Samsung not accepting the return of the microwave I bought online from their Samsung store. Their return policy is a joke. Every department is transferring me to each other. No one is wiling to help.

    I was interested in this LS27CM500 27 Inch Smart monitor.
    I had a few pre-sales queries which the expert(?) on chat could not answer. They asked me to schedule a demo by Samsung by visiting a particular website.
    This was a good practice, an online meeting where they give a demo.
    I scheduled it for 27-Oct 4 PM.
    I got meeting invite and OTP.
    I logged in at 4 PM and there was no one. I waited for 5 mins, again logged off and logged in but no one turned up.
    I waited for another 25 minutes but no one came up to give a demo. No one even called.

    See the screenshot. It's 4:21 and no one is there in the meeting.
    It's prudent on my part to refrain from buying Samsung monitors

      Subject: Urgent Resolution Required for Delayed Refund - Order ID: [protected]

      Dear Samsung Customer Care,

      I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues I have faced with my recent order of the Samsung S23 FE, which was placed on October 7. My order was accompanied by an instant exchange application as I was looking forward to a seamless transaction process. Unfortunately, what should have been a smooth experience turned into a nightmare due to a series of errors and delays that were entirely beyond my control.

      On October 20, I received the delivery of the Samsung S23 FE. However, I was shocked to discover that the exchange status for my old phone was still pending. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I contacted Cashify, the exchange partner of Samsung, who confirmed that the problem was caused by a delivery boy's phone application error. Subsequently, the delivery boy returned the product to Samsung, and it has been four days since then. To my dismay, I have yet to see any initiative or communication from your end regarding the refund.

      What concerns me even more is the fact that I recently checked the status, and it now reflects a "cancellation" status. This has left me extremely worried, as I have come across online comments suggesting that Samsung's refund process can be painstakingly slow. I trust Samsung to uphold its reputation for quality service and ensure a prompt resolution for its customers.Till now The refund is not processed.

      I attempted to contact your customer care team, but I have been met with only vague assurances, such as, "the issue is raised on a high-priority basis, and you will receive an update within 24 hours." While I appreciate the promise of a prompt response, actions speak louder than words. I am yet to witness any proactive steps taken by Samsung to rectify this situation.Till now The refund is not processed.

      I kindly request that Samsung prioritizes my case and expedites the refund process without further delay. I believe it is only fair and reasonable that I am reimbursed promptly for an order that I have not received and for an exchange that was erroneously processed due to a mistake on your end. I had expected more from a reputable company like Samsung and hope that you will take this matter seriously.Till now The refund is not processed.

      I am eager to see a swift resolution to this issue and regain my faith in Samsung's commitment to customer satisfaction. Please contact me at [protected]@raghuenggcollege.in or [protected] to provide an update on the status of my refund. I eagerly await your response and a resolution to this matter.Till now The refund is not processed.All the proofs and related doctuments are produced below.

          This is to notify that i purchased a samsung AC 2 Tons from Samsung Store in Croma, Gurgaon during there festive sale going on in Dusshera. i was committed for a cash back of Rs.8000 if i will use my icici credit card. after purchase even after 28 days no cashback was received so i spoke my bank. they told me that this cashback never came. i spoke to samsung in chroma store and they gave me the number of Mr Saurav Katyal of Gurgaon. when i spoke to Mr Saurav Katyal, he upfront told me that i have to give him half of the amount of this cashback which is Rs.4000 and then only he will authorised and recommend my cashback. its a clear case of bribe that he is asking for. is this the way samsung in india work that all of there managers are asking for bribe and exploit the end users?

            Scam. Defective fridge. Complained many times. Engineer visited made more scratches.

            Filed many complaints
            Engineer visited. Made more scratches 10 times more than the original
            Assured to get the door exchange
            Service was under process
            Now they are saying parts are ordered again. They are just playing games ..delaying the process. Scam
            Samsung is a great scammer. Sending engineer for what God knows...making more scratches. Taking photos and going . Done...

