Hi, I bought Samsung A9 pro for 19000rs from amazon, that time one festival offer was going on for 1 time damage screen replacement in 990rs for 1 year. unfortunately my mobile screen got damaged and i have submitted it to service center in nashik on 14JULY18. after 1 week i received call saying submit additional doc like adhar card original bill cancelled cheque company has asked. then i submitted and told me i will get call from samsung india. after few follow up and complaint i got call from samsung that display is not available we will refund 18000rs after deducting 1000rs screen replacement charge she didn't say anything else and i agreed to same. after 10days i vist service center they arrogantly said your cheque is not received. then after few days got call cheque is received, come along with box, charger, headset.. i said the charger and headset was having 6month warranty which already failed and was not replaceable due to warrant finish. he said i dont know you have submit all to get cheque. or buy it from market and submit. i have compaint to samsung india also but there representative is saying you have the accessories and you don;t want to give it back. i asked him that if the parts are in 6month warranty how you can asked to submit it after 11 month, but not listening, i said i will go to consumer court he said go wherever you want to. i said i dont want money kindly give me the A9pro mobile in replacement he said it was in offer so it cannot. i said was it my fault i bought samsung mobile in offer he said i don't know. i have all recording available in phone. i am tired with samsung service center and customor care arrogancy.. kindly suggest me the way forward...

There is update yesterday 16AUG18 i have been called by Mr.Mannu and told your compalint is resolved and go and collect the cheque. again today morning i have received follow up call and went to service center. to my surprise service center started procedure for giving cheque i asked him amount he said Samsung would have told you for that i said ya they have told 19000rs is your purchase price after deducting 1000rs for display i will be paid 18000RS. he said ok.. but i still insited to him to show me the ammount and the amount was 13000rs, i asked howcome he said rear is damaged i said show me the rear glass is intact for what you are charging me 5000+ rs. he said it is bend, i asked him give me CMM report he said no visuily i am saying its bend. and the aluminium bidding frame has dent. i said i can accept that but bend is not there and rear glass is intact so how can you deduct 5000rs, he said know company has promised to pay only for disaply damge. i recived call from MR. Manuu Sharma from samsung head quarter he was saying the same. i asked him if company has promised me to change display only why you are paying 13000rs just pay 1000rs offered display price and close he said no after calculating you amount is coming 13000rs. i said i was promised to pay 18000rs and on that basis i have accepted the offer. or else give me a new handset keep box and all accessories with you.. he said no it means you are not accepting our offer, your damaged handset will be courier to your adress. and DD will returned to samsung India.. dear samsung kindly install some gaming console to all your offices so that your employee can play with that and will stop playing with customer. from 14July18 this was my 5th visit to service center. every time i have to take halfday and go. because they work 10to 6.30 and we work 9 to 8 in our company. and have to spend 1 litere of diesel every time... and lots of frustration every time.. so in 19000rs Samsung has given me all the above things for free... i am very much thank full to Samsung for the same...

    Dear team,

    I am facing touch problem in this mobile (On nxt 64gb), i visited service center three times. 1st time they updated software and handed over to me. Still problem not resolved, i submitted mobile to them and received after few days but still problem not solved. Again i visited service center, they checked mobile and changed 3-4 parts (Including display), still problem not solved. I submitted mobile again and got call from their side saying that they won't repair it as mobile having 16gb mother board and mobile is of 64gb. And its my fault that i purchased it.

    So, i request you to help me to get repaired device or a new replacement.

      We are a user of Samsung AC, since we purchased on 9-4-2018 new AC, but it's not performing well within 4 months from the date of purchase, also AC is not regularly used, cooling effect is not good also some noice comes from the AC

          Maine samsung j6 20 july ko purcahse kiya usme top se notification kabhi kabhi nahi so karta tha mai samsung care me gaya waha pahle to ek din waps kiya ki ajj new software download ho raha kal aavo agle din gaya to sir[censored]pdate karke de diya. Koi job sheet nahi banai, boli ki ab chala ke dekho agar problem aai to batana.
          Next time phir gaya boli ki set mughe dedo mai chek karke dekhungi, maine unhe problem bhi dikha di tab bol rahe hai video bana ke lavo jab problem aaye tab dekhunga kya karna hai. Par job sheet abhi tak nahi banai. Dealer bolta hai ki job sheet chaiye. Pareshan kar diya apke yaha ki service ne.

