey hour to reach sringeri. This is highly unacceptable and rude behaviour. We will not get down from bus until he drops us at designated point

      request for cancellation has been denied

      I booked the below mentioned ticket for wrong dates and i realized after 30 mins and when placed request for cancellation. They said its not possible. When i called the operator they said its possible but only red bus. Red bus is blaming the operator (Orange bus). Its blame game. They are simply looting the money. They can deduct some amount and refund the rest. Still there more than 12 hours for bus to leave but still they didn't agree to...

      Journey from bhopal to ajmer on 12.5.2019 by rsrtc bus-starting time: 20:01 hours
      Non informing the bus stand name or pickup point etc-
      Claiming damage of rs one lakh from your company.
      Name of passenger: p nagarajan, age: 56, mob: no: [protected]

      The above ticket was booked online on 12.5.19 for my journey from bhopal to ajmer and since your company has not informed me the departure point or pickup place etc i could not get the bus as i wandered from isbt bus stand, state bus stand to find out whether this bus of rsrtc is commencing from these two bus stops. But to my surprise i made another attempt to go to — bus stand at 2025 hours (Ie after its scheduled departure) on 12.5.2019 and found that this bus of rsrtc is starting from here and this had already departed. Then i booked another bus and came to ajmer at about 12 noon the next day.

      2. Because of your poor service and non informing me about the bus stop etc, i suffered a lot with mental tension on the night of 12.5.2019. Neither the rsrtc has the courtesy to call in my mobile number about their leaving etc on that day night. As i did not travel in the bus the ticket amount and the compensation of rs one lakh may be refunded to me failing which i will approach the consumer court for claiming the damage. Kindly take this as legal notice to you.

          Shriperumbuudur to coimbatore on 15th may 2019 and reached us late by 3 to 4. Hours the bus came to sriperumbudur got break down and failed to carry us to my destinations they ganapthu travels left us in the road not made any altrertnate arrangements to move us.

          I've cancelled a ticket worth Rs.1420 on 15th march. Did not get refund of Rs 1000 as per their policy, its been 2 months already !!! how much time do thy need to refund my amount 🙄🤔

              I have booked the ticket Mumbai to Bangalore ticket no(TN6C50591971 PNR no 987683) 2seats with my wife and 1yr child. When I reached boarding point Operater show the chart my name is not on the list they leaved me. But I got all details like bus&operater number from redbus now I'm on road with my family I feel sad.Boarding point to my home 60km distance. Discussed with customer care they simply saying take alternate bus blbut suddenly who will give seat I asked more than 10bus haven't available its very worst situation in my life once feel my situation differently you will get same feel.                 k. p. n travels

                Struggled for more than 2 hours at midnight by 12 to 2pm due to bus break down and there was no bus changing also.
                Please consider my approach and do give the better travel experience. Atleast try not give burden to passengers. So kindly take the actions based on my complaint. The service provided by k. P. N travels is very poor. Do check the conditions of bus before taking off....

                I booked tickets from madurai to chennai and chennai to madurai on 22 Apr 2019.t Due to some reason I cancelled my tickets. But till now, my money was not refunded. And they won't give any response...pls refund my money as soon as possible.

                  Cancelled ticket refundable amount not yet received

                  We have booked a ticket on 28.04.2019 to travel from chennai to kodakara on 04.05.2019 in my daughter’s name rexy george under sona travels.
                  But we are unable to travel the bus due to the college postpone the annual leave. And we have cancelled the ticket on 02.05.2019 at 5.11pm
                  And we have received the message from your booking office (Your trip has been cancelled)

                    While the reschedule option is a great feature, redbus have implemented it in a wrong way which will benefit them. Not knowing such a feature existed i went about to cancel a ticket due to change in travel plans. Upon clicking cancel redbus showed a pop option to reschedule the ticket instead of cancelling it. There was no disclaimer message saying once rescheduled one cannot cancel or reschedule the ticket again! This is absolute cheating!
                    Redbus have to clearly highlight this rule when user is rescheduling a ticket.

                      I have booked 3 tickets from betul to bhopal by verma travels for my family the timing for departure is 11:55pm, but the guy at verma travels office says time is 1 am i can't do anything and he misbehaved, my whole family is waiting down for the bus from 11:30 and all the numbers mentioned in the tickets were not responding, no updates for delay, even a person coincidentally pick up my call he told me he will check and call me back, but after that again no one is responding and no call came, this is such an unprofessionalism by a well know company named redbus, service is pathetic and i want some serious action to be taken against redbus and verma travels both because my whole family including my little sister and my mom faced a lot of issues this night.

                      I booked ticket on 09/May/19 from Chennai to Madurai in Redbus. The transaction failed but amount 1199/- was debited from HDFC account. Not received message or mail regarding that failure from redbus. Please help me to get the amount refunded

                          Dear team,
                          I had booked a bus from udaipur to kota scheduled to depart at 5:15 pm.

                          The bus was cancelled and i was not informed at any time. I asked local conductor and then i was informed that bus has been cancelled.

                          I missed my bus and subsequently the train i had booked for my sister from kota and the next bus was dropping me at kota at around 4 am in the morning and my train was at 2:35am.

                          Who shall bear with this loss???

                            Booked 2 tickets.. Amount deducted for 4 tickes.. Tickets are much more expensive than the actual ticket price.

                            Representatives are rude and are not even providing a case id.

                            My ticket prise is blocked in redbus wallet. Want it back asap or i will socialise this as much as i can and going to take this to consumer court.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I, nidhish goswami wish to draw your attention towards refund of rs 2290. I booked a ticket (Ticket no.:- tmbv[protected] from sirsa to delhi on 01.11.2018. The ticket was cancelled on 02.11.2018. I received mail from redbus that refund has been initiated will reflect in account in 2-7 days. But more than 6 months have passed
                              I raised ticket and mail this refund issue to redbus support team. Redbus asked me to contact bank for refund. I contacted bank but didn't get any positive response. As per bank they cannot trace any such transaction.
                              I am tired of contacting bank and redbus but still my issue is not resolved. I usually remain out of station on official works, do not get much time to visit branch for this refund issue. I have attached my documents for your reference.

                              Therefore, i request you to look into this matter and resolve as early possible. I shall be highly obliged to you.

                                I have already reported here that for my failed transaction rs.3407.25 debited from my account from redbus. Rahul tripathi, staff has insisted to provide him my card number details. Why is that so? Even bank staff told me not to share your card number with anyone. But rahul tripathi threatened me to provide the card details if i didn't provide him he won't recredit the amount taken from my account. I've mail him the card details on 6.5.19. But still now i haven't got my money in my account. When i tried to call him, while speaking he cut the call. What kind of act is this i don't know? I felt like it was a day light robbery done by redbus. I want justice for this inhuman act from redbus

                                    Hello, i have booked 2 tickets from tirupur to chidambaram on 25 april 2019 and cancelled the ticket. I got a mail as the refund process was done smoothly and the amount will be reflected in my account within 2-5 days. But refund amount rs.440 still not credited in my account and its been a week still the amount not get credited. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
