Sameena Begum — Passport transaction failed and not received yet

Hi team,

This is to notify you that i have applied for renewal passport and paid INR 1500/- for the same through online payment but somehow the transaction got failed and the amount has been deducted from my account and its been more than 7 days the amount is not credited in my account .

I tried to reach through customer care / toll free number and email id but no one responded on that mail .

The following are the Necessary details :-

Name of the applicant : Sameena begam

Application refference no : 17-[protected]

Passport service type: reissue

Payment amount: 1500

Transaction date:[protected]

Transaction id: S4530935

Please look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible .
