Samsung Service Centre has charged gas filling charges for under warranty compressor replacement and also replaced PCB stating that compressor is damaged due to fault in PCB. They have not shared the invoice copy also.

GST Invoice Issue

Have recently purchased a crystal 4k TV from the Samsung Shop mobile app order #[protected]. This was a company purchase with a GST invoice being requested for. We provided the company name, gstin and propreitor details at the time of placing the order.

Is gas leakage covered in 10 years warranty of compressor

I purchased samsung inverter ac last year may, 2020. I was fine all summer. After winter, this season when i restarted the ac, it is not cooling. Samsung technician says there is gas leakage and gas is not present in compressor. For refilling, they are asking for 3000 rs

my compressor has 10 years warranty. gas leakage is the fault of compressor. It should be resolved free of cost.

Samsung has sold me refrigerator in 2018 . Refrigerator is not working since last 8 months. Samsung is not ready to refund me my money . Issue with refund

I purchased Samsung M31 mobile offline.I got some display issue so i submitted phone on 16th Sep'2020 to service centre & in return i received a coupon on 30th Sep'2020 & they said now you can buy phone from any samsung store offline.I connected to samsung store but they are saying M series is not available offline & i can't redeem coupon online.I called to customer care with the same issue they are saying M series in not available offline....
