I am owner of Samsung Galaxy M21 6gb/128gb. My Phone started turning on and off after android 12 update. After searching on Samsung Member's app
(Samsung Forum) I came to know that many people are suffering from the same issue. I thought that samsung will take this into consideration and will provide an update to fix this but that did not happen and now my phone is stuck on the boot screen. It doesn't even turn on. I called customer care and explained my problem so they asked me to visit samsung service center so I did that. There they told me that it's motherboard problem and it will cost me around INR 7000 to get that fixed. This is around 50% of what it costed me to buy whole new phone. Samsung is losing its credibility as they are doing this shady thing. galaxy M 20 and 30 series was hands down best midrange smartphone. I was using it as my secondary phone so no gaming or heavy usage just used it for calling and texting. Please fix this as soon as possible.

    I have raised complaint on 6th of October 2022 to samsung customer care for the issue on washing machine. Spinning wheel on washing machine was not rotating anticlockwise but it was rotating clockwise. Prism services Bangalore, JP Nagar, an authorized service center handling this issue and they came to my house on 8th Oct to check the issue. Today 14th Nov, they were unable to solve this issues and every 7 days they are changing part one after other. They then selves are not aware what exactly the issue is.
    Also, the attitude of Prism service is also very bad. They don't pick up phone and not likely to tell the the truth. They behave badly also. Following are the details
    1) On 8th after checking they said, motor and timer needs to replaced and they order motor which took 10 days
    2) Next when another engineer came to house to replace motor, the engineer was not able to open screw since they didn't carry all tools and later he suggested me to order top part of the motor since he was unable to open screw due to lack of tools. And he left my house.
    3) I went to local market and get screw opened. Next I call the engineer to replace motor . Engineer came to my house at evening 7:30 PM and finally after replacing motor we find it is still not working.
    4) We also verified timer and timer is working fine. It means motor never had issue.
    5) Next they ordered gear box which took another 7 days and then they took my washing machine to their service center. They kept it for 3-4 days and the returned. They said we have replaced condenser. your gear box is fine. when i asked to show the demo after pouring water, spinning wheel stops rotating. They took it back my washing machine.
    6) I kept on calling them but no response then somehow I got their address. When I went their they said coupler is damaged needs to change. We have ordered coupler it will take another 7-10 days.
    7) I went 2 in to their office since one month already passed.
    8) After then they said, we got coupler but wrong order was place so we have to place coupler order again.
    9) Now, it will take another 7 days. Things are yet to sort it out.
    Till now 3 engineers worked from their side and they are unable to solve the problem. I have raised complain twice and there is no impact.
    I realized then now on I will not buy any samsung product.

      I ordered washing machine from samsung india fully automatic 6.5 kg top load worth 15065 I ordered on 2nd october 2022 and they told me they will deliver that on 8th october 2022 and i didint withseveral complaints to customer care i didint get resolved till now and todays the day 14 october 2022 its been 12 days since. I took 4 days off from my office becaus eof the delivery and still iam not get delived my washing machine. I request for compensastin for late delivery.

        I bought a new phone from samsung shop f23 6gb 128 gb but when i open main box. On the top right hand side of the phone screen is broken. this is my very bad experience with samsung. kindly solve my problem. and replace it with new device. Bill copy and broken screen of the same device also attached.

        I am now very disappointed with samsung services. Still not received any mail from samsung side for replacement.

        I already riase a request on dated 12.10.2022 ID is #76422652. No body response the same.

        Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

        I raised the query regarding samsung company send me damaged phone. And raised a request  samsung  customer care Ticket ID is #76422652  but no body response from samsung side after 7 days Now I am very disappointed with samsung services.

        Now samsung executive deny the replacement for the damaged product.

        REALLY MY EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG SHOP WITH VERY BAD 👎.

          I have purchased the Samsung mobile s22 having order no..[protected] at 29 sep.on NXT day i have cancelled this order.at 30 sep...before dispatching of order..Till today thery are not provided the refund of my cancelled order.i have contacted there customer care several times . everytime they said we forwarded your query to the concern department..and and will respond u after 24 to 48 hours..I have contacted the customer care today they said we still needed 5 to 6 working days for for initiating your refund..what wrong with Samsung ..before dispatching order they still take the 15 days and not provided any resolution.i am totally frustrated by the response of there customer care.please sir help me to solve this matter what can I do..how long it will take for me getting refund from them..

            I bought this phone and it is IP67-certified by Samsung. Though it is rated IP67 it started turning off and on automatically and finally, it was affected by water damage. Samsung always had issues with false claims of IP67-certified phones in the past. Worst experience ever.
            Companies with such a big name should never indulge in false claims of their phone are water and dust certified.

