[Resolved]  Redbus — had cancelled ticket but have not got refund.

I had booked ticket goa to mumbai for 28/10/2017 for 3 pax with ticket no. Tk[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. And i cancelled the ticket due to some reason. When i was cancelling ticket, i select option wallet for taking refund in wallet. They are saying in 48 hours you will be get refund in your wallet. So after 3 days i complaint for not getting refund. They are saying another 2 days will be take to solve your complaint. Today is week, but have not got any refund. Such a worst management of redbus.
As soon as possible please give me refund otherwise i have to take legal steps against you. Amount is not big but your manangement should be improve thats the reason i will never book any ticket in your website.

I had complaint about refund with complaint no.1814872. I am waiting of your reply from 5 to6 days. I called every morning. Because your team is saying on call that this evening your complaint will be solved. But today its 6th day, have not got any refund by you. Fake promise. Worst service. Yesterday also i called but got only one answer "this evening will be get refun d our team is working". Great. Your team is working but nothing can do.

Guyz.. Plss plss dont book any ticket from this site. It is better that go to nearest traveller office and book. Cuz they will give you proper answer.

Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to take any legal steps. Refundable amount is not big but your service is matter how you provide services and promise to your customer.