            I am a 66 year old heart patient who is suffering from heart disease Atrial Fibrillation and was also admitted in hospital due to it. For this purpose I purchased Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 smart watch which was said to have the features of Atrial Fibrillation alert system and emergency ECG recording feature on all tech media and also Samsung India website. Samsung India had described this features on its website without mentioning clearly that this feature is not available in India. But the delivered product is not having these features. I purchased this watch only and only for the AFIB alert and ECG recording feature described in Samsung India website and only and only reading it on samsung india website. There was no clear mention of this feature not available in india. This watch is basic watch with features that are available in 2000 rupees smart watch. Samsung sold me this watch for 35000 rupees with features of 2000 rupees watch. Now Samsung is not taking product return and refunding money even after more than 25 email requests. Product is kept unused since it was received. Samsung India is doing fraudulent practices by selling its watch without features that it had flaunted and described in its own website. It had not mentioned anywhere unambiguously that the Afib alert and ECG recording feature is not available in India. This is misleading advertising and fraudulent practice. Samsung India is harassing heart patients. It is saying we had written "may or may not be available in some countries". Samsung is cheating me by describing these features in website without clearly mentioning not available in India. Because of confusing and misleading description and advertisement, I purchased this product and it is not having the features. Samsung is also doing misleading soft advertisements by getting this features publicity without any mention anywhere in any media or its own website that this feature is not available in India.
            Samsung is just ignoring my request and not providing any clear reply to email requests.

              The purpose of this complaint is to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory response I received from Samsung's customer service, which has left me with an unresolved issue and considerable inconvenience.

              A few days ago, I discovered a green line on the display of my Samsung Galaxy S20+ upon waking up in the morning. I had not dropped the phone or exposed it to water, and it was working perfectly fine the previous night. In response to my concern, I contacted Samsung via WhatsApp, and I was informed that my model is eligible for a free-of-charge (FOC) screen replacement. Encouraged by this offer, I promptly visited the nearest Samsung service center.

              However, upon inspection at the service center, I was informed that my phone was ineligible for the FOC screen replacement due to minor scratches on the back of the device. These scratches are unrelated to the issue I am experiencing with the display and have no impact on the screen's functionality, these minor scratches are very common for a phone that has been used for years. The condition of my phone looks good for more than 3+ years.

              Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention that this issue does not appear to be an isolated incident. It has come to my notice that a significant number o[censored]sers with the same Samsung Galaxy S20+ model are experiencing the same display problems, indicating a trend. This means there is genuinely a problem on Samsung's side.

              In addition to this, I have faced significant inconvenience in having to take time off on a work day to go to a service center in heavy rains, and deal with the long wait times, only to finally talk to a callous technician who tried to make me believe that the issue was my fault. This is not the level of service or product quality that someone buying a flagship phone of more than INR 50000 from a reputed brand like Samsung expects to go through.

              As a consumer, I believe that I deserve a fair resolution and the service that I was initially promised. I want a Free Of Charge Screen Replacement.

                Bought a new Samsung M34 5g from amazon on 20th Oct. Battery draiming in 5-6 hours.

                Asked Amazon for replacement. Surprise surprise, they dont replace any more..samsnung does.

                Went to samsung service center at Khajuri Varanasi after calling them. They did nothing, gave no reciept or did any repairs..On asking for complaint book, said they dont have it.

                So net net Samsung and Amazon both avoided their respomsibility in selling a defective product. Will Samsung take responsibility and replace or continue to just make and dump defectives in India?

                  I tried to call you yesterday as well as today but couldn't reach you. It replied the extension is not available.
                  Another week has passed and no resolution provided. You told me that someone will call me on Monday, and give the service update. On Monday we got a call from a number and told us that tomorrow i.e Tuesday, a service guy will visit. Since then we are waiting for his call or visit. Nothing happened. Neither the call was from a local number so that we could reach him.
                  Ma'am please tell me whether you will provide the service or not. So that we can move on and prevent us from wasting our time and energy as we are wasting for three weeks.
                  If you have any care please call me as soon as possible or at least mail me that you are unable to provide the service.