              Hello Samsung,

              I have a 16 month old Samsung S20+ which picked up a green line after the recent software update. to get this fixed, I visited a service center in Bengaluru and they rejected the request by showing my read glass crack which happened like 1 year ago and the phone was working flawlessly all these days. This display issue arised only after the software update and you know it very well and the back glass doesnt have any relation with display pixel death.

              Please fix this and prove you are a market leader and are unlike the chinese phone manufacturers.

                I have ordered monitor on 26 sep 2022..it has screen flixkering issues .it was checked and the same was mentioned in CSR copy by samsung engineer they have assigned to me.But they are refusing to accept my return request.

                  I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung shop app on 8th September, 2022. Unfortunately, the product was damaged. It was returned and I received a confirmation mail on 22nd September, 2022 that the product has been delivered to Samsung India.

                  Today is 12th October, 2022 and I haven't got my refund. Its more shocking that I got to know from customer support that the refund has not even been initiated till today.

                  I have been calling and mailing customer support employees day and night but there is no change in the situation. Again and again they tell us to wait for 24-48 hours. Even after waiting, no progress. Customer support employees tell me that I will receive call from backend team member but no one ever calls.
                  This is highly unacceptable behaviour and Samsung is going to lose a customer because I will never buy a product from Samsung ever again. 20k is not a small amount. Even Samsung will not provide us with a product without payment. Then with what right has Samsung kept our hard earned money? Who will compensate for the losses incurred

                  I have enclosed relevant documents

                  Kindly help me to get my refund. I will be Highly obliged if my problem get solved.

                  My returned refrigerator was recieved by samsung on 22 september 2022 and today is 18 October 2022. My refund order ID is [protected]. Name- Ritvij Pant. Till today samsung has not even initiated my refund of 19240 ruppes. So kindly initiate my refund today. How can samsung cheat its customers like this.

                    I have ordered a samsung mobile with Exchange from Samsung shop on Sep 28th and it's about to deliver on 2nd October.
                    It has been more than 2 weeks and they're not going to deliver the item as I have went to the delivery office of Bluedart and they've rejected my exchange.
                    If the exchange got rejected then they must cancel the order and they're not even doing that.

                    I want my refund ASAP

                      Good day,

                      I bought one split inverter AC on 11th April 2018 and it was installed by Samsung service engineer on 13th April 2018. AC was having warranty of 1 year and 5 year on condenser. Please find attached warranty card, installation receipt and money receipt for same.

                      In September 2020, same AC was stopped working or cooling. Samsung service engineer advised to send indoor and outdoor unit to service centre for full check up. Same was picked up on 26th Sep 2020 and identified as condenser leaking. Outdoor unit condenser got renewed and service centre charged me Rs 8780/- inspite the condenser was in warranty of 5 years. Indoor and outdoor unit got installed on 09th Oct 2020 but after installing it was again not running. Now sensor was faulty as per Samsung service engineer. Sensor got renewed on 12th Oct 2020 and after renewing sensor my ac started working. Thus my question is that why Samsung service centre charged me for condenser renewal when it was in warranty period? Second question is that after renewal of condenser why AC was not working at my home due to faulty sensor? It is a clear indication of lapse of service at authorized service centre. They are sending back the units without checking the units and it means they are making money without finding any root cause of the problem. So please explain why it was happened? Please find attached receipt of same condenser renewal and sensor renewal as per given date.

                      I never saw a problem in condenser unit or leakage of condenser unit. I bought Samsung AC on trust but it was broken.

                      Again in March 2022, my same ac was not working or cooling. Samsung service engineer came and he charged gas on 10th Mar 2022 and we paid Rs 3245/- but again it stopped working within one month. But this time wife didn't call Samsung service engineer because no has this much time to go behind just for one AC and myself was not present at that time. Usually I work out of india so it was not possible for mu wife to inform again and again to Samsung service centre. I came india in Sep 2022 and I called Samsung service centre, attended engineer told me again same that need to pick up both indoor and outdoor unit for full check. And I allowed them for pick up and they picked up on 30th Sep 2022. But for last 10 days service centre was saying that we are checking and checking. So today means on 12th Oct 2022 again I called customer care for update then service centre acted upon and they are saying that need to change indoor unit coil now and I have to pay nearly Rs 8000/-. So now I have decided not to get it repaired because I lost my whole trust from Samsung. But I did one wrong thing is that I bought one more Samsung AC two year back. Please find attached latest gas charge receipt and pick up slip. So how anyone can trust Samsung product. If anyone has to renew both indoor and outdoor unit coil withing 6 years of AC, how can anyone will buy Samsung AC. I never saw such problem in any other brand AC.

                      Therefore I am requesting you to please rectify my AC after doing root cause analysis and repair it on discounted price because new AC is cheaper than whatever i paid to service centre if i include this time quoted price by service centre. Repair both units permanently and please don't repair for name shake to run for few months only.

                      Please find attached all relevant documents as per above said statement.

