This complaint is for my fridge. We had lodge complaint by call in may 2018. Your technician visited our house and said there was issue in compressor of fridge. He said that new compressor is not available in may 2018. After that they called in june first week and said that compressor is now available and the electrician will come to change. And since then the problem is not resolve. From past 3 months we are continuosly calling them but they are always giving false promises. Now we are tried of there execuses. Our problem is not resolve. Our refrence number is [protected] and complaint number is [protected]. My fridge is still not working. Highly disappointed with your services and will not refer anybody to buy any samsung product.

    I am very disappointed with your service. My name is ankit batra from palwal haryana pin code-121102. I had filed a complaint regarding my refrigerator on 28/7/2018. Your service executive also visited at my home and he simply checked the refrigerator nd said that it is ok. But it is not properly functioning and then i again filed a complaint regarding the same subject matter on 31/8/2018. And your service executive could not satisfy us. And still the refrigerator is not working properly. We have also filled the gas as per order of your service executive before 3 months and now your service executive told us that may be there is some gas problem again in your fridge. How can gas problem repeat in just 3 months.
    I want you please solve the problem as soon as possible and if there is any problem in compressor the please change it because my fridge is under warantee.

      There is an error message se/ 5e and the bottom plate is not rotating, lodged complaint on 04/07/2018 and the reference number is [protected] and also paid service charges rs.354/-, but the service center person is saying that the part is not available. No call back since 21/07/2018. Kindly confirm if you are not able so solve my problem then i must get it done from engineer from local market.
      The service is found to be very poor, despite regular emails and tele-conversation i am very disappointed from service side of samsung.

        Hello

        I'm using samsung c9 pro from last 1.5 years

        From last 2 weeks i am not able to charge my phone but i can charge only through power bank but not in normal samsung charger
        And from 3 days it's showing in notification that
        "moisture has been deducted in your charger/usb port, make sure it is completely dry before charging your device, drying the port may take sometime"
        After 3 days also it's showing the same and mob is not charging
        So what is the solution for this
        Please help me "samsung"

          I bought sbs refrigrater model 21hstpn dated 31.5.15.

          Worst experice with samsung product in the three year o[censored]sage i made complaint every year cooling not proper in the freezer side but your technical dept. Trained to make customer fool. After raining then cooling gets proper auto mode it happend in too hot days inforned by tech.
          But this year we had problem n the both side. We made complait before 1 month some days back. My dad is doing follow up your service eng. N customer care exexutive or many peoples.
          He so stressed about how can a company take their customer so lightly they spent money 68000. I lost my dad becos of this tension n truma given by samsung team.in the hit summer season we struggle for water food for every thing now lost our dad.
          Your eng. Came refil gas but still not working we paid service charges n gas filling charges. After some days an other eng. Visit our place motor fan ot working then said part not available after many days he came i did some thing then again refrigrator not working
          Followup with ms indu and many of your customer care exe called to know about complaint. Still not working it is like kuda or can say waste of rs 68000. Infact in those we faced alot of problem called other company tech for check but every one says this is defected product since purchased and the service dept. Sumaung made us foolish. Complaint is still open we could not called cce but till yet not received any call or eng. Visit for reprair.
          I will never ever go for samsung even not to suggest any one.
          Even though i shared my worst experience with samsung on social site.
          Please take your defected product back and redund our money. Our tell your place i send it back at your adderess.
          If now you people wont be able to take any corrective action i make it fire at puble place with all this note in the presence of media. I have vedio of your service eng while filling gas, he himself leakadge the gas from from refrigate and that time electric shot also happened in side the refrigrater.
          Pls do some thing asap.

                My name is K.A.Babu(honda edp manager) The letter written from vijayawada. Recentely i am purchased samsung j7 pro mobile in LOT mobile showroom at vijayawada Purchase dated on 30/09/2017 INVOICE NO SI/VJY2/3704 the mobile cost of 20900 after 7 days the phone touch is suddentely dead AND DID NOT CHARGING OF BATTERY . and i asked the Lot mobile you will concern samsung service center at vijayawada oct 7th 2017 i went to the samsung service center and i surrender the mobile. at the time ofmobile submitted samsung executive said that the mobile has been sweating or OVER HEATING he was shown on the camerea small white patche and i told that the mobile did not sweating. how is it possiable. and he given slip and tick mark the liquid damage. but the dont wrote other cause how is it possiable. after 3 days they are call to me the mobile is liquid damage so the the product is did not covered underwarranty. and i went to samsung service center dated on oct 10th please given the witness of liquid damage report. they could not given the report writtenly only he said that orally how is it possiable.please check the mobile and give the underwarranty condition repair the mobile. and they staffs are very rudely and harshely given the answer to me and i asked that the how to fix the not under warranty.please forward the company of samsung and give the compamny warranty check sheet report an i also paid 240/-. but they could not given the service details and given the bill . only given the manually. please look in to the matter and given correct suggestion and give the warranty condition for j7 mobile if other wise you could not given the customer satisfaction i am go the other procedure.

