I ordered samsung 236L FROST FREE DOUBLE DOOR 2 STAR CONVERTIBLE FRIDGE from flipkart. the fridge got delivered with patch on upper door which went unnoticed as it was packed with plastic and demo person just switched it on and went. we asked for door replacement atleast. they needed proof. the samsung engineer came and got 5 times more scratches on the door and just went and said we will call you later whether we will replace it or not. if you didnt want to replace why the ### SAMSUNG ENGINEER MADE MORE SCRATCHES ??? IS THIS A JOKE ?? COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG FRAUD COMPANY WE NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DOOR. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR YOUR ENGINEERS MISTAKE.

    My phone was submitted to the service center by end of September and I had got a call from the service center that the device was repaired for the physical damage the front screen the hinge and the inner screen was damaged they told me that the parts have been replaced and the phone is ready to be picked I visited the service center on 03/10/3023 I found the front display was not fixed correctly and the glue was all over the side of the screen edges I didn't accept the phone and was escaped to the call center with the reference no: [protected] they told me the phone will be properly repaired and given back I had clearly asked if they were unable to repair it properly then I should be provided with a replacement but again I had got a call on 05/10/2023 that tge phone is ready to be picked I visited the service center on 09/05/2023 I did find deep scarthws on the frame as they had tried to remove the glue without replacing the front screen I did report the issue but was given the answer that they can't do better than what they had done and they can't help so I had repoterd tge same issue with the call center and theyvhad promised the area service manager will get in touch but no one called nor any response from the service center and again I had called the call center today 11/10/2023 again was promised that the area service manager will get in touch but no one reached out my question is if there is such a low end customer service what is the use of spending lakhs on your phone and care plans there is Chinese companies giving better customer service than samsung the worst decision is to buy any of your products if I don't get a proper resolution or any response I'll sure take it legally I'm tired of reaching out to samsung call center guys try to learn something from your compitetors how to help your customer who had made the worst decision of buying your products. I'm demanding a resolution asap.

      I had purchased Samsung Z Fold 4 on 4th Oct. 2022 and took Insurance as well for 1 year, exact after 11 months and 18 days phone went blank without any damage or accident, I took it to Samsung Service Center (Sion, Mumbai) on 22nd Sep. 2022 and they took the mobile and said withing a week it will be repaired, Its been 21 days and they are just giving excuse over excuse, no concrete answer from them that when I will get back my phone, After paying more than 1.5 Lacs I didn't expected such a bad product and service from well known brand like Samsung, Now phone is out of warranty what If I take it from them and next day again I face the same issue would Samsung take the responsibility, As a consumer I am helpless. Plz suggest and help to get the satisfactory resolution. My job sheet no. Is [protected].

        My machine facing complaints 3 days before and i maid a complaint. One technician come and check the machine and said rats damaged the wires because the rat net was not properly installed. It will cost ₹ 8000/- for the repair and it doesn't cover Warrenty. Rats enter the machine because the one who come for installation doesn't fix the rat net property. And now the one who come for installation said that he too cant fix this net properly because this machine have this problem and told me to purchase net from out side and cover machine. Rats enter machine because of installation problems and customer is responsible for this, what the hell is going on. Im going to consumer court for this

              Samsung M31 Motherboard issue

              Hi Team,
              I bought Samsung M31 in August 2020, till 4th oct 2023 it was working fine. on 5th oct 2023 software upgradation has happened from that time onwards my phone was started trouble, I visited Samsung service center, they diagnosis and told motherboard issue, that need to be replaced which costs around 7K, software causing the motherboard issue, please replace motherboard with free of cost....

                I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in october 2020, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centre Haldwani) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced.
                Please, have a look at the problem the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount

                  To Customer Support,

                  In March 2023 I purchased a phone Samsung S20 5e Gg. Just in 6 months of purchasing this phone is bended in curve which is extremely shocking manufacturing defect from Samsung. I gave my phone to Samsung service center and they said it's not covered under warranty and they will charge 9-10k

                  This is Extremely Dissatisfied awful shocking experience, Samsung is proving they will loose Customer market soon after providing fake manufacturer defective products to Customer and looting money. Samsung is becoming victimizing brand.

                  I want justice and cannot bear for Samsung manufacturing defects, I want complete replacement of the product as it is still under warranty period or my complete money back otherwise necessary actions will be taken and I will move to take legal action and I will move to Consumer Court.

                  Point to be noted- phone is completely neat without any bruise or scratch, no physical damage at all which proves it is manufacturing defect.