                      I ordered samsung 236L FROST FREE DOUBLE DOOR 2 STAR CONVERTIBLE FRIDGE from flipkart. the fridge got delivered with patch on upper door which went unnoticed as it was packed with plastic and demo person just switched it on and went. we asked for door replacement atleast. they needed proof. the samsung engineer came and got 5 times more scratches on the door and just went and said we will call you later whether we will replace it or not. if you didnt want to replace why the ### SAMSUNG ENGINEER MADE MORE SCRATCHES ??? IS THIS A JOKE ?? COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG FRAUD COMPANY WE NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DOOR. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR YOUR ENGINEERS MISTAKE.

                        My phone was submitted to the service center by end of September and I had got a call from the service center that the device was repaired for the physical damage the front screen the hinge and the inner screen was damaged they told me that the parts have been replaced and the phone is ready to be picked I visited the service center on 03/10/3023 I found the front display was not fixed correctly and the glue was all over the side of the screen edges I didn't accept the phone and was escaped to the call center with the reference no: [protected] they told me the phone will be properly repaired and given back I had clearly asked if they were unable to repair it properly then I should be provided with a replacement but again I had got a call on 05/10/2023 that tge phone is ready to be picked I visited the service center on 09/05/2023 I did find deep scarthws on the frame as they had tried to remove the glue without replacing the front screen I did report the issue but was given the answer that they can't do better than what they had done and they can't help so I had repoterd tge same issue with the call center and theyvhad promised the area service manager will get in touch but no one called nor any response from the service center and again I had called the call center today 11/10/2023 again was promised that the area service manager will get in touch but no one reached out my question is if there is such a low end customer service what is the use of spending lakhs on your phone and care plans there is Chinese companies giving better customer service than samsung the worst decision is to buy any of your products if I don't get a proper resolution or any response I'll sure take it legally I'm tired of reaching out to samsung call center guys try to learn something from your compitetors how to help your customer who had made the worst decision of buying your products. I'm demanding a resolution asap.

                          I had purchased Samsung Z Fold 4 on 4th Oct. 2022 and took Insurance as well for 1 year, exact after 11 months and 18 days phone went blank without any damage or accident, I took it to Samsung Service Center (Sion, Mumbai) on 22nd Sep. 2022 and they took the mobile and said withing a week it will be repaired, Its been 21 days and they are just giving excuse over excuse, no concrete answer from them that when I will get back my phone, After paying more than 1.5 Lacs I didn't expected such a bad product and service from well known brand like Samsung, Now phone is out of warranty what If I take it from them and next day again I face the same issue would Samsung take the responsibility, As a consumer I am helpless.                             My machine facing complaints 3 days before and i maid a complaint. One technician come and check the machine and said rats damaged the wires because the rat net was not properly installed. It will cost ₹ 8000/- for the repair and it doesn't cover Warrenty. Rats enter the machine because the one who come for installation doesn't fix the rat net property. And now the one who come for installation said that he too cant fix this net properly because this machine have this problem and told me to purchase net from out side and cover machine. Rats enter machine because of installation problems and customer is responsible for this, what the hell is going on. Im going to consumer court for this

                              My mobile samsung s20 plus the vertical green line has come in the display after update, and my handset is very fresh condition no physical damage and no any damage or the company is not supporting it is charging rs 20294 for replacement

                                Today, I ordered a Tab S9 -128GB (wifi) on the Samsung website. The amount got charged to credit card and I received the deducting message, but no order id or any communication from the Samsung India on mail .Even when I check my orders section on website it shows nothing.

                                  Samsung M31 Motherboard issue

                                  Hi Team,
                                  I bought Samsung M31 in August 2020, till 4th oct 2023 it was working fine. on 5th oct 2023 software upgradation has happened from that time onwards my phone was started trouble, I visited Samsung service center, they diagnosis and told motherboard issue, that need to be replaced which costs around 7K, software causing the motherboard issue, please replace motherboard with free of cost....
