M51||Failure of display unit||05_SEP-2022

I have bought a Samsung M51 smartphone on 24 Jan 2021. Now the product is out of warranty and the display unit of the product has got failure as confirmed by the service center in hsr, Bangalore. I recieved damaged product at the time of delivery.

I have attached the damaged pic & CSR copy along with the attachment.

I raised the product return dated on[protected].

Still i'm waiting for the product return almost Three weeks completed.Very worst customer handling. Don't cheat customers with damaged products ....

Mobile phone repair

My mobile touch scren got broken and i have changed my touch screen of my samsung mobile m02s in Chennai. They charged 2700. Again my touch screen gone in sep .smasung care point charge 3800 at banglore care point for the same .how come the rates diff month on month basis.

Then service the care point given in pathetic .first over charge then I asked the facility to drop at door steps at charge. They agreed ND share one whatsapp...

M21 Samsung auto restarting after update

M21 is auto restarting and customer care is saying motherboard changing.
There 1000 o[censored]ser facing the same issue and Samsung should look into this . I have boarded this phone since it was make in India phone....

Defective Mobile Sold and not repaired under full Warranty

Hi Sir, I had purchased a mobile handset on 26th October 2021 and unfortunately within 45 days ( 10th Dec 2021) of the purchase the mobile switched off and did not charge. Upon reaching out to the service center at D-26, 1st Floor, Sector 3 Noida-201301 it was assured that it is under full warranty ( Acknowledgement of Service request attached for your reference) and it will be taken care and can be collected upon repair. Samsung m31

Today I updated my samsung m31 phone but after few minutes it started auto freezing and restarting every 20-25 mins o[censored]sage. I use authenticate samsung charger and no third party softwares are present in my phone.

Refund not received after 15 days

I have ordered Samsung Galaxy F23 and adopter price of 16958 rupee on 18th of August and cancelled on the same date, till date I haven't received my refund. Dear Sirs

Everyone who has purchased Samsung M31 Series phone are facing booting issues of Faulty Motherboard, i wrote to samsung but there was no response, Lot of complaints are also in the internet, Why Samsung is not answering for the cheaper phones sold at a higher cost.

Refund of 17999 not received after 3 weeks

I purchased Buds2 pro on 16th of August and paid by Net banking. I cancelled the product on same day which is 16 Aug 2022. I called Samsung customer care and they said to wait for 5 days. I had ordered galaxy watch 5 44mm LTE on 17/08/2022 via Samsung shop app. On the same day I canceled the order because I did not receive the 3000 rupees bank cashback as they were offering.
