I bought a Samsung mobile (M32) just two weeks ago. But i am facing an issue with screen since last 4 days. So i visited Qdigi authorised samsung service center located at Noida sector 3. The service center didn't have spare parts for their customers to provide services with an immediate effect. So they checked my mobile and asked me to go home and told me that they will call in a day or two when the spare screen will be available for replacement....

Samsung m21- motherboard damaged within 2 months after the warranty period expired

I bought a Samsung M21 mobiles on 31st August 2020. It’s been only 1 year and 2 months and I started facing the Samsung logo stuck issue. On going to Samsung Authorized service centre they found out that there is a motherboard issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced which will cost almost 8000 and it will have only 3 months warranty. Poor & Defective Mother Board of M31

Is gas leakage covered in 10 years warranty of compressor

I purchased samsung inverter ac last year may, 2020. I was fine all summer. After winter, this season when i restarted the ac, it is not cooling. Samsung technician says there is gas leakage and gas is not present in compressor. For refilling, they are asking for 3000 rs
