I nitesh kumar bokked a ticket red bus online for mori gate ro azamgarh .agency name Ag bus service .my ticket no tpcc39038490 travel date 15 nov 2020 .bus no Up 50 Ct 7575.
This bus is very late drop the distination and wrong route going the bus.
This bus is bad condirion.no any facitity.
My online fare is high Rs1800 and window fare is 1100.
Please actin this agency.

    I have booked one ticket from kota to ahmedabad on 14 nov for journey date 17 nov 2020 but due to some system error it was booked on 15 nov 2020.

    Now i cant travel on 15 so request you Please refund my amount .

      Hi,

      I have booked jay ganesh travel tikit online through red bus I.e. 5th Nov 2020 but bad luck that bus was cancelled. So I have raised mail to red bus support team but they didn't reply on that. Also I am trying to reach customer care but no luck.
      Now today 11 days completed for this process but didn't get reply on the mail and also not get refund amount yet.

      My tikit number is TPBZ99883981

      Could you please help me on this?

        Dear sir/Madam

        I am Sankaranarayanan,
        On 12- Nov-2020 self planning to go to Mayiladuthurai from Kelambakkam for Diwali. Ticket was booked one month ago thru Redbus. Travels name is MSH travels

        On 12- Nov-2020 I was waiting in the boarding point Kamaraj statue, Kelambakkam. MSH vehicle not stopped in boarding point and left. Nearly 50 times I called before starting the journey, they didnt attend. Message also sent to them but no response.Atttached the proof.

        I felt sad, very worst behaviour from MSH travels.

        So i booked separate car to reach Mayiladuthurai.I require compensation cost of RS 8000/- for this unwanted stress (Including car booking charges).Please provide it .

          I m Naveen sharma I m highly suffer due to Redbus booking apps its totally fraud for us, I have booked two ticket of 2k Aurangabad to Bhopal traveling time is 9:15PM to 12:04PM
          But bus driver stop anywhere.. very poor service and don't precautions for Corona all bus staff without mask no sanitized of bus ..social distancing not available .. only available rush taking without booking passengers in the Bus.. please don't use this app... I want to refund my money otherwise I will file a case in consumer court because I have collect many videos and audios with photographs.. due to this poor and ghatiya apps I have missed my Train which is cost by 6thousand.. who will pay for this? Redbus fake application

            Hello Sir/Mam,

            I have raised a complaint in the customer support number of redbus regarding the inconvenience i had faced in their bus service on 23rd Sept 20 but till date i.e. 13th Nov i have not got the solution. I have called them 4 times regarding update but every time they only keep telling me to wait for 24 hours they will check and update.

            Case: I had booked a bus ticket for journey from Jaunpur to Lucknow, journey date: 23rd Sept 20, ticket No: TPAM16425248. But bus didn't came at the given time at my boarding point even after waiting for another 2 hours. I had to purchase another tickets locally and board another bus.

            On 25th Sept i had raised my complaint in Redbus customer service number (Complaint No:[protected] regarding refund on behalf of above case but even after my several followups and a waiting period of almost 45 days, Red bus team could not solve this complaint and didn't provide me refund. I consider this as a cheat with the customers and appeal with the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and help me get my refund and also take necessary action against the company so they should stop cheating and making fake commitments to other customer.

                      Request to refund for non arrival at my destination

                      I have booked a ticket for Delhi to Jammu on 4 Nov. 2020 through redbus online service. In resultant KST bus service registration number up15dt9895 was booked. Bus was stopped for corona checkup on J&k border, after that bus driver along with bus was flew from venue.
                      From there I have to arrange a taxi for reaching my destination. I have suffered loss from financially and mentally. Pls compassionate the loss.

                          I reached the boarding point Chaulkhola bus stand at 1 PM, Bus (Chowdhury Travels WB 19j4026) from Digha to Kolkata boarding time was 1.30 PM however bus delayed by 45 min. When the bus reached at the boarding point they didn't stop the bus and when I call the conductor he abused me and didn't stop the bus after calling also. Me and my family suffered alot at that time. I don't want refund but I want a strict lesson for them.

                            Booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on Ticket number (TIN): TPBB13977055from MADHYAMGRAM To SILIGURI For dated 20 OCTOBER 2020 that tckt amount was 12700/- Rs. and cancelled it on 16 th October

                            But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                            Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

                              Hi,

                              on March 23rd i booked bus from chennai to tirupur(before lockdown day). on 23rd Evening i got message that my bus got cancelled due to lockdown. i didnt receive refund amount. i contacted redbus customer care reg refund they responded like my bus ran on that day. bus operator also asking me to come from redbus customer care. Not sure who is telling lie. this is really worst.

                                    I have tried to Book Kolkata to Balurghat Bus in New Dolphin Travels on 2/10/2020 amounting Rs.1685/- at 12.42 pm.

                                    Ticket was booking through Phonepay. Rs1685/- has been deducted from my account, but ticket not booked.

                                    I have lodged complaint many times. But everytime i have got assurance from your executives that i will get refund with 5-7 Bank Working days which is now seems FALSE PROMISES for Last 22 Days. Case ID No.14456811.Ms Poornima called me and promised me to give refund within 24 hrs...but All are FRAUDs including Executives...No Promises keeps by Redbus employees.

                                    They are harassing me for last 25 days by different means. I need Justice.

                                    Till now, i have not got any refund.
