[Resolved] Redbus — Without informing ticket cancelled

Dear sir, i booked ticket for rajkot to jamnagar 8 tickets on redbus giving me a attractive offer. Offer is that on new mobile num registered 100 rs wallet balance and redbus monsoon offer upto 120 off rbjul120 both offer used by me for 8 tickets for rich ahmedabad to pick up my flight but redbus cancelled without informing me to this tickets and also redbus not giving me a full refund... My ticket booking fare is 456 and i used offer so is final prise that 236 for each ticket... Redbus give me a refund 187 only for one ticket and redbus give only for 5 tickets now i complaint 10 times but not resolved please help me to resolved this problem... I have also this date to air ticket prove that these 8 ticket is my tickets not others. My ticket num mension below that 7 ticket cancle by redbus