                        I had purchased M31s mobile in July 2021.
                        After the latest 01-06-22 security update [released on[protected]], my mobile problem issue “to restart every few days, then few times a day, now continuous restarting every few minutes.“
                        The problem had occurred after the latest software update, provided by the company. The same had been brought to notice of your call centre, remote support, whatsapp support and lastly by visit to service centre; where they informed 8000 rupee required to change motherboard, as mobile is out of warranty.
                        I noticed a very casual approach from all your “ touch point contact” of customer, i.e customer support, whatsapp support, remote support and the technical team that they all are aware that all M31s mobiles will come back after warranty period is over, for motherboard replacement when customer updates his mobile.
                        The June-22 security update was released twice, see details:

                        Now, Samsung states that it will not repair the phone FREE OF COST, as it is OUT OF WARRANTY.
                        But, the restart problem in my mobile had occurred after the[protected] security update [ released on[protected]], hence the SAMSUNG should replace the motherboard “free of charge” to provide customer with value of ownership and to promote goodwill of the brand.

                          I had been trying to order Samsung s21 fe 5g from Samsung site online.
                          but when I was ordering the product, filled payment details and everything, it failed .than it goes out of stock .I had tried 2-3 times but facing the same issue .its been 3 hours now and I hadn't able to place the order . its total waste of three hours and not feeling good about it .

                            My Samsung Galaxy s10 battery has been burn . So this happen at night when I was watching YouTube and mobile gets heat then after smoke coming from phone and start burning after that I take the phone at put it into water.

                              Hi All

                              I am not satisfied with the resolution provided .For the product worth of 40 to 50 k i am using it for 2 years only and later it will hve major repair which is costing 20k..This doesnt make any sense to spent more than 20k instead we can go for new one...As we come from the poor background we cannot afford to hve one new new tv or neither we can spend 20k for this...Considering a special case request to kindly provide a compensation on the same.As per my understanding we should be using the service for atleast 3 to 4 years irrespective of any usage without any major repairs .. however we see post using after 2 years we are finding a major issue which definately not acceptable and I am not going to afford this .please do the needfull before i move this to consumer court

                              as I do not hve any option rather moving to next level...Hope u support n encourage us to use some more product from samsung

                                I brought a Samsung Galaxy M31s on 23 Aug 2020 as I thought samsung mobile phones are reliable and i can use it for 3 -4 years without any complaint but I am facing lot of problems . Within 1 year I detected buzzing noise issue and service center people were saying they deliberately introduced this feature and it will get removed by some update later on but it was still there. And now this retart issue "phone is freezing every time and restart automatically" when I visited the nearby samsung care, they said it's repairing cost is 7900 because they will have to change motherboard. It is the worst situation for me and worst phone i ever had.This two issue are faced by many and they are getting same response. Why you people are asking so much money when you deploy cheap parts in this model

                                  I ordered Samsung Galaxy S22 on 22/09/2022 through Samsung
                                  Shop App and it was delivered on 24/09/2022. I opted for the
                                  deferred exchange (Smart exchange) facility. In that, they allow
                                  24-48 hours to transfer the data from the old to a new device but I
                                  have to pay the full amount for the new device. As per the offer, I
                                  got 24080 as the exchange value of my old device(OnePlus Nord) and the amount
                                  would be refunded after the pickup within 24-48 hours. Today
                                  11/10/2022, it has been more than two weeks and nobody came for
                                  the pickup and my money is stuck. I raised several complaints
                                  about the speedy pickup of the old device. Except assurance
                                  they are doing nothing. I doubt that they will not pick up the old
                                  device as they already have the full amount for the new device.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    In last 7 months same part got damaged twice, I believe the company should provide some solution in these cases.

                                    7 months back I have an issue with my microwave, service team came and replaced the motherboard and touchpad. Immediately after 7 months I am facing the same issue again, the agent came again and told the touch pad is gone again and need to spend 2500rs, I was told it’s spare part issue.
                                    A reputed company like Samsung manufacturing these kind of defective spares! I am not able to believe.
                                    Spending 2500rs every 6 months is not what I expect while buying a product from Samsung, if samsung feel it’s what they suggest when u buy Samsung products plz let us know.
                                    I still have some hope that Samsung will make customers satisfy.

                                      In my family and office we are using 7 Samsung M Series phones for the past 2 years, 2 - M30, 4 - M31 and 1 - m31s, with in the period of last 1 month I'm facing Hang and Restart Problem in all the phones, if its a motherboard problem, how its happened to all good working phone simultaneously, and while I googled for the solution, day by day the same complaints raised by many M Series and A Series users, How its possible - Its a trick by SAMSUNG to sell their new products in the market, we need the solution to resolve this problem at free of cost - if its not happened, the trust worthiness and goodwill of Samsung will go and its forced the Samsung users to BOYCOTT Samsung products in future,