                    I have taken Samsung S23 mobile and paying EMI on monthly basis amount of Rs.3407. For the 3rd October 2023 EMI I have paid in the morning but again the amount got debited for the same EMI so twice EMI got debited. I thought 2nd payment will refund back but I don't see any response and I tried to reach out to the customer care but no use. Could you please check and provide me the 2nd time debited amount.                         I have recently updated(July update)the Samsung m52 mobile. I don't have any issues till then once the update has done a green horizontal line has appeared on screen. I searched Google for any solution I saw Samsung community forum suggestions there like restart or reset mobile, but none were helpfull after scrolling in the page I saw there's will be another update it will be gone. After days I got another line and days pass on I got many lines on screen. There's in forum I saw there is a same issue with Samsung note series and they are replacing it for free as many users reported the issue if if the warrenty has expired as it is software issue. I can see many users reporting the same issue after update they have got the same problem. So if Samsung is replacing note series screen for free then it should be done for series aswell. I visited service center they have confirmed there's no physical damage and it's due to software issue. So kindly replace the my mobile screen for free as there's no mistake from my side.                           Green line started to appear on my screen all of sudden after August 2023 software update. I went through Samsung members community and have seen too many s20 plus mobile users faced the same issue and it seems the lines are getting worse day by day. Most of those devices were just out of warranty period. Samsung though well aware of the fact that the issue was due to faulty software/hardware on S20 plus mobiles from their side haven't acknowledged publicly but instructed their service centers to replace faulty hardware for free only if their own set of rules are met though out of warranty. I submitted my mobile this week at a Samsung service center and they inspected my mobile and notified me that my device had couple of scratches/micro level dents on the frame and Samsung didn't approve for replacement of their faulty hardware on my mobile phone. The scratch/micro dent on the frame are entirely unrelated to green line on the screen and it is very unfair that Samsung didn't publicly acknowledged their mistake and making almost everyone like me to pay for the mistake they have done. I have appealed multiple times to the samsung customer care service asking them to escalate it to their higher level authorities and all those came up with same reason citing the scratches that I have to pay more than INR 18000 for the defect they have introduced without any negotiation which is unfair. A flagship priced mobile phone bought for INR 50000 and above if doesn't even last for more than 2.5 years due to the fault introduced by the Manufacturer and the Manufacturer doesn't even hold the responsibility though aware of their mistake, then it is the matter to be brought before justice to make them treat their customers fair enough.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra worth Rs.1.16 Lakh from Croma Retail, DLF Mall of India, Sector-18 Noida on 13th Aug 2023.

                            My ordeal began on the purchase of 2nd day of the purchase and then on regular basis and again more with the installation of OneUI 6.0 Beta Version 2 on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. I started encountering multiple issues, including USB cable detection problems, application sorting errors, non-functional AR Zone and Quick Measure apps, font installation failures, issues with Navi Star of Good Lock, malfunctioning Android Auto, slow charging, deteriorated camera quality, and backup and restore failures, among others. These issues have severely impacted my daily life and professional work, causing undue frustration and inconvenience.

                            Furthermore, my visit to the Samsung Service Center as well as abovesaid Croma Retail store yielded no positive results. The engineers were unable to resolve the issue, and their inability to provide a job sheet without device submission led to unnecessary delays in seeking resolution. The device has a severe hardware issue related to the USB port, which was identified during my visit to the service center. However, they have chosen to downgrade my device to the last stable version and have not acknowledged the need for a replacement because even after getting the device downgraded to stable version, the issues were still present.

                            It was not my fault that the service centres were not providing me with any kind of job sheet without submitting my device, and they already and intentionally utilized the 14-day return and replacement duration so that I would not be able to get my device replaced well within time. They always insisted on having the software re-installed, and for that, they didn't provide me with any job sheets. This issue was not at all fixed by the software updates; instead, the hardware of the USB port got worse day by day.

                            I want to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the poor product quality and unsatisfactory service experience I have encountered with Samsung, a brand I have been loyal to for many years.

                            I have been a dedicated Samsung customer for a significant period, having purchased and used multiple Samsung devices including Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note9, Galaxy Tab S6, Galaxy S21 Ultra, and most recently, the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, along with the subpar service I have received, has compelled me to reconsider my loyalty to the Samsung brand.

                            My initial attempts to seek resolution were met with unresponsiveness from the Samsung support team. Despite my repeated emails, the response was not only delayed but also lacking in meaningful solutions. This has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with the level of customer support provided by Samsung, a brand I had come to trust.

                            This continuous delay in providing a satisfactory resolution, combined with the inconvenience I have faced due to a faulty device, has pushed me to consider switching to another Brand now.

                            I must emphasize that I do not take this decision lightly. As a loyal customer of Samsung for many years, I expected better quality control, product support, and prompt issue resolution. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.

                            I urge Samsung to take immediate action to address my concerns. I request a satisfactory resolution to the issues with my Galaxy S23 Ultra within the next two days. Failure to do so will compel me to explore legal avenues, including filing a formal complaint with the consumer court.

                            I implore Samsung to treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. My loyalty as a customer is hanging in the balance, and I hope that Samsung can rectify this situation and restore my faith in the brand.

                              Phone is not been repaired under warranty

                              I purchased Samsung Phone and the phone display got damaged due to material failure. Company is not repairing my phone under warrantee. It is only eight month old phone and is under warrantee. Complain is just to get my phone repaired under warrantee. My phone detail is as below.

                                After escalating my complaint to service head and speaking with customer experience manager, I wrote to SAMSUNG India CEO through the interface provided by the Company on 1st September 2023 and 13th September 2023. Though I received acknowledgment for my messages to the CEO, no responsible senior functionary contacted me for resolving my complaint, which was first made on 11th August 2023.
                                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I am owning double door refrigerator. My refrigerator was not cooling. I contacted to customer service and they send engineer who charged rs 2850 on 21/08/23. After fews days again it is not cooling and having same issue. Than i contacted to local samsung customer care with name bright enterprise jagdalpur c.g.. he promised 4 days before that his engineer will visit and solve my problem as it is getting problem in 15 days. Now he is not picking and sending his people.
                                  Company is claiming alot about service but poor service...never go with Samsung..don't buy anything.

                                  No resolution have done now they are saying another issue on it..not satisfied anymore. If these are the problem why did they not checked or corrected in previous repairing time

                                  No rissue esolved, after complaint one engineer visit and quote new problem. Taken 1000 rs for part on 16 September, afterwards no one came, poor service poor follow up, poor customer care. A big guilt as purchase samsung product.more than a month gone, but no satisfaction at all.
