Purchased a samsung refrigerator model number: rt34t4542s8/hl/2020 on 17th may 2020. Price:rs.31, 000. From rajan & co nagercoil.
Just 3 months used now white powder coming from rear panel.
Complaint raised with seller and nagercoil samsung service centre, from there engineer came and inspected, took photos and sent the complete details to samsung service head and customer support also
More than one week, no proper response...

I bought a galaxy m30s on 13th oct'19 from amazon. The phone stopped working on 17th aug 2020 and would not move beyond the samsung logo screen. I had ordered mobile phone samsung galaxy s10 lite on 31st july, 2020 on samsung india website using my corporate email id with order id as [protected]. It was a prepaid order.

There has been no progress on the shipment and it is still in approved status not even packaged

I written several email and called customer support regarding an update on delivery but no one responded...

I would like to say that i have purchased a new samsung washing machine. But till now no technician has arrived. Now let's come to the point. The problem is that this washing machine model is different from the others. This requires a rat pad to be installed. If not installed then insects, rats, cockroaches, etc may enter inside the system and damage the wires. And the so called rat pad was not installed in the washing machine at the time...

Once i had been there they asked me to pay completely we will give immediately.
