Reckless behavior of service center staff

Refrigerator RT56K6378S

Samsung has sold me refrigerator in 2018 . Refrigerator is not working since last 8 months. Samsung is not ready to refund me my money . I have asked for 90% refund .They have closed my case UNRESOLVED. Report is issued to me thar fridge is irreparable. Report attached. Issue with refund

I purchased Samsung M31 mobile offline.I got some display issue so i submitted phone on 16th Sep'2020 to service centre & in return i received a coupon on 30th Sep'2020 & they said now you can buy phone from any samsung store offline.I connected to samsung store but they are saying M series is not available offline & i can't redeem coupon online.I called to customer care with the same issue they are saying M series in not available offline....

Defective TV

I had purchased one samsung tv model no. Ua32k5300arlxl serial no. Oabn3pa57039466b on 25.09.2018.

white powder coming from fridge rear portion

Purchased a samsung refrigerator model number: rt34t4542s8/hl/2020 on 17th may 2020. Price:rs.31, 000. From rajan & co nagercoil.
Just 3 months used now white powder coming from rear panel.
Complaint raised with seller and nagercoil samsung service centre, from there engineer came and inspected, took photos and sent the complete details to samsung service head and customer support also

Order delivery delay

I had ordered mobile phone samsung galaxy s10 lite on 31st july, 2020 on samsung india website using my corporate email id with order id as [protected]. It was a prepaid order.

There has been no progress on the shipment and it is still in approved status not even packaged

rat panel not installed in the newly purchased samsung washing machine.. may cause damage not covered under warranty.

I would like to say that i have purchased a new samsung washing machine. But till now no technician has arrived. Now let's come to the point. The problem is that this washing machine model is different from the others. This requires a rat pad to be installed. If not installed then insects, rats, cockroaches, etc may enter inside the system and damage the wires. And the so called rat pad was not installed in the washing machine at the time...
