I booked a ticket in sethi yatra travels from jaipur to lucknow on 25th may, 2019. I accidentally booked two tickets under same name, no chance of lying later or the seat belonging to some one else. I then tried to cancel it, however the policy said it can be cancelled before 11 am of that date which can't be logically possible as the timing of bus was 9 pm itself. Again while online cancellation, it asked to call the bus operator, which i did. I asked him to cancel it and explained the situation. He not even cancelled my seat but moreover sold it to some other passenger, whicbwas not ethical. If in any case you are not cancelling the ticket how could you sell it to someone else without my permission. Shameless person, bad experience, poor service. It was not expected from redbus, never going to book from here.

    I have booked and travelling right now in the bus. Seat no d3. Coimbattore to hyderabad alhind travels semi sleeper ac. While booking the bus redbus shown amenities including tv.in the bus staff denied to switch on tv. Infact played for 5mts and switched off. I would like to claim discount against my ticket coat as it should be credit to. My account.

      I had booked bus ticket through redbus platform for travel on 5th may 2019 from rudrapur to delhi. The bus was scheduled to depart at 11.30am from rudrapur and i had reached at 11.20 for the same at communicated location. With only a helpline number shared with bus time, nothing else was informed about bus delay, conductor contact number etc. Upon calling the redbus helpline number more than 20 times, but answered only thrice, all i was told was to contact the bus depot info centre (I already had, with no new info shared there) and wait for 20 min.
      I waited for an hour and finally had to leave on my own since i had a flight to catch at 12.30.
      I did not travel on the ticket and informed the conductor when he called at 12.40pm that i had left already.
      I want a refund for my unused ticket.

          I had a bad experience with deep travels while travelling for too many reasons as per below mentioned.
          1. No representative available at ahmedabad, c. T. M. Boarding point of deep travels – while mobile no. Was given on ticket of the same place. But that mobile was switched off. We were standing on highway road for bus, but the bus which was 1.00 hour late. We were just looking for the bus on road up to 1.00 hour and thinking that if bus will come then we can travel otherwise money will be spent for nothing. Because no one was there to respond us.

          2. There were two customer care no. Given like [protected]/03. On one number [protected] i tried to call, once or twice he received the call then he did not pick the my mobile, because of bus was very late. I tried to call him 20-25 times on the same no as well as driver no[protected], but no one was responding.

          3. Time was given 23.05 but bus came at 24.00, i asked them for being late. They were rudely telling me that this was minor late, other buses are late for 2-3 hours, ours being late is nothing.

          4. At the time was getting in bus, another driver was sleeping in our coach, i myself woke him up and got my family in coach.

          5. I came from gomptipur to ctm as per scheduled time to drop my family to get them in to bus. But the bus was very late and i can’t leave my family there on road without bus and office. Because no one was there from deep travel to entertain us.

          6. Due to this, i had to be on leave for night shift duty. And thus i had more loss for money.

          7. They dropped my family at vapi at 7.30 am instead of 6.05 am. Means 1.30 hours late. At the time of dropping at vapi. Conductor did not inform that vapi has gone. Suddenly my wife wake up then she realize that bus has gone ahead of vapi.

          8. You people are charging for 1000/- amount per head, no doubt, i would say bus interior was good but service was very poor. It makes dull deep travels name.

          9. At last i called on [protected], there i was responded properly. But before that i suffered a lot like money and inconvenience.

            I booked a bus via redbus dated 10 may 2019 from new delhi to allahabad. I reached boarding point at arround 9.30 pm even earlier and inwas thier till 11.30 pm.in between i tried calling a lot to red bus or the no of operaror provided over email but didn't succeeded because the no were switched off even the landline no was continuously busy, resulting no contact to operator. Then i tried redbus customer care first of all they played with me providing wrong information again around 9.50pm. Then again i tried calling redbus arround 10.15pm. Even at that time they said they were not able to contact operator and advised me to wait their.
            After 10.45pm i called redbus again, again they waisted my time with no solutions.
            This is not the first time their are 2 more instances where i have been misguided and robbed by redbus.