            I purchased one Samsung Metro XL Duos hand set on[protected]. It started malfunctioning after six months and was un-usable after another six months. Warranty was just over. So I purchased another handset Samsung Metro XL Duos [protected] on[protected] form" Fixed Price Mobile Shop G- 8A, Savitri Market Sector 18 Noida Invoice No, 4129 . By June 2018 again it started malfunctioning. While calling or receiving call clear voice would last for just about a minute and then it will be gurgled and finally inaudible. I tried to rectify this set twice to take the set to Samsung Mobile Service Center [protected] at Noida vide their Bill no [protected] dated[protected] . They could not find the fault, blamed it to network and the problem persists till date. On their advice I have even got a new sim card. But it is of no avail. Service provider can not be blamed, since all other phones at home with Airtel connection are working perfectly. Even Chinese phones used by our servants are giving far superior service than this Samsung Hand Set.

            I want Samsung India to replace it.

              I brought a refrigerator rt47m623esl/tl[protected] from agoan electronics {shanti path, raja park, jaipur) on 8th aug'18 of invoice no. Sc-g/887.
              From the very next day the fridge is producing moisture in the form of water drops and which is creating problems as it is spoiling by food and other items in the fridge.
              I complained orally in samsung but didn't get any satisfaction.

              I wish to replace my refrigerator as soon as possible

                Refer my complaint in this consumer complaint. No.[protected] simply closed. The attended engineer not able to identify the fault i. E. "deevali crackers sound from freezer". The technician totally opened freezer. He is thinking that censor may be fault and changed. But problem not rectified. Simply intimated that there is no fault. The samsung people closed the case like "we hope your query was answered satisfactorily". Whether the technician submitted to you my comments on his report. I have submitted problem not rectified. I cannot expect this type of message from the company. Since three months your technicians are playing with me totally spoiled my time. They have completely spoiled my duty timings of 4 days since 2 months. The first technician report is "bolts are loose". Second technician report is "converted freezer to normal mode" funny thing is that the technician told "because of washbasin tap the problem occurs". The third technician "may be censor fault". Pity is that at that time his boss spoken to me and told that because of steel utensils the problem occurring. Fourth technician completely opened freezer and put paper pieces in freezer fan and told no problem. This type of technician they are maintaining. Pity is that one technician he don't know the difference of -17 degrees -23 degrees, which is coolest. What i observed the technicians coming with a motto that customer wantedly giving complaints. Even four technicians not able to identify the problem. I never expect this type of service from samsung. Finally i have intimated to samsung that you have supplied defected refrigerator. I have spent rs. 64000/- you people never bothered. Totally negligence on your part towards customers. Totally wasting my time. Without attending complaints closing the cases. Then what i expect from samsung. You people don't bother about service your motto is only sales. Your service people attitude is to be changed. Then what i expect. I have sold you should use. Thats all.

                  I used samsung j7 max mobile phone last day in 10/08/2018 suddenly my phone mice not working i receive any call but no sound so i goes to samsung care in phase 5 mohali my token no s49 i wait when my tokan no comes i go and take my phone to service center executive he told we have check this phone 2-3 hours i said ok after 3 hours he call me and told me some water is in ur phone i says ok i dont want to repaire it and nest day i went to take my phone back he told me give 350 rs i ask why he told because our engiiner check this i told it is in warrenty so why i pay u 350 rs he told i don't know but i want 350 rs my phone is in warrenty purchase date[protected] problem in phone[protected] now tell me what i do help and solve this issue

                    The newly purchased washing machine has been making terribly loud noise since purchase. The samsung company people have come thrice and looked into it and have taken the washing machine twice but the sound hasn't decreased. The washing machine stops running in between. There is no final solution to the problem. Looks like the product itself is faulty and needs to be replaced with a new one but no action is being taken towards that end

                      Fridge was not cooling hence logged complain # [protected] on 6th july'18 after calling to customer multiple times since 4th july'18.

                      Since then am continuously struggling over phone and email addresses available on samsung support website but no luck. Its more than a month without any resolution, am really frustrated now.

                      Can't expect such pathetic service from samsung customer support after sale and urge everyone not to buy samsung products in future whatever would be the case.

