Hi,
This is informed to that i have visited at service center deny summiting the handset, He is saying handset is damage,
but my handset is not damage only back cover damage so i am ready to pay back cover charge,
1st my simple query handset fold stuck why without any reason that time my handset is working condition no damage excluding back cover.
all service center staff talking about abuse word also argument even i am asking all query as requested mode also CCO demanding charges,
even i visited to service center as per customer care suggestion.
how can possible flip is stuck on middle, while i am going to urgent work out of country,
My handset is not damaged, only the fold function is not working. How can it possibly be under 3 years fold stuck,
even if the fold attempt is 2Lac to 4 Lac time above while using.
customer care denied providing any solution, so i requested you to please repair my fold, while summit the handset to center for inspection my set is working condition, after return handset from service center handset is dead condition.