              I booked my bus tckt by redbuss. Tckt no. Tn6h68735403 from pune to mangaluru. From dated on may 21, 2019. That tckt amount was 2125. And i canceled it on 21 st may at 5.55 am. Tr no. 16252434. My problem is that, still i didint get the refiund around, that is 1625.in my bank account. But i got the canvmcellgion msg. You r mention that the amount will rtrn in 7 working days. Please rtrn my refiund in my account.

                  bus ticket cancellation not allowing

                  I booked two ticket in Redbus from Trivandrum to Bangalore on travel date 23-May-2019 (Magical Express). My scheduled program was cancelled and tried to cancel the ticket online via redbus website as well as app and the ticket is unable to cancel.                   Dear sir / madam,

                  my tickets were booked by my travel agent holiday planner from mumbai to goa on[protected] from red bus under khapeshwar tours & travels which was started from mumbai on time from andheri at 8.30 pm. However the bus operator has changed the route for his benefits which results us to reach goa in the evening 5.00 pm on 17/05/2019. All the passengers travelled by the said bus were lost their 1st day of hotel booking due to negliogency of bus operator. Furtjher the road condition of route was very poor, we all the passengers had travelled having only 1 cup of tea during the whole day the route was such bad that there were no hotels through out. We have complited our journey with 20hrs. Without any lunch or beakfast. With childrens. Further near check post of goa the diesel was also over. Such bed trip we have faced .

                  Hence i request the incharge of red bus through whom my agent has booked my ticket to take necessary action against the bus operator and make necesdsary arrangement to recover & refund us the ticket fare as well as the hotel charges of the first day as early as possible. I attaché my ticket herewith. You can also confirm the condition through random calls to every passenger for your confirmation.

                      I have booked ticket today from madurai to Bangalore at 10.10 pm
                      I received ticket from Redbus with booking and boarding point details with 4 contact numbers
                      When I contacted those numbers all numbers were wrong and they were saying no such travels and they don’t have service to Bangalore
                      I called Redbus customer care after waiting for 5 min on call they told they contacted travels head office and bus will come to boarding point and provided same contact number. When I called them back again I got same reply from there no such travels and service . Which means Not even info given in ticket is wrong when I called customer care they are also giving false information which raised lot of confusion at last minute

YATRA TRAVELS.From Dhakuakhana to guwahati.Dinner time is 12 night and quality of meal is too low which animals may refuse to have.Bus staff are doing commission business with the restaurant owner as because after requesting to stop the bus by the passenger, the didn't stop the bus near a good restaurant.

                        We have gone through a hell by using your service through excellent holidays for our trip id q9cykjtr82 to kanyakumari and trivandrum during 17, 18, 19-5-19.
                        First and foremost the vehicle what has been confirmed through redbus (Vehicle number :tn 59 am 4654) was not come. There was actually a vehicle which is out of fc condition (Info from driver) come first. The moment we have boarded to the vehicle (On 17-5-19 at 7am) i have informed them that there was so much of noise from engine along with some screeching noise while we using it next 2-3 kms. I have called the excellent holidays person at his num [protected] and raised complaint. He said, he doesn’t have any other vehicle to give. If i am right, this vehicle is not belong to excellent holidays and it was organized from outside travel agents. We are forced to use the same vehicle; after we reached 6-7kms we could not tolerate the vehicle noise and full stuffiness inside the cabin due to improper ac blow. We have afraid about our life (Remember we are 9adults, 2 children and 4kids).
                        So, again i have called the same guy and informed him that please drop us immediately. He said he will organise the other vehicle which is new. But after 10kms he replaced us with a vehicle which is again is not in fc condition. We have paid rs.5000 to driver to fill fuel. We are forced to use it without any choice and we have managed to reach kanyakumari after 6.30hrs from madurai.
                        Please do not ask about the driver quality for which i have to write a one page complaint. He is not a human at all with rude and rough attitude.
                        On 18-5-19, we are prepared to go to a place at 5.30am after exactly 1km the vehicle was broke down (Driver said the gear was not moving). We have called him at 8am again to pick us. He said the vehicle is in workshop and not in useable condition. He asked me to talk to them. When i spoke to the excellent holiday person at the mentioned number, he said he will revert and will organise other vehicle from madurai. After we reached our hotel at 10am we have spoke to him he updated us that a mechanic from madurai is planning to come to repair the vehicle (Note it will take 5-6hrs to reach kanyakumari). I have refused to him. Aagain, after so many struggles he started shouting me and finally he said, he can only organise the vehicle to pick us from kanyakumari and drop us at trivandrum. We have to pay the actual cost to that vehicle, which again i told him that i strictly told him that will make the full payment only after i reach madurai. He suddenly raised his voice and said go and complain to redbus., i won’t give other vehicle and suddenly disconnected the line.
                        Finally we managed to find a alternative and paid extensive cost to reach our destination. We have lost our money, time and peace which is only a matter during a tour.
                        I have given complete information. This kind of travel agents should not be listed in redbus to get cheated your customers money.
                        Till now i have paid rs.2028+ rs.5000.in total rs.7028. So kindly get me a refund for the money i have paid.