                        This is to your kind concern that i was an apple mobile phone lover, but then i got very much attracted by the looks of samsung s9plus and decided to purchase the phone on may bethe launching date. At first it just clicked in my mind about the heating and burning issues and poor after sales service, but still decided to trust on the brand and went for it.

                        I purchased the phone from the authorised samsung dealer and was also delighted when the samsung mobile team celebrated the starting sale of the phone, i will also attach the picture clicked by the official samsung mobile team.

                        S9plus, being a very expensive mobile phone, i kept the phone with intense care.

                        But to my astonishment the side screen bursted. I was literally shocked.

                        After discussing this issue with the service centre staff and the senior officials of samsung mobile chandigarh region, they totally denied to talk and rudely disconnected the phone and asked to leave. It was very shocking and hurting for me.

                        I also contacted the senior officials for this but they were totally disrespectful and no cooperative.

                        It is also suggested to the samsung mobile india to rather than spending funds on advertisements, to kindly use them to provide smooth after sales service and deploy experienced and staff in chandigarh region,

                        I have been suffering from great harassment and mental stress due to the neglegibility of the samsung team in india.

                        I expect an immediate resolution or i will lift wibni no other alternative than going to thr court for justice.

                          On december 2017, a samsung mobile j7 max bearing imei – 352093/09/372640/3-was purchased. The cost of the mobile phone was rs. 16500/- (Sixteen thousand five hundred only).

                          From february 2018, the handset started mal-functioning as it gradually started getting heated and the battery, despite showing full charged also used to get discharged within 2-3 hours.

                          I have visited samsung mobile authorized service center at sector 3 noida. They kept the mobile for 2 days at the time of last visit and assured that the software was updated and the same problem will not arise in future.

                          However, i have been facing the same problem that the handset is getting heated, the battery is exhausted within 5-6 hours, despite showing full charged and sometimes it’s also getting hanged.

                          Hence, in view of the above mentioned facts i am compelled to contact you directly.

                          I really feel pity that how a reputed brand like ‘samsung’ which must be having a quality assurance/r&d department is sending the handset to the market without any quality check (As it is in the case of my purchasing the handset)?

                          I am unable to understand why one should purchase a product like this?

                          I have a feeling that the retailer/dealer has given me a ‘rejected piece’ or a ‘seconds’ one as i am facing the mal-functioning of the handset with similar nature?

                          I also feel cheated that how the company ‘samsung’ which is having such a wide network of dealers throughout the country is unable to adhere to the problem stated above? What standards is it maintaining?

                          Now i regret for purchasing the handset of ‘samsung’, a global brand which is well-known worldwide, but its product quality i. E. Mobile handset is inferior as per the experience i had?

                          I am shocked as this experience has completely changed my perception towards samsung products which i had admired since my childhood.

                          Now everything has reached its peak as i am unable to find any solution to the problem.

                          Hence, i request your goodself to look into the matter personally and take the to get the issue resolved with the replace of the current handset by a fresh handset & ensuring its product quality.

                            My sansung mobile model - a5 (10) fzdfins, serial no - rj8h601nffz is getting turned off automatically, on 10th of july i have submitted my mobile in samsung service station, baidnath electronics plot 541/542 opp. Bhawani timber, center kankarbagh patna, 800020, bihar. They said mobile need software updation and has taken rs 236.00 for that. But of no use as my mobile problem persist and service center advised to change the battety. Again on i deposited my mobile on 25.07.2018 and paid rs 2057 for change of battery. Now again my mobile has same problem & i feel your service center is making money by potraying false problem. Everyday i have to attend several important calls but due to hand set problem, i am incurring losses. Now this is my last reporting to your company as its your responsbility to deliver service for which i have paid. I will definately move to consumer forum & file suit against it.
                            Being an old customer, kindly help me regarding my problem or else i have no other option that going to court.

                              This is regarding my samsung mobile complaint logged on june 20th which is not yet resolved.

                              My complaint is not yet resolved. I am really shocked. How it is marked as resolved without any resolution.