                        I have purchased galaxy note8 on 10th october 2017 am been facing problems the day i purchased i visited in samsung gallery and got the issused solve by january again the same problem occurred in april month dis time the ceo looked into the matter and assured me if the same problem occurred again then they will replace the note 8 phone again in the month of july same problem occurred and i have to surrender my phone in samsung service centre this time i was given a new phone but the new phone which was given me by samsung was also faulty am really fedup of dis note8 phone and not willing to use dis handset again as facing many problems and losing data
                        It my humble request to kindly give me samsung coupon so tht i can buy any other samsung product but not note8

                          I am a customer of samsung from Goa.
                          For the last 7 Days I am trying to get my printer repaired but I am not getting any response from Samsung Side.
                          Samsung call centre says that now they dont do printers and the IT Business has been sold to HP.
                          They Gave me a toll Free no of HP and I called on that no too.
                          To my surprise that no was changed and I got a precorded message with the new no.
                          Now I called on that no and spoke to the HP representative and she told me that they only do warranty calls and for out of warranty call on [protected].
                          Tried calling that no but the phone keeps ringing but no one attends to the call.
                          I also called the local Samsung manager to get any contacts but I am still waiting for a revert.
                          Is it that Samsung only wants to sell products and then make people to run from pillar to post to get someone to repair the products ????
                          Why should we call HP when it is a Samsung product???
                          All old customers have to be taken care by Samsung and not HP.

                            I'm using samsung j7 lte mobile since two years... From recently it is not taking the installation of the software... Firstly it accepts and downloads after restarts it says that software update is failed please contact custmer care. Can u help in this about regarding this issue...                               My samsung smart-phone developed a defect yesterday, so this morning i called the main help number of the company. The polite young woman who answered said, after operating the phone remotely with special software, that she could find nothing wrong with it and that i should take it to a service centre. On the samsung web site i found that care point is close to where i live. A phone number, [protected], is given and also the e-mail address...

                              Have bought high end refrigerator of samsung co.in august 2016. Developed some problem in function on 25/7/2018. Made a complain to the service centre. After so much persuasion and visit of 4 different persons. No one understood the real problem and forcefully changed a part and refilled the gas and charged rs.3, 000/-. The problem did not get solved and we again approached company but since then no response from the company and in fact they have bluntly refused to attend and refused to refund the amount charged. After their trial error the refrigartor has stopped working at all.

                              I am using samsung j6 infinity.i have a issue of faster battery drain out.i contacted many times in customer care.i submitted 2 times my phone in samsung service center.but i am not satisfied from their service because my problem not resolved by them. i want replace my mobile.i have complained in head offife also.but they didn't take it seriously.

                                Hi team,

                                I lost my samsung refrigerator invoice which i had purchased last year.
                                The refrigerator was working excellent and suddenly it stopped working from last night.
                                We checked our connection, steplizer but every thing was fine. The product has warranty of 10 years.

                                Please let me know how to claim for the warranty for this as the product is still under warranty.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  We have many products ofsamsung at my home and office. I also love samsung. But this time i harrased with service. Three times i visited your service center with heating/battery drain/display blinking sometime problem. They always repaired and after somedays same problub occured. This is last time i submitted and also asked for senior authority contact for my concern. They denied to give me the contact.

                                  I am really depressed with behaviour of your service center staff.

                                  *they don't have time to attend customers and listen brief problem.
                                  * they also not giving standered slip, they write with pen something extra.
                                  *they don't entertain repeated customers specially. I have to wait more time there always.

                                  In metro city this kind of service i don't think samsung is loyal with theier customers.

                                  Kindly look into this matter. I believe in samsung.

                                      Yesterday i raised a complaint regarding ac not cooling well. So they sent an engineer rahul to repair or visit our ac. The engineer was very rude and he has not done anything and says no problem in ac. Also he told that problem is due to your stabilizer fluctuation from 230 to 209. But when i told him show me then he was not able to prove. I have run ac on 16 but after one hour room temp was 23. He says room temperature could not come below 23. It is not possible that room comes below 23. I m totally unsatisfied from your services. If ac not cooling well then what is the use to purchase this. Even my fan is cooling well instead of ac. Also engineer was very rude. He says call anyone or complaint any where i don't care. I am attaching his job summary sheet & and video that i have made.