                          Worst app seen in my life the payment gatways was failed then also they deducted from my acount at that time duration i feel that the tickets hasn't booked so i used my paytm for ever app and made my booking successfully and still they haven't made my refund fraud redbus fraud redbus the useless app ever seen before my mo. [protected] contact me for any kind of questions!!??? Fraud redbus. And the same bus was available in paytm 200rs less than redbus rate. Plz friends only use paytm they r fraud

                          I booked ticket from pondicherry to chennai on 17/05/2019. Due to unavailable situation I couldn't travel.so I cancelled the ticket. But red bus refused to give refund amount for rescheduled ticket. Ticket no TN6A50284868 amount rs 1000.they can transfer refund to red bus wallet itself. please take necessary action.

                            I wanted to take legal action against bus management of bus no. Up17at4755. There was lot of issues i suffer during traveling into this bus on 12th may, 2019 as per below:-
                            1. My boarding point was mahayamaya flyover which is nearest to my home (5km) but but 2 hours before journey time bus conductor called me and informed me about new boarding point and told me not possible to pick from mahamaya boarding point. New boarding point was too far from my home approx 15-20km. I have to pay extra money to auto fare to reach the new destination.

                            2. My reserved seat no. Was u7 but when i reached in bus some other travellers are seated on my seat and when i informed to bus manager then he told me to have seated in 1 which waa parally to that seat in upper side.

                            3. I was not able to sleep whole night due to lot of noise and disturbance from defected ac inside my sleeper seat. I was tired while day and awaken whole night due to distroid ac. Due to this i suffered with my health problem that day. And unable to goto office that day. It hampered my works and financial loss.

                            4. When i complained to bus manager about ac noise and disturbance then he didn’t responded correctly and misbehaved with me.

                            5. Dropping and destination poind was transport nagar but bus has dropped all travelers on the awadh chauhara nirahriya chauk again wahich waa too far away from my destination office so i nwwd to pay again extra fare to auto to reach my home in lucknow.

                            I will take legal action against redbus and bus manager for this concern. I am very disappointed, depressed and frustrated.

                                I had booked my ticket on 19th april 2019 from redbus.

                                My amount rs 1734 was debited twice and as per today (19th may) i haven't received that amount yet.

                                Please can you do the neatful of reimbursing my money. I tried contacting redbus through their app but they didn't gave any reply.

                                  Hi team,

                                  Today i tried to book bus from erode to bangalore (Journey date. 20th may -10.45 tnstc bus) in red bus (Techredbus). I paid through net banking but money got deducted without the successful completion of ticket booking. I didn't get any confirmations for tickets booking.
                                  So kindly please refund rs. 324 money back to my source account - hdfc bank.

                                  I booked two tickets from kullu to delhi for volvo. No details were provided by redbus like the bus number. I called bus operator and was finally given the bus number. The bus that was provided was not volvo at all. No amenities were provided like a blanket, etc. The bus was in a very bad condition, we were supposed to arrive at our destination at 6:30 am but reached at 12:00 pm.

                                  I filled a complaint to redbus but i had to attend the office the next day, i traveled on that bus. So i requested a 50% refund which they are refusing because i traveled on that bus.

                                  I paid for volvo and even paid a premium on that service but instead, i was provided a cheap bus. They promised me something and gave me something else that was way worse than what i paid for then refused to take responsibility.

                                  On 17/5/2019 i had a conversation with customer care executive mr. Shekhar and he was was not able to provide me any satisfactory answer.
                                  I am expecting a call back from a responsible person in redbus else i will move it to consumer court.

                                  Some facts:
                                  Everybody who booked that bus filled a complaint and is a witness.
                                  The bus belonged to golden tourism while we booked city land bus (Proof of different bus)
                                  Bus number was never provided by any way of communication by red bus (I had to call bus operator at the last movement to confirm my bus number)
                                  The ride was very uncomfortable. I had to miss the next day at the office and had to suffer mental agony because of red bus customer care.
