I had a bad experience with deep travels while travelling for too many reasons as per below mentioned.
1. No representative available at ahmedabad, c. T. M. Boarding point of deep travels – while mobile no. Was given on ticket of the same place. But that mobile was switched off. We were standing on highway road for bus, but the bus which was 1.00 hour late. We were just looking for the bus on road up to 1.00 hour and thinking that if bus will come then we can travel otherwise money will be spent for nothing. Because no one was there to respond us.
2. There were two customer care no. Given like [protected]/03. On one number [protected] i tried to call, once or twice he received the call then he did not pick the my mobile, because of bus was very late. I tried to call him 20-25 times on the same no as well as driver no[protected], but no one was responding.
3. Time was given 23.05 but bus came at 24.00, i asked them for being late. They were rudely telling me that this was minor late, other buses are late for 2-3 hours, ours being late is nothing.
4. At the time was getting in bus, another driver was sleeping in our coach, i myself woke him up and got my family in coach.
5. I came from gomptipur to ctm as per scheduled time to drop my family to get them in to bus. But the bus was very late and i can’t leave my family there on road without bus and office. Because no one was there from deep travel to entertain us.
6. Due to this, i had to be on leave for night shift duty. And thus i had more loss for money.
7. They dropped my family at vapi at 7.30 am instead of 6.05 am. Means 1.30 hours late. At the time of dropping at vapi. Conductor did not inform that vapi has gone. Suddenly my wife wake up then she realize that bus has gone ahead of vapi.
8. You people are charging for 1000/- amount per head, no doubt, i would say bus interior was good but service was very poor. It makes dull deep travels name.
9. At last i called on [protected], there i was responded properly. But before that i suffered a lot like money and inconvenience.