                              For around one week conversation was going on with samsung.

                              In last conversation samsung asked me to visit same service center where my mobile service was done. They wanted to take internal pictures of my mobile. I visited the service center and they took few pictures of my mobile and i came back. After that i did not get any further communication and finally i called samsung. They said they will get back but no more communication after that.

                              And now my complaint is marked as resolved here.

                              This is really too much. They all are sitting there to fool us.

                              Please think twice before buying samsung products.

And he asking me for overright the software while my phone working properly he not agree for replace the charger without software. He tell me it's company policy. Its very bad experience for me.                                   My s8 has lagging and sometimes it hangs since last month. I have always kept it updated. So i went to the service centre here in machhi mohall, ambala cantt. And there was a stupid service agent raman saini whom i told the whole problem and he said that you have installed 3rd party apps like whatsapp, you are not using the default samsung wallpaper, you are having more than 30 apps installed in your phone so use limited apps. And i was like are you # stupid or you think i am an ediot, i haven't spent 50k just to use it as some redmi phone even they dont hang... I swear for a moment felt like i should never buy a phone by samsung and not even let anyone else buy it. He could have flashed the software again but he was too lazy to do that. Worst customer service ever.

                                  My mobile number [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. And i dont have any reference ID of the customer care (Raman Saini was the name of the person).
                                  I visited the customer care center in Machhi Mohalla, Ambala Cantt. He just told me to reset my phone and not install any applications to keep my phone smooth. I guess in that case to have a landline instead is better.And never visted that sevice center again. It was the worst customer care experience.

                                    I had purchased the captioned referigator from lulu connect, edappally vide bill dtd 12/01/2016. Within one year of the purchase, the painting in the door became damaged and i was able to replace the door after complaining and waiting for some time/. My captioned fridge cease to stop working in saturday night and since the next day was sunday, ihad reported the matter on monday and it was acknowledged vide their communication at 8.45 am on the same day. The complaint no was [protected] and the mechanic contacted me and i had given full datails of my flat no s-94, federal gardens, pulinchode, aluva, ernakulam dist. Kerala-683101 which lies parallel to the national high way and he had informed me he will come soon.. Due to some technical problems, my mobile became non functional by the time and when i got it right. I contacted the mechanic around 6. Pm on the same day, he told me that since i had not answered his call in the evening, he could not attend the complaint and he will do the same next day. Since, he has not reached next day, i have contacted him once again and he told me that the service call is cancelled and i have to register once again. On registering the complaint once again, it was ack nowledged vide no [protected] at 11
                                    43 am and i had received an intimation at 1.26pm that one mr. Lassar, mob no [protected] is assigned with the job. When i had contacted him, he told me that he has no intimation from the service centre for my job. On wednedsay also i was in the flat waiting for the mechanic, nobody had turned up and i had reported the matter to [protected] two three times and i was assured that mechanic will attend the complaint today itself and they have advised the service centre suitably. Then i have started calling up the local service centre in [protected] and i have got their assurance also. I has contacted the no 4 times yesterday, the last being at arounf 6.00pm and i was informed that technican will surely come to my residence as their working hours is up to 8.00pm. Nobody has turned up till time and it is the worst after sales service i have met in my life. My fellow residence also have so many worst experience in sservice of samsung products in the recent time which will affect your product sale in the coming days, please entrust the service in charge position to a suitable person in your ernakulam service room as the present person is not worthy of holding the position. Please look in to the problem at the earliest. Iam using samsung tv also.

                                    My complaint was attended by your service team on Sunday and the machine started working thereafter.Now on tuesday I still feel that cooling has not reached the previous level and more over, there is substantial heat on the outside right hand side of the fridge.When i had informed the matter to the service technician, he has told me that it is quite natural and that is the sign of the working of the cooling system in the machine.I hope it is in order and thank you for the service rendered on sunday even though it was a holiday

                                      I have a samsung washing machine model wt9201, 7.2 kg, air turbo purchased in 2012 from chroma, center square, genda circle, vadodara. Its spin tub is not working lately from. I complained at chroma who gave me two tel numbers, samsung ajay rana [protected] and [protected]. There was no response from ajay rana's number. There was response from [protected] who recorded the complaint and sent an engineer who checked the machine and told that the motor winding got burnt and said that it has to be replaced and that the cost would be inr 2700/- i agreed for that. He said that he would come he next day but nobody showed up. Waited for two days and told again on[protected]. I was told that somebody will come. So far nobody has come.
